Fantastic experience: Had a cracked tooth removed today after a couple of years of on/off problems. It was a referral from my normal dentist. Can’t praise them enough, excellent communication, first class staff. Well done and thank you for your work.

Fantastic experience: I was anxious about having my wisdom tooth removed after a previous bad experience at another practice, however, Dr Jakileti was brilliant! He was very friendly, warm and smiley and his overall demeanor put me at ease right away. I left completely surprised and so relieved at what a good experience I had. The whole process was completely pain free, comfortable and extremely quick!!!!! Even the numbing process was comfortable, no pain at all and usually I hate tasting the anaesthetic but this was the first experience of not tasting it at all (something small but makes a difference to the whole process). The practice is really nice inside with easy parking. Would highly recommend this practice and will be sure to go back if I ever need treatment in the future. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with the staff here oh my god they’re so reassuring and kind! I had to have 2 very painful teeth extracted and the 3 absolutely amazing staff members there were so so good! I can’t put into words how anxious I was! Tears streaming and legs shaking and somehow these guys did the job perfectly! It was as if they waved a wand and it was over! Thank you so so soooo much! I am so very grateful for your kindness and patience with me under your care!

Dr Jakileti is not only an expert in his field but also kind and understanding as are all the staff here. Fantastic experience: To begin with, I was well impressed by the fact I was able to book a same day emergency appointment, when I wasn't even registered at the practice. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The actual surgery was carried out by dentist Deepika Jakileti, and her assistant, Ruby. All treatment with costs were explained, prior to surgery. The overhead tv I thought was an unexpected distraction but welcoming. Considering the overall time frame in getting me booked in so quickly, to the tooth extraction, offset against a highly competitive cost, it was most definitely well worth it. Many thanks.

Fantastic experience: I attended the practice this morning to have a tooth extracted, I was seen by Imola and Nicci they were excellent with me and stopped when it became painful. The reception staff were brilliant also as they told me where it was ok to park.

I struggle badly with my gag reflex but he was very reassuring and got the job done quickly and pain free. Fantastic experience: Having been referred by my regular dentist for the extraction of a Wisdom Tooth I was a little apprehensive not having been here before, I needn’t have worried though because Imola the Dentist along with Pascal the Dental Nurse put me completely at ease, with Imola taking her time to make sure I was comfortable and completely numb before the procedure began. In total I was in and out within 30 minutes and can’t thank them both enough for taking good care of me, I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Just got home from a visit to Reanna, my hygienist at Bridge House, and thought she deserved a positive review. Apart from being good at her job, she has a very friendly and empathetic manner, putting her patients at ease and creating a relaxed environment for what can be quite a stressful experience. Fantastic experience: Needed a bad tooth removed and a new one created and inserted. Several visits over several months but virtually pain-free and a very impressive and professional service. Not cheap but a great outcome. Also introduced to their Dental Hygienist which was a revalation and also recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have just been to the surgery for a emergency tooth extraction, I was quite nervous but I didn't need to be, as from the time of entering the practice I felt relaxed. We were welcomed by a extremely pleasant receptionist, she took my details and we sat down to wait for my appointment. Myself and my carer was impressed by the decoration of the practice, music/screen saver on TV. Then I got called in by the surgeon who was going to do the work, he explained everything about the work he was going to do, the nurse was very caring too. With in 10 to 15 minutes the work was over. I was impressed there wasn't any discomfort or pain, the worst part was the injection the surgeon/nurse explained the after care, then I left the surgery. I would rate the practice highly.

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious about this procedure following a traumatic experience at my local dentist. However, I was reassured when i entered the premises to find them very clean and new, and the reception staff very welcoming. Once in the Surgery Room, equipped with a monitor in front to show your X-Ray and another above to distract you with daytime TV, Dr J and his colleague were calm and confident which helped calm me, and their professionalism and skill during the procedure resulted in a successful, painless extraction. I cannot thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist for many years I was sceptical and worried about going. My first appointment for a first check was with Asma and her helper, then today the hygienist Rihanna and her helper Ali. The staff here are lovely, including those on reception. This is the best experience I have had with my teeth, they listened and they made sure I wasn't in any pain throughout. From my experience I would highly recommend. Thankyou.

Fantastic experience: Had 4 implants inserted at Bridge House Dental Practice by Dr Jakileti in July. I am quite a anxious patient regarding any problems with my teeth but Dr Jakileti & his staff were kind, patient, understanding & also helpful in the way they explained the procedure as it was happening. My follow up appointment in November involved numerous xrays which were explained to me as they showed the progress of bone growth as the inserts settled into my jaw. Amazing process & all undertaken very professionally.

