Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for a few years now and I’m happy with the service. The staff are friendly and I’ve found they go above and beyond. I think the hygienist appointments especially are some of the best I’ve had. Anisa - the receptionist - is an asset to the practice - competent, friendly, accommodating and genuinely lovely to speak to whenever I’m there.

Negative experience: tried calling in for my 65 year old father for his severe dental pain and we needed an emergency appointment but no one picked up! called the personal number number and it saying “u dialed the incorrect number” clearly an issue with number which should be fixed. so much for “24 hour dental emergencies”. Maybe their number changed but this should be fixed as it wastes people’s time.

Fantastic experience: For the last 2 and a half years, I’ve been visiting Smiles by Hillside every few months to get my Botox done. Dr. Joshi is amazing in her job, she’s so professional, caring and very knowledgeable. The clinic is so clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: I recently got invisalign and Dr Joshi has been fantastic every step of the way. He's very good at explaining exactly what he's doing and why, both at a macro and micro level, he's very thorough in his diagnosis of potential problems, and he's been happy to correct small issues to make sure I'm comfortable. All that's to say that I trust him and I've always felt fully informed about my treatment. Can't recommend him enough, and I'll continue to get checkups here as long as I live in the area.

As someone with a history of negative dental encounters and severe anxiety, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding care I received. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere was welcoming and reassuring. Anisa, the receptionist, greeted me with warmth and offered refreshments. Her bright personality and willingness to address my concerns about fees and procedures immediately put me at ease. During my initial consultation, Dr. Joshi and the dental nurse, Angelika, were extraordinarily patient and understanding. They thoroughly explained the assessment process, including X-rays, and respected my dental phobia, ensuring I felt in control throughout. Dr. Joshi clearly outlined my options and scheduled me for an extraction the following day with Dr. Raj Joshi. They offered various sedation choices to accommodate my anxiety, which I greatly appreciated. On the day of the procedure, I was once again warmly welcomed by Anisa and Angelika. They introduced me to Zuzanna, the assisting dental nurse, which was a small but significant gesture that helped calm my nerves. The extraction itself, performed by Dr. Raj Joshi, was remarkably quick and efficient. It felt like it took mere minutes, and I was amazed to find myself leaving just 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Fantastic experience: I only visited once, for a consultation of a specific issue. I was very impressed with Dr Joshi's assessment which was very detailed and I am absolutely confident that the advice offered is in the best interest of my health. The clinic uses state-of-art Fotona laser (thought to be the best available dental laser), which minimises the failure of root canal treatment by eliminating dangerous microorganisms deep in hard dentinal tissues. I just wish they will use the Fotona laser in the periodontal therapy (and other treatments) as I and my family had an exceptional results with gum treatment with even less powerful laser than Fotona. Anyway, I will definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and clients.

Negative experience: We moved relatively recently to this area and were looking for a dentist closer to home; my husband needs extensive work done so he paid the £95 fee and went for his first evaluation appointment around beginning of December but has still not heard back from the practice more than two months later despite calling to find out what was going on. Very disappointing! Update: My husband has now returned to his previous dentist in central London.

Negative experience: I went for a check-up at this practice and for £75 the service was very poor. The dentist was in a rush as she was late and the practice was about to close. The check up lasted 10minutes. The quality of the xray was very poor. What I was surprised to hear is that she recommended a filling straightaway and also that I had to see a surgeon for my wisdom tooth as it might needed to be extracted. Luckily I didn’t rely on her opinion and went back to my regular NHS dentist for his second opinion. He said none of what she recommended was needed. His xray quality was much better and could tell the position of the wisdom tooth hadn’t changed. Now, I understand private dentists need to make a profit, but this is legalised robbery! Never trust the first rushed opinion and always seek another opinion. The bill would have amounted to hundreds of pounds. I will surely not come back to this practice again! Quite shocked about the other good reviews!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nejal Joshi is very talented in aesthetics treatments. I look very natural and young after each visit. I've been looking for a long time for a doctor who does botulin toxin so naturally and beautifully at the same time. She is amazing person and the best aesthetics doctor. I have been a patient of Dr Maulin's since I was a teenager and I have always suffered with my teeth. Fantastic experience: The Hygienist (apologies, i forgot the name) was brilliant. i went 3 weeks ago and she provided some advice on how to improve the health of my gums as they needed some care- i followed her instructions (how to brush my teeth the right way, using floss and TePe brushes) and today had a follow up appointment. HUGE IMPROVEMENTS and really pleased with the outcome. Fantastic experience: For many years my husband has been very self conscious about his teeth - made worse that he regularly gets interviewed on television. All the PR photographs online he has his mouth firmly shut to avoid anyone seeing his teeth. So I introduced him to Dr Joshi. He under went 12 months of using retainers to straighten his teeth and then Dr Joshi worked his magic with veneers and now my husband has nearly perfect teeth - I say nearly because this is the best part of what Dr Joshi does he makes the teeth look real - none of this square too perfect blazzing white almost false teeth - instead beautiful straight teeth that look natural. My husband now can use his great smile and does not worry about close up camera work - and all I can do is thank Dr Joshi and the tam for their work. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I was a client of Dr Joshi’s at his previous practice and now travel to see him here as he is the only dentist I really trust; from both a medical and cosmetic perspective. After having a significant amount of dentistry work done throughout my life, I was so relieved to find a dentist as competent in both areas as him. Fantastic experience: I've known Dr Maulin Joshi for more than 18 years now. Maulin continues to be my dentist even after he moved to his own practice in Mill Hill which is now 15 miles away from where I live, compoared to 2 miles before. Maulin is very skillful, gentle, and always takes the time to explain what needs to be done. Ther service is impeccable and the staff are VERY friendly and welcoming. Special mention also to the skillful Dr. Rajnish Joshi who recently and very successfully performed oral surgery for an implant.

Fantastic experience: Dr Joshi, did a wonderful job back filling my top four front teeth. They look and feel very good now. Magda the dental hygienist did a splendid job cleaning my teeth but also gave me very valuable advice on aural hygiene and preventative measures I can take to guard against decay.

Positive experience: They have been very accommodating with rescheduling my appointments, whenever I couldnt make them. The cleaning was good, albeit a bit heavy handed, even though to their own accord I didn't require deep cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Recently I visited Dr Terry Majithia, my husband, and he gave me a thorough checkup. He examined my jaw joint; my chewing muscles and my gums and teeth. I have visited Terry for the last 40 years and every time it is an exceptional. He referred me to the hieginest, Yael Lev , and she did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Today I visited Dr Terry, my grandad, and the experience was phenomenal. The nurses warmly welcomed me in to the dental practice and showed me to the operating surgery. I have been visiting Terry for about 10 years and every time it is really enjoyable. The practise is child friendly; The staff is very friendly and also love children. I would advise going there.
