Negative experience: Today I came for appointment it was bad weather raining on top I was with child on pram my appointment was only 10:15 I reach 10:20 I was in pain too receptionists refused to check me in n said dentist can't see me bcoz I m 5 mins late . They reschedule my appointment . Its was not good I m in pain I explained them they were not ready to listen to me at all . But wen they make patient wait for hours it's fair but patient is late for 5 mins it's not fair very ridiculous service. They not looking for quality of care for patient they looking for time. Best interests for patient does matters in nhs .

Fantastic experience: I have given 5 stars for the Hanwell Dental Practise. From the moment you enter the practise with the warm friendly and very efficient reception desk. To Dr Shah and his magic professional safe hands. The service I cannot fault. The honesty safe guarding my dental hygiene and cost structure is worth every penny. I could not recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Metta is the best Dentist I have ever had , excellent skills and painless treatment, I am 63 and have lost a few teeth and Dr. Meta gave me my smile back for Christmas I’m very happy ! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year !

Fantastic experience: Recently had some work done. The dentist Dr Vekaria was so professional pre- appointment , during and afterwards . There was a complication. He explained exactly what was going on & fixed it even though it wasn’t part of what I was paying for . The whole experience left me confident , relaxed , assured and I left so happy & . smiling . I’ve got my smile back , and that’s priceless . Dr Chand and the receptionists were lovely too, esp Magda! HIGHLY recommend

Fantastic experience: I recently moved dental practice to Hanwell Dental Practice. I used to dread going to see the dentist. Now I feel more comfortable, cared for and I have a pleasant experience every time - my teeth were bad so frequent visits in short period until now! Dr Shah and Nurse Aishwarya are such a warm and welcoming duo, along with the reception staff. Dr Shah takes time to explain procedures and processes, and I really appreciate that in comparison to previous experiences at other practices. Thank you guys, so glad I made the move!

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous coming to a dentist and had abused my teeth for years and was in a lot of pain the reception staff where fantastic so friendly and nice just make you smile the dentist was amazing like 1 of a kind such a kind soul he fixed my mouth after a root canal and multiple fillings and a dental hygiene appointment my mouth has never been cleaner they took me on and fixed me up the team hear are amazing thank you all so much

Negative experience: I will start from the beginning. I came to dr Shah with bad looking smile but they was healh tooth only one was broken. I wish to have nice smile but now I got good stable bridge on left upper side from 1 too 3 but its got like crack. Right side been change a lot times right 1 uperr right was good helth tooth now I got root canal and the crown in diffrent colour even. In a past number upper 2 was root canal he fit there crown whithout tooth strengthening and that crown fell out so many times and then not much left of that tooth and we need to pull it out. When he pull that tooth the crown from number 3 fell out. And he said its happends. Even gums was damaged that Time. The the crown was change many times. Then he decide that we will put the bridge first plan was from nr 1 to 3 upper right. In last moment they let us now that he will got a bridge on nr2 and crown on nr1. Dr send me to dr Murgaff to than a root canal and again they didnt put tooth strengthening and that tooth are still moving. Health tooth number 3 are moving are painfull. But dr Shah send me document that he nothing more can do because he thinking that evrything fine. Thanks I hoping that will help. After two years of treating dentist saying because you grinding teeth which is not true i clench my tooth in a past. And its could be my folse that bridges and crovns are so bad condition. Dr Shah change me my bite and my tooth upper and bottom not touch. in the end we find out that my changed evidence was send to other practises Da Vinci Clinic Mrs. Magda, as many times as you delete it, we will add it back. Negative experience: They don’t mind making you wait for an appointment when they are running late, however if you’re late or have to cancel the hygienist due to traffic or illness you have to pay an extortionate amount of money for they keep the money and there is no way of re-booking without paying again.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic, friendly practice off the Uxbridge Road – so very accessible – with every detail considered carefully to ensure I and my daughter have a positive and relaxing visit, starting with the receptionist, who was very welcoming and friendly. In my opinion, Dr Jai Vekaria is the best dentist there, he was confident, reassuring & very knowledgeable, which enabled my daughter, who is a toddler, to relax knowing that she was in excellent hands! Rashmi (amazing assistant) was very helpful and works really well alongside Dr JV. Also we can not forget the sticker they gave her at the end. A Great place, see you in 6 months.

