Fantastic experience: Majid was he called? Very professional. The anaesthetic injection wow could not feel a thing and i have had that injection before. My wisdom tooth? Out in minutes, cant feel a thing knowing wisdom tooth are a risky procedure. Can really tell he was experienced and the service wow felt like i went to a Michelin star restaurant lol. Reception does have room for improvement from a more professional angle but all good!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental surgery, went for a pre-op but the dentist said the tooth for extraction could easily be done under local anaesthetic. With that he said he could do it now cause he had a slot available. Couldn't get any better, no second appointment and anxiety to go with it. I was given the local and the tooth was extracted, all done in 10 mins. Can't thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Had a broken tooth extracted here 3 weeks ago and the care was excellent! I have severe white coat syndrome so was extremely anxious but everyone there from the receptionists to the dentist and his assistant were all lovely and made it as pleasant as a visit as they could! Was super efficient seeing me as soon as I arrived, 20 mins early and only took 10-15 mins to get the tooth out and that was that! I had a little concern about the healing process after a little bleeding a couple weeks in and they were happy to book me in a quick 10 minute visit and the same dentist saw me again, had a quick look and reassured me that the healing was heading in the right direction. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Had 7 teeth extracted today and I honestly didn't feel a thing the only thing I felt was the needles to deliver the local.. the young ladies were very attentive and held my hand all the way through thank you so much

Fantastic experience: So happy with this dentist and if they was taking on NHS patients I’d join them. Had sedation done here Monday as I’m so nervous having dental work done. With other sedation I’ve had I’ve been asleep and don’t remember nothing. However this time I was wide awake and was a bit anxious about it. I shouldn’t have ever been. Dr Taya and his team I think he was called sorry. Made me feel so at ease. The sedation made me so so relaxed. And I didn’t feel a single thing. Was over in minutes and I was back home within half hour feeling superb! Thank you so much. If your nervous at the dentist I’d recommend Rhodes street all day long

Fantastic experience: Had one of my wisdom teeth extracted here yesterday. Extremely clean practice. The dentist was very helpful even telling me other options other than having an extraction. The tooth removal was painless. Very quick and done with care. 24 hours later, no issues.

Negative experience: A year ago the dentist made me open my mouth too wide by sticking his fingers in my mouth and pulling my jaw open, caused my jaw to lock open for a solid 2 minutes which was incredibly painful. I already had minor TMG in my jaw since I was like 13 but it's gotten rapidly worse over the year. Doctor told me one of the reasons it can suddenly speed up so suddenly is from jaw trauma, which he listed "opening jaw wider than it should go" We can't honestly thing of any other reason it's doing this. So just be warned that one of the male dentists (don't remember the man's name) will pull your jaw way wider than it's supposed to go. If he does it to you, bite him.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic experience.....I had a referral from my dentist to Rhodes Street as my tooth had broken and all my filling had come out leaving only a little bit of tooth so I had surgically removal here. I was petrified to say the least! ... but as soon as I walked in the room I was put at ease and was told exactly what they would be doing. It was very quick and I didn't feel a thing ! They are very professional and friendly.. thank you so much !

Negative experience: On website states they do general dentistry and taking patient on ,rang here and now all they do is take teeth out from referals . Need to update website and the attitude of receptionist needs to change

Negative experience: Went to have one of my teeth taken out. I am NHS patients. Payment is exempt. Dr majid and his assistant were dreadful. The assistant made me choke on fluids at bottom of my mouth 3times. After tooth extraction did not properly clean my mouth out. Asked for extra gauze and the assistant replied “oh you’ve got one you won’t need another”. Guess what? Gum wouldn’t stop bleeding till 10pm that night. Went through 10s of gauzes. In my opinion…if you are nhs patient they will butcher you.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Rhodes Dental clinic to have part of a tooth extracted that my own dentist was unable to do. I was extremely anxious as I've had bad experiences as a child, leaving me with a phobia of dentists. The reception staff were really polite and professional, they phoned for confirmation of my visit and greeted me in a lovely manner when I arrived. The dentist I saw was called Yayhe, what a lovely caring and considerate dentist. He listened to my worries, explained what he was going to do and made me feel at ease. The procedure, I'm glad to say, went very well. I would definitely recommend this service, it's a shame that Yayhe wasn't even born when I was a scared child sat in that dentist chair at 10 years of age!

Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom tooth extracted yesterday and what an amazing experience I had! Greeted by a lovely staff member at the desk, followed by a very quick X-ray and a straight forward procedure. I was very nervous and felt a bit faint after the anaesthetic but the lovely dentist and assistant looked after me and made me feel instantly better. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for a tooth extraction today after a referral from another dentist not being able to do it, the surgeon I seen today and the women where amazing and very patient I find these days dentists rush the time and want you in and out but this was the complete opposite experience I felt at ease I did not feel rushed at all thankyou very much.

Negative experience: Cancelled my appointment made by referral from the emergency dentist line twice now with less than 24 hours notice, today cancelling 4 hours before. I’ve taken time off of work both times now and feel there’s no care for patients or the pain and suffering they’re in. Have been told to reschedule yet again but have little hope of the appointment ever actually happening, feel I’ll be stuck in an endless loop of appointments being made and then cancelled.

