Negative experience: Phoned by 8.30 this morning was told I was the first to call so no problem with appointment, we will call you back with a time! Didn’t hear anything, called them again at 2pm and then I was told there is no appointments for today left, call tomorrow. When I said you said you would call me back, all I got back was, we have been busy!

Fantastic experience: I had broken my front tooth, so had an appointment with Rosa, who was a very personable and competent young lady who kept me advised of the various stages of the treatment. Very pleased with my visit/

Was seen by lovely, personable and professional young lady dentist called Rosa Credali. Excellent anaesthetic and dentistry skills. Totally painless, even while injecting anaesthetic. Took her time and did a superb job of the new filling. Managed my expectations throughout and going forward. I have no hesitation in recommending this dentist and the practice. Thank you.

Negative experience: Previously had brilliant service from the survey… until they got taken over. Trying to book after they got taken over, was near impossible. I was last seen in 2020 before Covid struck, and hadn’t heard off them since. They told my mother, who is also with them, that they were still trying to catch up on patients through the pandemic, and myself and my sister would be called when they got to us. I called today to list my 13 month old who has still got no teeth with them, only to be told I was removed off the books, with my sister, as they hadn’t seen us in 5 years. There’s no room for them to take my son or us back on, despite them failing to inform us we were being removed and failing to contact us for any appointments.

Negative experience: AVOID LIKE THE DAMN PLAGUE!!! Ive been with the surgery for the past 6-7 years and ever since the pandemic they couldnt give less of a damn about the state of your teeth than they are selling you something. The previous dentist was amazing and determined to do everything to keep my teeth healthy, When she left and they finally got someone in after 10+ months he did a quick check after asking me what the previous dentist did and when i told him he said " oh no no, it would be easier and better for ME (the dentist) if i remove all your teeth and give you dentures instead!" not being funny i know i had problems with one tooth but thanks to him doing absoultely nothing thats now become 2-3, even when i had an emergency appointment as i blacked out down a set of steel steps and damaged my front teeth and one had become substantially looser he did absolutely nothing and said your fine! Feels less like your being checked up by an NHS dentist and more being sold packages and services by a private one.

Fantastic experience: Rosa was fantastic ... look ... my teeth aren't the best but she was really calming in the way she spoke and made me feel at ease .... as anyone who doesn't like the dentists will know ... meeting someone like this makes the appointment go really well ... all other staff were polite; friendly and very informative too

Negative experience: I attended my appointment on 25 March last to have a filling on upper left hand side of mouth. The old filling, which I'd had for ages came away when eating. The cavity now holds food and I have to brush after every meal for comfort and hygiene. On brushing my teeth the brush bristles go into the hole and causes bleeding and discomfort. Andrew said it's too shallow a hole to fill. If that's the case, why did the dentist from the past fill it in the first place. The other annoying thing is my tougne is drawn automatically to the cavity all the time. My next appointment is on the 16 June. Fingers crossed Andrew will help me out here.

Negative experience: Had an emergency appointment for bad toothache, tooth decaying under filling, and inflammation around the tooth, OK take it out please, sorry there is a long waiting list for extractions, you could go to our private clinic with a shorter wait time. It just leaves you with no options, pushing patients for private expensive work, leaving patients suffer for weeks or months, we don't let our pets suffer like this. I will say the staff at the dental Centre are pleasant and polite, it's not thier fault the system is broke.

Fantastic experience: Looked after superbly, even phoned the following day, to see if everything was ok, after having tooth out, because I'm on blood thinners, everything fine, thanks. Pity I can't say the same about my wife's treatment, after trying to get appointments last year, phoned in March, was told due to lack of dentists, only emergency appointments, then received a Email in June from Catherine Brady apologising for what was going on, and hoping to recruit more dentists in the future, my tried again in August and was told, patients would be notified of appointments for check ups, never happened, tried to get a appointment earlier this year, and was told she had been taken off the books, shocking because we had been with the practice 40 to 50 years.
