From the moment I stepped through the door Dr Asha and her team put me at ease and informed me of the variety of ways they could help improve the confidence in my smile, but for me the clearcorrect aligner service was the most attractive to me. Dr Asha spent time clearing up all my questions related to the treatment and mapped out a clear timeline from start to finish on what I could expect. I can say happily now that I have completed my treatment course with Kingston Dental Clinic and my smile has never looked better and I feel much more confident because of this. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr. Dipil enough. I had a dental emergency and was able to make an appointment for the same day. Dr. Dipil was friendly and careful whilst treating me as he knew I was in a lot of pain. I was pleased to find out he is Portuguese which was a huge bonus, Portuguese being my native language. Very grateful to have found Kingston Dental Clinic, very reasonable pricing and knowledgeable practitioners on TMJ issues.

Positive experience: Hi, I just wanted to share some honest feedback. I came in for a £105 AirFlow hygiene treatment and was really hoping for a proper, detailed clean - especially for that price. The whole appointment felt quite rushed and ended sooner than expected - definitely under 20 minutes. What surprised me most was the AirFlow part: there was barely any pressure, and it felt more like a light rinse than the strong cleaning effect I’ve experienced in other clinics. Even straight after the appointment, I could still see visible stains on the back of my upper teeth, which I had to point out myself. I understand my teeth are close together, but in the past, that was never a problem with proper technique. I left feeling disappointed - the treatment just didn’t feel as thorough or professional as I expected. I hope this helps improve the experience for future patients.

Fantastic experience: After seeing many dentists over the years, I can confidently say Dr. Satveer Sangha is exceptional. His work is meticulous, and his attention to detail truly sets him apart. I have small teeth and had a chipped one that needed repairing—a challenge that previous dentists attempted with quick composite fixes that never lasted. Dr. Sangha took the time to thoroughly assess and carefully build up the tooth with real skill and precision. The result is not only strong and natural-looking, but I could immediately see the difference in the quality of his work. I highly recommend Dr. Sangha to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares and delivers excellent results. I’ve now registered with the practice and won’t be going anywhere else—they’re my dentists from now on!

Negative experience: Just called reception who asked me if I’m calling from another practice when enquiring about prices. Didn’t know asking about a check up and prices would be a nuisance to them. Very strange exchange.

Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but a stellar experience with Dr. Parmar and Dr. Nathalal and couldn't recommend Kingston Dental Clinic strongly enough! I had a dental emergency during a weekend and Dr. Parmar was quick to help me get me into the clinic on short notice. From my very first appointment to the several I've had since then, I've been provided with not only kindness and empathy, but also with such detailed care and knowledge in any/all procedures that I've undergone. It also just happened to be that the specialities that my dental emergency required (old crown fell out and took my tooth with it so going through a dental implant,etc) were areas in which Dr. Nathalal and Dr. Parmar have extensive academic and direct experience in their practice. I always leave feeling like I've been listened to, and knowing that both Dr. Nathalal and Dr. Parmar are quick to respond and share any kind of additional support if needed (but I haven't had to follow up on anything because they're always so thorough the first time!). The service from the admin team are just as wonderful, they're quick, thorough, and kind. A silver lining after experiencing a dental emergency as now my family and myself, -toddlers included - have a trustworthy and experienced dentist to go to on a regular basis! Thank you Dr. Parmar and Nathalal!

Everything was explained in detail and they were very transparent with the process & pricing - which I really think is very important. The booking system was really efficient- all done online with a reminder send out a day before my appointment. Fantastic experience: Earlier this year I had an upper lip Frenectomy done by Dr Dipil at Kingston Dental, and it went exceptionally well. I’m definitely a more nervous patient and Dr Dipil made me feel very comfortable and was very careful during and after the procedure. My aftercare plan was great and worked perfectly I healed very well and am very very happy with my results 8 months down the line. All round smooth experience and was treated very well by all staff for a great price. Highly recommend this clinic, especially if you are someone who is initially anxious when it comes to dental/ oral procedures. Thanks so much.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom tooth removed at Kingston Dental Clinic, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience! Initially, I had a pre-procedure appointment where Dr. Dipil thoroughly explained every step of the extraction procedure and recovery process, immediately putting me at ease. The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless (I have to say how surprised I was that I didn’t feel any pain at all!). On top of that I had a quick recovery! Doctor Dipil was extremely professional throughout, always explaining in detail what was happening and what would be the next step, this information made me feel comfortable and reassured. I had a very good experience at the clinic and I could not recommend it enough for anyone in need of dental care. All the staff have been extremely caring and friendly! Negative experience: I selected Kingston Dental Clinic based on their promotion of expertise in treating TMJ, a painful jaw condition. After enduring months of pain, I opted for botox injections into the masseter muscle, administered by a subcontracted practitioner named Dr. Matin Ahmadi, who was touted as an award-winning aesthetic Doctor on the clinic's website. During the initial consultation, Dr. Matin Ahmadi explained the injection process both inside and outside the mouth, mentioning potential pain for a few days. However, he failed to mention the possibility of affecting my smile muscles and claimed that no aftercare instructions were necessary. Also, there was no consent form to sign to say that I understood the risks. Within a week, I experienced the loss of my smile and a hollowed-out appearance on one side of my face. The physio did see me for 2-3 sessions in the following month so the clinic was very much aware of how I was looking and my distress. I was offered a meeting with Dr Matin but declined because it would have been a waste of my time as there was absolutely nothing that he could do to hasten the speed of the botox to wear off. Despite my initial complaint yielding no action, it took another complaint six months later, supported by photo and video evidence, for them to address the issue. They promptly removed Dr. Matin Ahmadi's profile from the website, stating that he no longer worked with them. His response was a casual "I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the outcome of the treatment." As an award winning business owner, I couldn't engage in networking or show my face for 3 months, leading to a standstill in my work and personal life until the botox effects wore off which eventually took in total 6 months. You can imagine that my mental health was at an all time low. Despite seeking compensation, the clinic has only offered a refund for the initial treatment and two physiotherapy sessions, displaying a lack of duty of care given that my contract was with them.

