Fantastic experience: Thank you so much!! I came in for an emergency appointment due to an extremely sensitive and painful tooth. Within 5 minutes of being seen Dr Kotecha had found the problem and gave me several options. I opted for the crown as he explained in detail this would be the best option for saving my tooth from further cracks and prevent further treatment! I was able to come back the next day, on his day off which he so kindly offered to do to have the crown fitted and a night guard! I can’t explain how thankful I am to be out of pain within a day! Fantastic experience: My journey with Dr Kotecha started with me in June of this year, after visiting my dental practice i was getting nowhere no decision was made. In hindsight I think it probably was too complicated for them . I decided to look elsewhere having looked at quite a few surgeries all over the country I was impressed by the Care dental practice and Dr Kotecha and went along to see him. I was pleased with how positive he was about putting my teeth right ,he came up with a plan and I started straight away. The treatment I received was second to none the whole team was fantastic and felt very comfortable with the operation which turned out to be less painful than expected and the aftercare was spot on . My journey was completed today and has been a fantastic success, my smile is back . I think I was lucky to find such a great surgeon . Fantastic experience: Today, I feared my ENT issues were starting to escalate, due to an abscess near one of my crowns. I had originally booked in next week to get the root canal work done. However, the congestion I had been experiencing began to cause pressure over and at the back of my eye socket, and I rang Care Dental on the off chance they could see me sooner. Very fortunately, I managed to get an appointment for this afternoon. I had had an X-ray yesterday, and Dr. Kotecha had talked me through the procedure, and he had also explained two or three other routes that he may have to take, if there were problems. Fortunately, everything went really smoothly and efficiently, and I was finished with an hour. After another X-ray, I was shown how the tooth looked now, and told the procedure had gone really well. Amazing patient care. I am so grateful that the problem that has been causing issues with my sinuses has been dealt with, and that over the next few weeks i will hopefully be back to normal. A huge thank you to Dr Kotecha and all the team at Care Dental.

Fantastic experience: Our 6 week old had struggled right from birth with latching onto breast, bottle and dummy. We noticed his latch was getting worse and his feeds were not comfortable for him or us. He was swallowing lots of air and had a very swollen tummy. I discovered he had a lip tie and we were put on NHS waiting list but we just couldn’t watch our little boy struggle any longer. CARE dental promptly sorted us a consultation where we learnt he had an aggressive frenum attachment. We were talked through everything and my son had the procedure the following week. Instantly, our boy could feed better and is able to now hold his dummy in his mouth for far longer which offers him lots of comfort as he has reflux disease. We had a call the same evening after the procedure to see how our little boy was doing and a review the following week. If you have any concerns that a lip tie is the reason that your baby is struggling to feed, follow your gut and contact CARE dental. Fantastic experience: Our 5 week old baby had a lip tie and after being told the wait for it on the NHS was 6-8 weeks and that was if they’d even do it we looked into private options. We called on Monday and we got in for a consultation on Tuesday, Dr Amit talked us through everything in detail and checked our daughter’s lip tie. We managed to book in on the Wednesday and the whole procedure was done within 15 minutes, the assistant was so kind with our daughter and Dr. Amit talked us through what he was doing. Our daughter has already started latching on so much better. We had a follow up call that evening and have a follow up appointment booked for in a week. We would highly recommend Dr. Amit☺️

Fantastic experience: My Name is Steven B. Prior to going to care dental I had been to many dental surgeries. I am an 85 year old man. My friend "B" saw I was in unbearable pain. For a couple of weeks my tooth was getting more and more sore. It got to a point where I was getting irritated. "B' told me that Dr Kotecha and the guys at care could sort this. I was sceptical as I was told that I would need a whole host of things doing. Care booked me in the very next day. DR Kotecha explained what was going on and within half an hour he told me that the work was done! I thought he gave me a check up under anaesthetic - but no he had performed a root canal treatment and fixed it all. This was in July 2025. I thought he was joking. He has given me relief. I was given so many useless answers from other dentists that simply wanted me to keep coming back for a charge. I don't use the internet so I had to have someone else put this review up, I dictated it. This is a true to god review. - Thank you Amit, Daksha, Alex and all the people at Care.

