Yemi is a brilliant dentist and I'm 78 now, and she is the first dentist I have ever felt comfortable with having suffered all those horroble school dentist's as a child and a few dodgy ones since. Negative experience: Last year I had a very traumatic experience with the last dentist to join the team. I had to have a tooth extracted and a partial denture fitted. The injections he gave were extremely painful. He then managed to split my lip in two places while he was trying to make the impression for the denture. This caused me more pain and my lip was bleeding quite badly. A week later I got an infection in the tooth socket and had to have a course of antibiotics. When the partial denture arrived it didn't fit properly and was out of alignment. After 6 further visits to try to adjust it I finally gave up on him. After 12 years of attending Sea Road Dental Practice I have now gone elsewhere.
Negative experience: Check ups ought to be free of charge. I spent £59 for a Dentist to look in my mouth and tap a few teeth. I was then offered to fillings and a clean ( Not included in the check up) and the cost for this treatment was £400. I am so disappointed and find this ridiculous and the my opinion is that the greed in Dentistry and this Surgery is a concern for all people not in a regular work or have a high income. Dentistry is an important health requirement and this I believe should be affordable to all.

But the exception would be the hygienist at my local dental surgery she is kind gentle and patient everything that you would wish for. Fantastic experience: Mydentist in East Preston Sussex is a really good dental practice, everyone is very friendly and professional, the waiting room etc is very comfortable. My dentist Arthur Vietrenka looks after my teeth so well, he's always on time, friendly and explains any queries I may have very clearly. I am very happy with all the dental treatment he has given me over the years. The practice is also in a beautiful location just up from the beach in a pretty village which is all part of my visits to this great dental practice.

Negative experience: Sadly this will not be a good one! I started on my journey to get my first ever denture on 17 October, when the dentist made a mold. I went for my first fitting 2 weeks later. Bearing in mind I was somewhat unsure about it the trial one was rather uncomfortable but according to the dentist would be ok on delivery. Not so...that one did not fit at all, and would not stay in place; it was almost as though it was someone else's! The dentist made a new mold. This was not a good fit either. I subsequently had to have a 3rd mold done, scans done and in total 8 appointments. On delivery the dentist to still had to make some adjustments. Considering the cost of the process, which I was unsure about anyway, I found it all quite frustrating and very disappointing. I'm sure the dentist will have recorded it all in more detail than I have given hear. But not a good advert!

Fantastic experience: I have never liked dentists, in fact I almost have a phobia, but since I have been going to Yemi she has been brilliant! Today I had 3 teeth out, and she was so gentle. I used to be nhs here, but unfortunately like a lot of dentists they have privatised. However despite this I would recommend Yemi completely