Negative experience: Terrible avoid. I needed a wisdom tooth extraction 2 years ago. I was referred to the howpital but never heard back. I went to Dr Bains who said the delay had not caused any problems. I decided to book in surgery and pay £450 I had a wisdom tooth extracted in surgery November 2024. The dentist that did it did not prescribe me anything for pain and told me to take ibuprofen. I had a leaflet with some bullet points on it. I ended up in a&e and hospitalised for 3 nights off work for 3 weeks. Her aftercare was shocking. The hospital said I was lucky I didn’t get sepsis. I wrote to Magda to complain but have heard nothing.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shah is a great dentist. I had my first appointment with him in 2022 at a different clinic. He's now full time with Hanwell, so I've changed clinics so I can keep him as my dentist. He's thorough, great at communicating and genuinely cares about his patients.

Negative experience: They don’t care if ur still alive or dead, The only thing that they’re looking for is your money! Worst dental service ever.

Fantastic experience: Hanwell Dental Practice was recommended on a Hanwell community page and it is the BEST!! Hemang the hygienist is truly magnificent and also really really nice, and Dr Mehta is not only great at his job, but he never makes NHS patients like me feel like 2nd class citizens. An unassuming looking place with world class people. Also lovely efficient receptionists. Top marks.

Fantastic experience: Post Covid I've been struggling to get a decent, honest dentist, also being in an out London did not help. I used this practice about 10 years ago and decided to try again. I was lucky I got to see my original dental surgeon Dr Bains. I can't fault the service, the treatment and advice. The reception staff are just amazing and so is the hygienist. I'm back for my next part of treatment next week. If anyone is looking for a reliable, honest good dentist with years of experience, I recommend Hanwell Dental Practice and Dr Bains 100 per cent.

She was so lovely and so professional, and really took the time to explain treatment options in detail. I did not feel rushed like I have in the past with other dentists. Negative experience: I go here a long time, last time was 2014 and I recently came in for tooth decay, the dentist I got didn't give me any tooth filling, just prescribed antibiotics when clearly the tooth is saveable... (antibiotics didn't even last me anywhere near the duration they were supposed to; till January) I have been in pain now for all Christmas and soon new years. I don't ever leave reviews for anything but I'm so deeply disappointed with the way it was handled that I just have to put this out on the table, I will probably lose my wisdom tooth now. Thanks :)

Negative experience: Very very rude receptionists. They give us appointment time at 13:00 and made us wait for an hour. Poor scheduling and doesn’t value the patients time and schedule. Doctor was helpful but very poor reception

Negative experience: I went there to book appointment few days ago and I was told I will pay 75£ for filling my tooth via NHS program.Today I went there to do that ,they just check my tooth for 2 minutes and say they can’t do it today and charge me 26£ for a check only.Dentist told me to do white filling in this tooth gonna cost me 250£ via NHS program….but should be 75£ this what I was told before… There is one Asian lady on reception and she is very rude .She want me to pay full price today for next week appointment but I said I can’t do it because you told me gonna cost 75£ not 250£ plus today 2 minutes visit 26£ so she answer very rude to me : Do you want that filling or not ?!?!I said just cancel I prefer to buy a plane ticket and do this tooth in Poland so ticket and dentist will cost me less then in that clinic .I never recommended that place for no one from Hanwell.

Fantastic experience: I've been with this practice for almost 15years. Dr Shah my amazing dentist done the most incredible work on my smile, which included less than a year of Invisalign and composite bonding. I have never been so happy to smile. Beyond that, everyone at the practice is so kind and warming, it's like a little family, I can call at anytime of the day and I'm always supported, not to mention Dr Shah always, meets my needs, whether I need an urgent appointment or to be seen in the evening because of work. Fantastic experience: Dr Chand is a miracle worker, honestly, he took on my case after other dentists refused to do my invisalign treatment. He helped me gain my self-esteem and confidence back. Words cannot thank him enough. He is the BEST!

