Fantastic experience: 2025 - Fantastic practice, friendly reception and dentists that care, this is a practice that worked extensively with me all through Covid, i have just had an xray, extraction, now missing tooth added to my partial denture, refitted the denture, all within 24hrs !! Cant recommend enough, thank you so soo much for caring and being as quick as you were :-) 25/11/2026 - Been back again which mirror's the above, two extractions by Bruce and apart from the initial injections i never felt a thing, so caring and accommodating, i would recommend to anyone joining this practice if they are able to ! Thanks Bruce for the care today, really appreciated :-)

Fantastic experience: Had been suffering with gum infection for some months. My dentist suggested that Gemma, their Hygienist take a closer inspection. She did so with ease and professionalism and numbed an area of my mouth, in order to probe deeper. All in all a great service and hopefully a restored gum line! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had a scale and polish booked in with Gemma and Rhianna this morning (my first one, so I was quite apprehensive as I didn’t know what to expect) but they reassured me and talked me through the process prior to starting, making me feel more comfortable and putting me at ease. Overall it was a nice, easy and comfortable experience, they were both really really lovely and my teeth feel the best they have ever felt. Will definitely be booking in for another scale and polish in the future. Receptionists are always very welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was seen the same day after asking for an emergency appointment for severe toothache. I was seen straightaway by the dentist. Every thing was explained to me and I was well looked after during the tooth extraction. As uncomfortable as an extraction is, I was reassured and comforted by both the dentist and dental nurse. Once the tooth was removed the pain disappeared.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional experience. I am really nervous at the dentist and Bruce put me at ease, as much as possible. Whilst I didn't like having an extraction, my first by injection, it was a painless experience. Bruce explained about after care and although early days, only the day after, hopefully recovery will be good. Also the reception staff are all lovely, kind and welcoming. A superb dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Attended next day appointment given due to ongoing issue with wisdom tooth pain. All staff very helpful and pleaseant. Inspected tooth and decision taken to remove. Everything fully explained beforehand. Removal took place during same visit and great effort taken to ensure comfortabe and pain free extraction. Not that I'd recommend anyone to pull out teeth but if they need to then Ravenhill Dental Care is highly recommended. Thanks Bruce.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to same practise since 1955 it's changed hands but service I had today with extracting a wisdom tooth was amazing I cannot praise them enough well done...well done again ravenhill dentist had a problem with sensitivity and they got me in within a day for appointment and had prescription for toothpaste thankyou team so much very impressed

Starting with ladies and the reception - friendly, polite and always helpful. Dental hygienist Gemma and dentist Maysoon and every dental assistant I had - absolutely professional and friendly. Always makes me feel welcome and they are genuinely happy to see you ☺️ I had big dental anxiety but thanks to mostly Maysoon it’s almost gone. I had broken molar that she rebuild and you can’t even see which tooth had work done- amazing job! Recently had wisdom tooth extracted- didn’t feel a thing, tooth out in within a minute. I had no pain or swelling after at all, maybe tiny discomfort for a day. Today another tooth filled, great job!very impressed with skills to make your filled teeth look like your teeth. It is a bit expensive but very reasonable and the end result of treatment is absolutely worth it in my opinion. Thank you

Fantastic experience: When I walked into Ravenhill Dental Care I was greeted by friendly helpful staff and impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic. I was having a new crown fitted to repair a broken tooth and Bruce, the principal dentist, explained every step of the procedure in a very clear and professional manor. The treatment from beginning to end was painless and stress free with the new tooth being an excellent match. They made me feel at ease and did an amazing job of building up one of my front teeth after I took a nasty tumble and broke it, puncturing straight through my bottom lip. Fantastic experience: my best dentist experience yet. had a little meltdown when the needle came but he was very patient and waited until i was ready, answered all my worries and questions and talked through the whole thing with me.

Positive experience: No one likes to have a tooth extracted but on visiting Ravenhill dental care, within 5mins sitting in the chair the tooth was removed and I was sitting back up. Maysoon and Rhiannah talked through what was being done, and put me at ease. I was expecting the worse. But for what it was it was a good experience.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had 6 teeth removed in two sessions in preparation for her braces to be fitted. Maysoon is so professional and kind and made my daughter feel at ease throughout the entire time. You Won’t get a better dentist in my opinion. Rhianna was also very kind and helped my daughter throughout the procedure offering support and reassurance and her hand for my daughter to squeeze very tightly. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist and receiving treatment is something I'm very nervous about. However Today whist at the dentist as soon as you walk in it's a very friendly atmosphere. Everything that happens is explained to you. I was asked if i felt ok whilst having treatment. I was also told if I needed to stop at any point I could. I felt that my needs were very important at all times.

With a terrible infection ruining my Christmas Eve and previously being told that I would have to wait for upto two years for a complex extraction, I was just about out of ideas. But Maysoon meticulously explored options and her confidence and skilled dentistry meant that it could be removed in-clinic. I was thrilled to be out of pain, perfectly looked after and honestly, the bedside manner of both Maysoon and Rhianna put me so at ease. It was the best dentist appointment I've ever been to.

Fantastic experience: Great Dentist! Never had any issues here. It’s always easy to book and to re arrange dentist appointments. Never normally a long queue on the phone either. Very friendly dentists who know what they are doing and explain what they are doing to each step to make you feel at ease. I’m normally pretty scared of going to the dentist but the staff are always lovely here and it takes the edge off for me.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant support today at the dentist. I had to have the dreaded fillings and am a wimp when it comes to injections in your gums. The team were so supportive and talked me through everything that was happening. I don’t think I could have gone through this without them. Would recommend them especially for anyone that has any form of a dental phobia.