Fantastic experience: As a person that generally hates the dentist I spent thousands visiting Harley street in London to be put as ease in the private sector. When I moved out of town I tried several other dentists to try and ease my fear. Nothing worked until I found these guys. So great. So comforting. Especially Alex and his team

Fantastic experience: Since I moved to the UK I have tried so many different Dentists in London and was never satisfied with any of them, with the exception of this one. One day I need an urgent dental treatment and googled to find one and thank god I found Kingston Dental Clinic. Dr Dipil knew what was the problem and gave me an efficient and right treatment. I’m so glad I found them and now I go there regularly. They’re extremely good and I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for a great dentist in the Kingston area. Also the nurses and receptionist are very friendly and caring.

Everything was explained in great detail with a very professional and friendly approach, this extends to the warm greeting received by staff on the front desk. Fantastic experience: Dr Dipil Nathalal is amazing. I am very scared of going to the dentist. He just pulled out a molar in under 15mns. This was a tricky surgery as the root and the infection were very close to my sinus. I am now home recovering with clear instructions. This is the fourth tooth I have taken out and by far the best experience. Thank you Dr Dipil and I look forward to getting the implant with you!

Fantastic experience: Updated: After two larger dental works 5 stars do not give the work Dipil & Asha justice. The entire team are friendly with great "bedside manner", brilliant advice pre and post work. Overall I could not be happier with the service I received. Longer versions: Compacted wisdom removal, Cyst removal and tooth removal with Dr Nathalal. This was a lot of work to be done and after a check by a CT scan by a 3rd party to see what lies beneath. Dr Nathalal advised on best course of action. He then advised on what to do pre-extraction, what would be undertaken and how. During the removals it was a breeze he took all 3 problems out within the hour painlessly and stitched my gum. His aftercare advice of a mouth guard, and oral surgical gel provided by him worked wonders and I was healed within a week. I was prepared for two weeks of soup and a lot of pain but I had no pain after two days and even during those two days were minimal. Root canal with Dr Parma I also had a root canal done by Dr Parma at a very difficult to reach tooth it was done smoothly and with no pain I didn't even feel the local anaesthetic injections. To a testament of her skill I found the hardest part was staying awake as she was so smooth in her work. Original: The staff seems to really care for their patients and do a great job. I had a root canal and I barely felt a thing. I strongly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My dentists name was Doctor Asha. She was very professional, on-time and personable. I can be quite nervous about going to the dentist, but she made me feel really relaxed. I had really bad tooth pain and I was immediately given an appointment at a time that suited me. Asha also called in Dr Dipil who came in for an opinion on my wisdom tooth as I was told this is speciality so I got two specialties in one appointment. I also enquired whilst I was there about tooth whitening. She showed me the options and I’ve now been booked in for an appointment for that! I asked for their names because I wanted to ensure I could rave about them, they were really great.

Fantastic experience: In all my years of going to the dentist, I have never encountered a friendlier, more hard working and more competent team than Dr Asha, Dr Dipil and Nurse Angelina. I needed to have an emergency root canal done and a few follow-up visits for a crown, they accommodated me right away while about 4 other clinics that I called could only give me appointments a week or two away (and they were all private too). The root canal was actually painless believe it or not; I almost fell asleep. I also had a clean and polish, and normally I dread teeth cleaning because I find it so painful, but Dr Asha was so gentle that I barely noticed what was going on, and she managed to remove a stubborn 'deposit' (sorry, I don't know the medical term) in the gaps of my teeth that other dentists in the past couldn't remove entirely. Their pricing is also very reasonable compared to other clinics. I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Dipil and his team are very kind, patient, friendly and professional. I took my daughter there for dental check up and they were excellent. He went to the extent of teaching her how to brush her teeth lol I even recorded it so I can keep on reminding her how to do it. Fantastic experience: Great service and I can 100% recommend both Dr Dipil and Dr Asha. I went in for a tooth removal a couple of days ago. I was quite nervous about it all but the reassurance I received form both dentists really settled me. Fantastic experience: Dr Matin is the most caring and expert dentist you can have . The long journey to his clinic worth it. Lovely staff, great service and quite nice place. I was really nervous about my wisdom teeth extraction, but he assured me there wouldn’t be any pain and it was true. No pain at all. I left his clinic with smile & absolutely happy HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Dr Matin Ahmedi highly enough. I have followed him from another practice because I find him to be knowledgeable, skillful, caring and personable. This practice is bright and airy, the dental nurse, welcoming and caring and I can honestly say I look forward to going to the dentist !!