Negative experience: I got referred because of the pain of a tooth extraction. This dentist said there using the same numbing injection. Then said only a small scratch as she pushed 4 full injections deep into my jaw . No holding back then was very insistent are you ready yes or no as I'm grabbing the chair like a white knuckle ride in pain while she was saying your doing well . Then yanked the tooth out . Witch I couldn't keep even though it's part of my body . All this after telling her I'm scared of dentists she just wanted to get on with it .

Fantastic experience: Professional treatment delivered with a personal touch. I have been a patient at Bridge House for over 40 years and witnessed the transformation of the clinic following its acquisition by the Jakilietis. It is now a very modern clinic which is incredibly well presented and similar to a private hospital. my treatment was needed following the inevitable failure of a bridge I had fitted to replace my front teeth when a teenager. Srini explained the options to me, and the details of each stage of treatment. I opted for implants. It was a complex process and I am delighted with the results. Srini is a very skillful surgeon who is able to explain things well and put you at ease, partly through his engaging and personable nature. He is backed up with a highly professional team. I really appreciated the friendly and helpful approach of all the staff at the practice. I am very happy to recommend Bridge House to anyone needing dental treatment

It was long, at times uncomfortable, but the care & respect I have been shown throughout was second to none. Yes it was expensive, but you pay for what you get and I am very happy with my new smile!

Fantastic experience: It had been a few years since I had seen a Dentist at another Practice, but was so glad I decided to have treatment carried out at Bridge House. I had an initial Check-up, where Dr. Neha explained what was required and any questions I had were answered comprehensively. Over a few weeks I had two fillings, an old crown which was broken, replaced, and then saw Reanna the Hygienist who was very efficient. I have to say that while undergoing all this treatment, I felt no pain whatsoever. Everyone at the Practice was friendly, helpful and efficient, and I have no hesitation of recommending Bridge House Dental Practice at all.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Bridge House dental practice for many years and have always been delighted with my treatment and the wonderful work done by Dr Neha. So… when I developed an issue with an historical root canal it looked like I might have to have another extraction and I was alarmed as this would have left a substantial gap in my teeth. It was suggested that I consider having a consultation with Dr Jakileti before any final decision was made. My partner came with me and we were so impressed with everything about the setup and professionalism of Dr Jakileti’s surgery and how friendly and calming he was. After giving us all the information and suggested treatments following X-rays and scans, which unfortunately revealed I had more problems with very historical previous treatments when younger, and we were encouraged to go away and think/discuss issues and revisit him in a couple of weeks. No pressure at any point to go ahead. We have total confidence in Dr Jakileti’s abilities, and his wonderful Team and I am so pleased that I ‘took the plunge’ and went on this journey. It took almost 11 months but this is necessary to enable the necessary healing in between appointments. Nothing is rushed and everything has been carefully planned and discussed ahead of any treatment so there are no surprises. We laughed many times within the appointments, some of which were over 3 hours, but time flew actually and it was relatively painless. I ended up having 5 implants and 3 crowns because of my weak teeth and gum issues. I never felt any nerves whilst going through the treatment and that is testament to the fabulous Reception Team and Nurses who were all just wonderful from start to finish. I highly recommend this Practice and would encourage anyone who is considering implants etc to book a consultation with Dr Jakileti. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Bridge House.

Fantastic experience: Due to my fear of dentists i only ever went when a toothache became so bad it would over ride the fear. I decided i needed to do better, for myself and my children. I do not want them like thier mum! So i finally decided to join as a private patient and wish i did it sooner! Dr Neha and nurse Jess were so amazing. They did not embarass or shame me. They were so professional yet relaxed at the same time- a perfect mix. They spoke to me through every stage of every thing thay did. They constantly kept a check on me to see how i was doing. They ensured i was in charge. Treatmemt to get my teeth sorted took about 5 visits and Dr Neha and nurse Jess were there and supported me all the way. They even welcolmed and allowed my friend who came with me for support. The whole expierence was so amazing that on every visit i laughed, sometimes during treatment! I have often bottled it as I was always quite a nervous individual with dentists but everyone was welcoming and friendly. Dr Neha perfomed my checkup, she was gentle performing this and was very thorough with her findings and recommended the best treatment for me. I would like to thank her assistant too. My first time at a hygienist appointment and I would like to thank Reanne for making the process as smooth as possible. She explained what she was going to do and ensured every now and then that I was okay - she was gentle and explained to me what she recommends I should get and explained the best teeth brushing motions. Fantastic experience: I'm a very nervous patient. However, the team at Bridge House went above and beyond to help me stay calm during my extraction. They were very kind and patient with me and it got me through my appointment. I was amazed because it was completely painless! I'm often very sensitive to pain (especially dental) but despite my concerns it was a quick and pain-free appointment. Overall a very accommodating and empathetic team. I couldn't be more grateful.

