Fantastic experience: From the minute I walked into the Improve Your Smile building, I felt a sense of professionalism and that the staff really cared. Dr Malik made me feel completely at ease, and gave me more information in ten minutes than I've been given by a dentist in years! Dr Tanisha Schumacher did such a great job at keeping her comfortable, talking her through each step and gently extracting the teeth. Fantastic experience: Dr Sarah Morgan and Kateryna are absolutely fantastic. Very polite, careful and considerate, it is the first time in my life that an injection is not such a painful and stressful experience thanks to the way Dr Morgan executes it. She explains everything to me, takes pictures of before and after, keeps an archive all issue we want to address, doesn't rush or push me to do anything and is always genuinely considerate about my condition. I must admit the service is quite pricey but the experience is truly great and that doesn't often happen at a dental practice!

I'd highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-quality dental care in a supportive environment.

Negative experience: Firstly I agreed a £10,000 budget for treatment which included 2 implants, bridge work, fillings - a complete overhaul. Implants - 1 went septic and was removrd - not replasced. The other fell out. When this implant was placed the dentist told me ther teeth above it could fall out, offering no treatment. Today I have no teeth at all, I paid for the treatments but was told I have 'a difficult' mouth, but I felt any potential problem should have been diagnosed and treated? Every part of the treatment fell out, some very painfully. As a pensioner I thought my treatment was lacking. I had attended hygenist appointment, and checkups all paid treatments. I really don't feel I can recommend.

Fantastic experience: My daughter Karen visited Dr Malik for an emergency a week ago really bad pain (she is extremely dental phobic) , he was absolutely fantastic, emphathetic and extremely gentle and kind. He gave her a course of antibiotics and gave her another appointment for an extraction today with Dentist Sarah Morgan and Dental nurse Ausra who again were fantastic with her, my daughter had no pain whatsoever during the procedure , she felt comfortable and relaxed , Sarah explained everything to her from start to finish and now she doesn’t fear her future appointments . Myself and my husband have been patients also with Dr Malik from when he first started forty years ago and he is an amazing dentist , he knows his patients , always asks about the family and is extremely kind. Thank you so very much .You are all amazing.

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost!!!! Instead of refunding me £250, stole another £250 and ignored me ever since. I had my first appointment with Mr Malik which was excellent, he talked me though everything - the Invisalign, whitening and dental implant and timings which would work within the timescales I needed. My next appointment was due to be with the orthodontist on the 24th March, I arrived for my appointment and was told the orthodontist was off sick, so I would see a nurse instead who couldn’t do the scans etc. I was assured I’d be seen again soon so made an appointment. I’ve paid £250 , my appointment was cancelled and “hopefully” I’ll get a refund from the manager. (Hopefully in inverted commas as that is a direct quote from the receptionist - hopefully she’ll get to it. The manager assured me I would receive a refund. Instead of refunding me, she stole an additional £250 from me. It’s now September, still no refund, they continue to ignore my emails.

Negative experience: Very expensive. No attempt to offer any options under £10,000.

Fantastic experience: I know we all have our stories about receptionists but Sharon and Ashley are probably the best receptionists this practice has had. They always go above and beyond to get me an appointment and yes they do actually call when you are on the waiting list . They always greet you with a smile and are a testament to how receptionists should be. Sharon remembers your name and always does her best to accommodate whether in person or on the phone . Thank you ladies and your hard work is much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: What can I say! Dr Malik and the wonderful Ausra have given me the most amazing smile. As I have aged my front teeth had started to become translucent. I decided to go down the route of veneers to my front four teeth. This was done last year and I loved the difference it made to my confidence. So I then decided to do more veneers recently to fully improve my smile and it was the best decision. Having a fear of needles they were so patient with me and made me feel very safe and I had minimal pain. When you are the chair for hours you want the time to go by quickly and as a team they really do make your time in the chair as comfortable as it can be. I can’t thank the team enough for making me feel the best I have in years! Thank you