Negative experience: After being in pain since 2:30am and waiting since 9am for a call back from this practice, I finally got given a number by 111 to contact them myself. I had been experiencing unbearable tooth pain due to an infected partially impacted wisdom tooth and needed antibiotics as my extraction isn't for another two weeks. I never leave bad reviews, but the dentist I spoke to had a poor attitude and then told me he'd do the prescription in an hour and half. Prescription's take a couple of minutes to write up, I've watched doctors/dentists do it. So the fact that he was okay with me being in that much pain unnecessarily over an hour longer is disgraceful. I called back and the lady I spoke to said she'd it right away. That dentist was spiteful for no reason.

Negative experience: Apparently they can banish you for no going to an appointment you didn't know you had... No negotiation possible as unfair as it can be. I don't know how good they are with the dental skills, but 0/20 for human skills.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank everyone at Hanwell Dental Practice enough. I came to have composite bonding done on my teeth and my experience couldn't have gone any better. Dr. Chand is truly a master of his craft and treats your teeth as though they are his own. I came to this dental practice after having such a horrible experience with previous dentists. They all lacked compassion about my situation, made me feel embarrassed or pushed for expensive unnecessary treatments like invisalign - which I didn't end up needing. Dr Chand was so honest and caring every step of the way, himself and the dental practice kept me informed with every detail of the process. Dr. Chand aims for perfection and didn't allow me to leave dissatisfied with my results - I absolutely love my smile now. He is so understanding and didn't make me feel shy to voice my opinion on my teeth at any stage. He's just the best. I felt entirely comfortable to put my trust into this practice and they delivered. The whole team is amazing. The dental assistants are all so personable and professional, the receptionists are just wonderful. They even called me just to check in on my well-being and how I'm finding the process. Dealing with people's physical insecurities is always a touchy thing, but everyone is so patient and didn't make me feel embarrassed at all. I wish I could start an advertising campaign for this practice!! Haha words do not do it justice. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a local dentist to register with or for cosmetic work done. I couldn't be happier!!!

Fantastic experience: I called on the off chance that I could register and be seen quickly. Magda on reception was very warm, helpful and able to help me register and get a same day appointment. So I was Immediately seen by Dr. Eleanor, who was fantastic and everything you hope your dentist to be: friendly, kind and empathetic. I am so pleased that I tried Hanwell Dental Clinic first before anywhere else, and so lucky to have got the appointment with a great dentist that can put me at ease. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist a few weeks ago and was very impressed at how well organised and efficient the practice was run. Every member of staff I came into contact with was kind and helpful in particular Dr Chand and the manager, Magda. She was most understanding and particularly efficient in dealing with my query. I would highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Terrible service. Booked to replace a filling ...dentist completely ignored this and took xrays and tried to upsell me on treatment I do not need. Never got the filling attended to. Dentist was belligerent and rude...they are money grabbing thieves... don't waste your time or money In response to your reply my conduct was completely fine. I had no intention to return to your practice as the way I was treated was very poor. You chosing to ban me is laughable and you choose to do so via the Google review platform just speaks of the level of your unprofessionalism and incompetence ... I not attending for many years has been due to covid and also the because its hard to book an appointmentment to be seen as you treat nhs patients with great distain because its clearly only about the money with you. I will be issuing a formal complaint as you have no right to write my private information on a public platform and to slander my character ,this is also a breach of data and i will definitely be taking this further