Fantastic experience: My personal experience of Bridge House Dental Practice & Implant Centre During the covid epidemic, I struggled to get appointments with my nhs dentist. I was repeatedly told when I phoned that they were not taking new appointments right now - phone again in three months. I wasn’t in any major discomfort, but I was aware that I needed some dentistry - I just didn’t know what it was. My nhs dentist had previously extracted a couple my teeth - both times braking the teeth leaving the root in place. I was subsequently referred on each occasion to Bridge House to have the work put right. These were my first experiences with the Bridge House Dental Practice and it was those experiences that regained my trust in dentistry. So… when I developed some further tooth discomfort, I decided to go to Bridge House as a private patient. My initial check up highlighted a number of issues and a further appointment was made with Dr Jakileti to discuss how to progress. During this consultation he talked me through the multiple problems that I had, step by step showing me in detail on the X-rays taken at my first appointment. He explained to me that apart from diseased teeth, the major problem I had was that my previous dentistry had been carried out without any long term plan and consequently I was left with very few ‘meeting teeth’ to eat with. Dr Jakileti suggested a strategy to correct the multiple teeth and gum problems that I had and formulated a precise plan to resolve ALL of my dental issues. This plan was set out in writing with accurate costings for my consideration. The entire consultation process was done in a totally professional, warm, friendly manor, without any pressure on me to proceed. For the first time in a very long while I was visiting a dentist who gave me confidence. The treatment program was carried out with multiple appointments over a twelve month period. Diseased teeth were removed, a failing crown replaced, fillings, gum bone graft treatment, a growth in my sinus dealt with and seven implants fitted. Unlike many of my previous dental experiences, Trips to the Bridge House Dental Practice today are in no way an ordeal for me. I have total confidence in Dr Jakileti’s abilities, and I can quiet honesty say that with regards to my teeth and gums I no longer have ANY gum pain or discomfort at all and I am in no way aware that my dental implants are not anything but my own teeth. It’s like the clock has been turned back twenty years. It was quite a journey to get to where I am today - but I can honestly say… it was worth every minute. Following my own experiences, the professionalism and dental excellence that I received, and the warmth and friendliness off the staff, I have no hesitation in recommending Bridge House Dental Practice. If you have any teeth or gum problems that you (like me) are just living with day after day, maybe because you think your getting older and that’s just how things are, I would suggest making an initial appointment for assessment - you have very little to lose, and perhaps like me - very much to gain. Fantastic experience: I had to have a wisdom tooth surgically removed. It was a tooth the hospital hadn't wanted to take out when they took out my others as it was in such a difficult position. Unfortunately, I couldn't cope with the pain anymore and was referred here by my dentist. The dental surgeon and nurse were incredible, it was a really tricky extraction but I wanted to be awake, they talked me through and reassured me at every stage. They were all amazing. I can't believe he managed to get it out and with absolutely no pain, it was right up in my cheek bone. I do struggle to get numb sometimes and was preparing myself for a very uncomfortable experience. It couldn't have been further from it. Thank you so much for your care and consideration. Fantastic experience: After being told by my dentist they were u able to remove my tooth because of the roots i was refferred to bridge house dental practice due the excruciating pain i was experiencing i called them a week before my planned appointment and the lovely receptionist got me in on the same day for an emergency appointment after being in agony for 2 days and mr srinivas Roa Jakileti was absolutely amazing. he removed my tooth within 10 minuites and the whole process was painfree,i was ver nervous and anxuous but the dental nurses were so kind and reassurred me throughout the whole process, even holding my hand. thankyou ladies, your fab!! i would highly reccomend this practice. The whole team are wonderful and go above and beyind to accommodate there patients and needs espcially srinivas, thank you so much. from a very happy and painfree patient

His expertise, and knowledge meant my surgical tooth extraction was absolutely painless, I was astounded how quickly the procedure took, and it has cured my fear of the dentist. I also want to say a massive thank you to the lovely ladies who were in the room with him, assisting the procedure. I was comforted, and taken care of with absolute compassion. I even had a television to watch on the ceiling, which is an absolute first for me!.

Fantastic experience: I have spent many years just smiling in photos and being very self conscious in company because two of my upper lateral teeth were becoming gradually discoloured and worn. When part of one of them chipped, and after discussion with Dr Asma Rauf, she began the process of replacing them with crowns. Asma fitted them expertly, not even needing to do any extra work to achieve a good bite. I’m delighted with the result and feel so much more confident in social situations.