I’ve visited three times so far (with more booked), and every visit has been excellent—from the welcoming, professional reception staff to the exceptional care from the dental team. Dr Tanisha, alongside her assistants Katerina and Giedse, was professional, kind, and explained everything clearly, without pressure or judgement. Misha (hygienist) and Cristina also delivered standout care—thorough and informative. The practice is modern, clean, and unusually calming for a dental clinic. Fantastic experience: I have undergone teeth straightening, 2 bridges and porcelain veneers. The whole process was painless and undertaken with a wonderful manner by all involved. Fantastic experience: I have recently had dental treatment at Wooford House, carried out by Dr Jessica with assistants Giedre and Victoria. I had 6 upper and 6 lower teeth capped and was at first concerned about pain and overall appearance at the end of the treatment. I needn't have worried. I was treated with great care and respect and found myself completely relaxed as they carried out their work over a number of sessions. I was delighted with the outcome and my much improved smile. Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my experience of being under the care of Dr Jessica Gaviria Arango at Improve Your Smile dental practice. In my experience, she is one of the most caring and empathic dentist I have met. I felt not only did she have my best interest at heart, she took time for me to process the information given and supported me to make the right decision. I felt that I was valued and not just another patient.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Jessica Gaviria Arango and Giedre over the course of a few weeks upon Dr Jessica’s sound advice regarding my tooth, aside from my regular checkups. Dr Jessica has always been very kind and warm- never pushy or condescending, which I had experienced with the orthodontist previously in the practice. I have an upper tooth that had bothered me all my life aesthetically, but never knew what to do about it. I had train track braces a while back, then had Invisalign-like retainers again recently, but the problem lay in the fact that this tooth was of a different shape and size altogether. Dr Jessica advised me to have it molded using composite material. She explained everything to me clearly but in a friendly manner, and she has an aura that you know you can trust her completely. She was meticulous and perfect, and the result was more than I had hoped for. Dr Jessica and Giedre made my experience pleasant and truly worthwhile. I highly recommend them without hesitation!

Negative experience: Very expensive, poor quality of services, the dentist Dr Malik said he had qualification he didn't have and itge web site is dismissive about the expertise of its dentist. Don't use this practice unless wants to be exploited.

Negative experience: 3 months to get an email response, called to book the complimentary consultation I was offered but now need to pay a fee. I don't object to paying for a service but lack of transparency is misleading.

Fantastic experience: I recently took my 88 year old grandmother for treatment with Dr Malik. The care, consideration and kindness she received from him and his nurses Giedre and Cristina and then on another occasion from Stephanie the hygienist and her nurse Ria was really exceptional. They made sure she was comfortable with a pillow and blanket and really did go the extra mile for her. The process of booking the appointments with a lovely receptionist was also so straightforward. Negative experience: While enquiring into dental care care here I witnessed someone who I assume was the manager talking down to the reception staff in an extremely demeaning and derogatory manner. I decided because of this exchange that I would find another practice. I hope that the young lady is okay. Seems like a toxic environment.

Also, all the assistants; Kataryna and the hygienists are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this dentist clinic; the Management team running it are very good too.

Negative experience: I called this practice back in late December/early January to ask to be added to the waitlist. At the time the receptionist that I spoke to was helpful and said she would do so. Fast forward 5 months later, I called to ask if there had been any movement (appreciate waitlist spots are few and far between) to be told I was called 2 months ago once and I didn’t answer so that was that. No follow-up call, voicemail etc. they just move onto the next person after 1 call! I always answer or call back numbers I do not recognise so I find it hard to believe I was called but will take their word. When I spoke to the receptionist today about this, she was rude and patronising and just kept repeating the same line and ignoring my question. Really poor service on reception with a terrible attitude and no apology - I would avoid if you can.

Fantastic experience: An obsessive perfectionist - exactly what you want in a dentist! Upper front veneers look completely natural. Faultless care and attention. I recommend Mr Malik without hesitation.

I have been with a number of Dentists there and have always been happy with their quality of service - eyewateringly expensive of course but I think that is the same for all private Dentists. The facilities are very good, systems to ensure cleanliness and safety very good too. Dental nurses and Reception staff have always been great. If I've ever had an emergency they have seen me quickly. So I'm happy to recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Firstly the numbing gell worked well so the jab didn't hurt and made a great job of a decade front tooth Dr Schumacher & the nurse Giedre helped by getting me comfortable with a pillow before we started.

Fantastic experience: I am in my 60s and over the years my teeth had become very mis-aligned, to the extent that I was embarrassed to smile. One of the top front teeth in particular sloped backwards at quite an angle. After a year of Invisalign treatment my teeth look better than I could have hoped for and my confidence has increased.