Fantastic experience: Work on a clean was very thorough but a little rougher than normal maybe due to my need for a deep clean. Main issue is dentist felt like NHS dentist not the normal customer facing interaction usually evident at CARE. This is not a major issue but makes all the difference in a private practice. Fantastic experience: Amazing practice I have recently become a patient at care dental to have some root canal treatment corrected that I had carried out a different practice. Dr Kotecha has done an amazing job to correct the disastrous work previously done from a previous dental practice . I’ve had 6 months of excruciating pain , nasel drip and vile acidic taste in my mouth making me feel sick and very unwell and even being admitted to A&E with signs of sepsis after root canal treatment, my old practice told me there was nothing wrong and the taste was “just catarrh “ After Dr Kotecha corrected the root canal on both teeth within three hours the nasel drip had disappeared and the taste completely vanished . I’ve had months of going back to my old practice to be told nothing is wrong and to be made to feel like I was literally making it up ! Care dental is exactly what it says in the name ,the dental nurses , reception team are super friendly and Dr Kotecha knows exactly what he’s talking about. Care dental was highly recommended to me to correct the awful work I’d had done and I can highly recommend them too . Thank you

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for about 2 years and have always received excellent care and advice. Staff are friendly and polite. Recently my daughter, who is not a patient here, needed teeth extracted prior to braces being fitted. Her own dentist wouldn't extract them and she was referred to the hospital and told to expect a minimum delay of a year. Amit looked at my daughter's x-rays, booked her in for an appointment within 48 hours and extracted both teeth in about 20 minutes. He was wonderful during the procedure, ensuring that my daughter was as relaxed as possible and was fully informed about what he was doing. Highly recommended them!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended this dentist from my fiancé who has been coming for years who always speaks so highly of the dental surgery. And now I can speak highly of them too. I have visited twice ; one for a chipped tooth in February and then a repair for that tooth in April. Both times they got me in quickly and to suit me considering I don't live local they managed to squeeze me in for the emergency repair. The first time I visited I had x-rays, a check up, scale and polish and the filling on my tooth. The 2nd time was a file and the repair. There was no cost for the repair due having a year guarantee. Both times I had Alex and Ash who were bubbly, chatty and happy during my dental appointments. They were reassuring and helpful towards my appointments and made sure I felt at ease and spoke with me during the process. The receptionists were happy and welcoming too. All staff seem to get on and have a positive happy welcoming vibe when you enter. The surgery itself is clean tidy and modern. Also has a car park for a few cars - need to scan qr code when you come in to sign in number plate. Always willing to help and deal with anything you need. Thankyou care dental for rescuing my chipped tooth

Fantastic experience: Probably the best dentist you will ever use! Had a crown fitted a few months ago and it has been flawless. My original filling fell out and left me with a giant hole in my tooth, the team at care dental were able to get me in the next day and after a quick inspection and some appointment moving, Dr Kotecha was able to scan my tooth, mill the crown and fit it within 1.5 hours! Incredible service and patient care, I will never use anyone else, thanks again for everything (and the late review)

Fantastic experience: I have attended this practice for at least 10 years. The staff are friendly and professional. I have found the hygienist particularly helpful in explaining how to manage my oral health my teeth and gums. I like how the practice explain the various treatments, and provide a plan of care with costs in writing, so that you can take it home and peruse it in the comfort of your home. I had an absess a few years ago which was very painful, I was seen urgently thank God in Jesus name amen. I recieved antibiotics, analgesia, before the rest of the treatment was completed a couple of weeks later. Thank you .