Fantastic experience: Been going since I was 17.IM NOW 54.They are family to me.I live in Reading, even if I lived in Cornwall I will always come back here.The Receptionists are just amazing,caring,understanding Awesome.As for the the Dentists ,well they exceed expectations ( Especially Dr Chand).You can search the world over you will never.find a more caring, compassionate dental Surgery.Now my sons go there.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had bad and traumatic experiences with previous dental practices until I registered with Hanwell Dental Practice. The receptionist are so amazing and friendly. I’ve been suffering from both my wisdom teeth and with the help of Dr Mehta I was treated with the up most care and kindness. He is so caring and going up above and beyond for his patients. Im so skeptical with injections and hearing the drilling sounds makes me overwhelmed. He constantly re assured me with patience and care. My mum recently joined the family of Hanwell Dental Practise and the reason I say family, is because that’s how you are treated by the staff. Negative experience: I don't know why the receptionist is so rude and appalling manners. RAZIA the way you speak and treat clients is disgusting, who raised you? Doesn't anyone check the cctv of this place? What is she doing working in customer service with a stinking attitude from hell?

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Hanwell Dental Practice for a few years now. I have always been very anxious when it came to visiting the dentist but that changed when I moved to Hanwell and came to see Dr Bernie Chand for the first time. He listened to me about my anxiety around dentists and treated me with extreme care and kindness from then till now. I feel that I am able to get my treatments done with out tension and nervousness all, only because of Dr Chand's patience and his caring attitude. Saying that he is a credit to the practice is not enough. He is amazing as a dentist and a person. My whole family see Dr Chand and I couldn't even think of seeing any other dentist. He is the BEST. And, I must also mention Razia at reception, she has always greeted me with a warm smile and spared a few minutes from her hectic job to have a quick chat. Always making me feel relaxed before and after my treatments. I am so happy that I found Dr Chand and Razia they are both so lovely and really wonderful people. Thank you so much for treating me like you do.

Fantastic experience: 27 years ago I was looking for a local dentist that was open on a saturday, as I was about to start a new job and wanted a filling done quick, so I wouldn't need to take any work time off. Dr Bains has been looking after my teeth ever since and I am very happy with the treatment and service and he always explains everything and the options clearly. I have changed my job seven times since then but not my dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this practice for a long time, the service I received has always been outstanding, Dr Noordin and the nurse Santi are ever so kind and professional. I am very happy with the work they have done for me. The reception staff ( Razia, Diksha, & Magda) are also equally amazing always here to help and very friendly, . Fantastic experience: I have been with this dentist a few years now & wouldn’t be changing practises any time soon. From the time I enter, the receptionists are always friendly & welcoming which shows good customer service The dental nurses are always polite & helpful especially Santi. My dentist Dr Noordin is amazing!!! Always friendly & upbeat, gives good advice & doesn't torture my teeth would definitely recommend Hanwell Dental Practise.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Hanwell Dental Practice for over 10 years now and it has constantly been amazing service from Dr. Noordin but also the reception staff 'Magda' and 'Razia'. Negative experience: PLEASE CAN EVERYONE READ IT For the first time when went the practice I was complaining about my Gum was bleeding. Dentist Najeeb noorgdin I think he hasn’t got experience or couldn’t be bothered to do it he said we need to fill 2 of your teeth and he told me to brush my teeth more often. After filling my tooth it was hurting for 2 weeks. When I called him he told that it was normal even it could hurt for months. Whoever I told this they laughed. Then A month later finally I got an appointment with him and he is telling me I may have cracked your tooth and I will try to repair. But he was so relaxed. He repaired it but when I said my gums are still bleeding he asked me that how often I was brushing my teeth. And I gave an answer but when he checked my previous answer from his computer it didn’t match. Then he told me that I am a dishonest person and he didn’t want to see me again. I didn’t even argue with this sick person. Because why would someone lie about this? Who are you? Just simply who are you? Then I left. He’d told me that he repaired it but he actually made it worse it has been hurting since then. I called the manager I don’t know her name but she is ruthless and useless. She told me that she would give me an appointment and try to fix their mistakes and apologies for dentist unacceptable behaviour. But i have been calling the practice for 14 days. Everyday 2-3 times Receptions answers the phone and tell me that the manager is having lunch manager is in a meeting etc. So They literally left me with a crack tooth and bot helping at all. Now I am suing them. Disgusting people. Disgrace!!