Negative experience: As a nervous patient I was referred here from my dentist for an extraction under sedation. Arrived before my appointment time and it was clear the staff had not arrived, I was left waiting which as an already nervous patient wasn’t a great start. Nurses turned up 15 minutes after my appointment more worried about their coffee order which was obviously the reason for their lateness. The dentist could not find a vein and clearly couldn’t be bothered to try to either put me at ease or help the situation and ushered me out the door as quick as he could. They had no empathy, despite my trying to have the treatment completed. I would certainly not recommend this surgery to any nervous patient.

Negative experience: Because I'm not registered at this place its 9 £90 odd to see the hygienist! Otherwise it's £60 odd! Rip off Don't go!

All the staff and the dentist were very polite, friendly and reassuring, really an amazing team they have. Luckily the procedure only took 5 minutes and was over and done with before we had realised. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: After a failed and bad experience of trying to get my wisdon tooth out and being bruised and swollen for over a week. I had a 2nd attempt this morning and oh my what a difference! I was full of anxiety and scared but the dentist and the practice this morning made me feel so at ease. I listened to my music to try and zone out and not think of the procedure and it literally took like 5mins and my wisdom tooth was out and with no pain or bruising. Thankyou so much. Very professional and caring.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Rhodes Street Dental was incredibly positive. From arrival and treatment to advice and departure. The surgical treatment was a worry for me before I arrived but I was soon put at ease and assured I had nothing to be concerned about. This turned out to be true. What I thought was going to be a difficult procedure seemed to be routine for the dental surgeon who completed the treatment painlessly, offered follow up advice and sent me happily on my way. Once the anesthetic had worn off I expected pain but had none at all. Tellement j'ai peur, j'ai posé tant des questions à la réceptionniste avant l'intervention . Dr Majid ma fait l'extraction pour mon dent de sagesse , avant de commencer il ma fait savoir tout sur le déroulement et m'a expliqué comment sa passe. J'ai rien sentie de douloureux , juste en quelques minutes, je peux dire 5 minutes ou 10 minutes environ il a finis d'extraire mon dent de sagesse. Je n'ai jamais eu des problèmes de dentaire c'est pour la première fois dans ma vie sa m'arrive et Dieu merci d'avoir trouvé le meilleur clinique dentaire . Je remercie infiniment Dr Majid et toute les personnelle pour leur travail impeccable. Vous êtes le meilleur clinique dentaire

Fantastic experience: Went today as I had to have 3 teeth removed, I was so scared and nervous going in and have needed these removing for years and have been avoiding it but I could not have been put more at ease by the dentist and his assistant, while having injections done the assistant held my hand and both assured me throughout how well I was doing and the dentist explained each step as it was being done, honestly couldn’t have made it a better experience for me (even identified a problem with my gums I had since I was a child - which no dentist has done before!)

Fantastic experience: Been this morning to have back tooth extracted ,arrived at 9.25 am filled in questionnaire, called in surgery 9.30am had local anaesthetic and at 9.40 all complete and off home the dentist and assistant were fabulous it was a relief to not have any more toothache ,I must say the surgery is excellentthankyou

Fantastic experience: Wisdom tooth extraction turned out to be quite complicated and lengthy but the surgeon was amazing, constantly checking if i’m okay and telling me exactly what was going on. The receptionists are also very nice and knowledgable. Called up with questions about aftercare and they put my mind at ease. Wouldn’t want to go again but if i must i’d chose here every time.

Fantastic experience: I went today and felt so sick and was very nervous. I was having a tooth that had snapped off and was left under the gum and another tooth that needed to be removed by this surgery. I explained how nervous I was, they made me feel at ease. I had 4 injection because of the deepness into my gums (and probably to help me). I was shaking at the beginning and within a few minutes one tooth was done and over with. I DID NOT FEEL A THING. The other tooth was a lot harder to remove but he was great, still never felt anything. I would definitely recommend going if you have the opportunity . The place is lovely, clean and staff are brilliant and understanding.

Negative experience: Cancelled my dental surgery appointment referred from my dentist, no phone call (found out via 'we're sorry you cancelled your appointment, but please ring us and we'll rebook' message, ironically). No alternative offered, no explanation just 'we're not doing that now'. Nice one.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this surgery as my dentist couldn't take my wisdom teeth out. I had 2, an upper and a lower, taken out 2 weeks ago and I can honestly say this is the best dentist I have ever been to. They were both out in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this surgery. Kind and reassuring from the moment you walk in to the second you leave. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I never normally write reviews but I have to say it's by far the best dentist. Mohammed is absolutely fantastic, and his team are polite and courteous. My father was told he needed multiple teeth extracting, and the dentist made him feel very comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Cant praise this surgery enough, after my own dentist struggled to get my lower wisdom tooth out. I was sent here for an emergency appointment. Was put on a cancellation waiting list and was seen in days The dentist had my cracked wisdom tooth out in seconds and i had to even ask is it actually out as didnt feel a thing

Fantastic experience: Dr Mohammed Shaath is by far the most professional and skilled dentist Iv ever met. Sorted out 2 wisdom teeth for me so quickly - didn’t feel a thing. Made really feel at ease and calmed my anxieties about the procedure . Always recommend you go to him.