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I’ve been to by far! I had a deep clean Periodontal treatment and a cerec crown done. I’m really anxious about the cleans as they have hurt my gums in the past and I’ve found it very uncomfortable. Dr Amit did everything to make me feel more relaxed before starting treatment and gave confident reassurance in his ability to keep it painless. That’s exactly what happened. I didn’t feel any pain at all and was wondering why I had got myself so worried by the time it was over. The most comfortable dentist visit I’ve had. He also showed me the process of the crown being created and was really informative throughout all the treatment. All staff there are great and make you feel very welcome and also help to put you at ease. Actually feel much more relaxed about future visits which I used to dread!

Fantastic experience: After waiting in agony on the NHS waiting list for an infected, impacted wisdom tooth removal, I decided I couldn't take it anymore and booked in with care dentist. All I can say is I wish I had done it sooner! The team were able to book me in the following week which I was pleasantly surprised about after being used to waiting so long! I had been petrified of having this done but right from the initial call I was put at ease, I also opted to have the sedation for peace of mind, it was amazing, I don't recall any of the tooth removal it was like taking a nap and waking up to it all done. I honestly couldn't recommend the team enough, it felt as though they all really did care and took the extra time to make me feel comfortable and at ease, Dr Amit Kotecha carried out the removal and he did a great job removing a tricky impacted tooth and was on hand after to answer any questions or worries I had after the removal. Thank you to all the team at care dental for making a very anxious process a lot easier for me!

Fantastic experience: I was one of those people that was terrified of dentists where even talking about them would make me break out in a sweat. I had neglected my teeth to the point where I lost quite a few and even then could not make myself do anything about it. It was only when I finally lost one of my front two teeth to decay that I finally resolved to do something, it still took several attempts to actually search for and research the options available to me. I could feel my pulse rate going up even writing my original enquiry on the C.A.R.E. Dental website but I then received a call in short order from Dr Amit Kotecha who managed to put me at my ease almost immediately. There was no judgement even though I had badly neglected my teeth and nothing but understanding. My first visit to the surgery was nerve-wracking but within moments of walking through the door, I had been warmly greeted by all the staff and then quickly seen by Dr Kotecha before I had time to panic and change my mind. After an initial consultation, again without judgement and with a way forward, it became much easier and I was much more relaxed about my visits. All the way through, I was given options regarding what could be done, the costs and expected outcomes. Each option was thoroughly explained with no hard sell, just simply explained where I could reduce the cost and what the risks / benefits would be. I opted for 6 implants in each jaw with conscious sedation during the work. On the day of the surgery, I received the sedation which worked a treat, I felt no pain and barely remember any of it. Dr Kotecha and his team seemed to have worked miracles, I've had very little pain afterwards, nothing normal over the counter painkillers couldn't handle for a day or two. I had the surgery on Tuesday and I'm writing this on Friday having not required any painkillers today. Considering the amount of work done, I feel this is like magic and a real credit to Dr Kotecha and his team, the preparation work and method used is incredibly impressive. The temporary teeth I currently have still feel strange in my mouth, a bit like wearing a gumshield but they are larger than the final set and I'm getting used to them quickly. Dr Kotecha has been available for questions at any time and this has really been appreciated. In summary, don't do what I did and keep putting it off. I have no hesitation in recommending C.A.R.E. Dental and Dr Kotecha (and team), they are professional, caring and incredibly friendly. You won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: A practice that is everything it says on the tin The treatment my wife and I received from this Dental practice was absolutely first class . From entering the building we were both individually welcomed and made to feel at ease. Fantastic experience: The best Dental practice I’ve ever visited. Suffering from severe dental anxiety I have always struggled with going to the dentist and neglected my oral health for a while which meant I needed a lot of dental work. I can’t thank Amit and all the staff enough for all the care and professionalism they have shown, from start to finish it’s been the best experience. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic dental practice in Leicestershire. I recently had a new make over of my smile by replacing my central Incisors with implants done by a trainer dental surgeon Shiv Kotecha in a highly professional manner, under the supervision of Dr Amit Kotecha, the whole process really exceeded my expectations.
