Fantastic experience: This dental practice really is the goto. From receptionist through to the excellent caring dentist and staff. They care. If you are nervous of dentistry, don't be, this team look after you. Prices are good and up-to-date equipment make it a worthwhile experience. My recommendation

The receptionist managed to get me in the next day and Carmen and her assistant worked really hard to make my tooth extraction as painless as possible. I would recommend them highly to anyone. Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to be fitted in as an emergency due to a fractured tooth. The welcome was lovely. Cosy waiting area with great facilities. I am not a particularly 'brave' patient. However, the team were extramly reassuring and kind in their approach and made me feel compleatly at ease throughout what ended up being a tooth extraction. I am very thankful.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. Just called into Llandudno Smiles to book an emergency appointment. To my amazement Elvis invited me into his surgery straight away, diagnosed the problem and preformed an emergency composite filling. I said to my wife I’ll be back in 5 minutes and left her waiting in the car, she couldn’t believe it when I retuned informing her that id just had a filling.

Elvis (my dentist) was nothing but reassuring & understanding when it came to pricing & the actual procedures. I saw instant differences when the braces were put on. He is an absolute magician, it’s truly ridiculous how much my teeth have changed in such a short amount of time. Cannot recommend this place enough, all friendly and knowledgeable people. Fantastic experience: Nice welcome. Staff are very polite and helpful. The waiting area is nice and relaxed, and they have a coffee machine and water dispenser for patients to use. I saw Dan about an implant and he explained everything in a way that I understood and printed off a detailed list of what would happen and how much it would cost.

Fantastic experience: Wow, what a brilliant service. Llandudno Smiles fit me in for an emergency appointment after I broke my front tooth - even my own dentist couldn't see me for two weeks! Llandudno Smiles had so much care, compassion and understanding for what was (to me at least) a distressing situation. They rebuilt my front tooth with composite bond and made sure I was happy with the result. They worked fast but with great care. My tooth looks and feels great. I feel the treatment was done to a very high standard and yet very reasonable price. What a relief. Would highly recommend this practice - so much so that I'm now switching to them for my routine check-ups!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist making you feel welcomed and well looked after. I had a total of 5 fillings, 1 hygiene clean and my two front teeth rebuilt/shaped to match each other. All work undertaken was excellent and highly professional keeping all tolerance in check offering more anaesthetic if needed. All work done was at a reasonable price when compared to a friend who is with a different local dentist. Waiting room is very clean, suitable for children and also offers a coffee machine and water dispenser Receptionists and reception area is inviting and professional in manor. I was experiencing toothache as a filling had fallen out taking a large chunk of tooth with it. Was expecting having to make another appointment to deal with this but treatment offered immediately. The tooth extraction that followed was completely painless. I am terrified of dentists but I can't recommend them enough. Really impressed. Wendy

My daughter walked away with a healthy molar and a huge smile. From an initial telephone conversation with Gina, the receptionist, this morning to the problem being resolved by Carmen, the dental surgeon, without an appointment, took less than an hour and this included my journey time to the surgery. All the staff are so friendly and you feel completely at ease. The practice is fantastic.

Positive experience: I came to Llandudno smiles for adult braces and couldn’t be happier with my end results! The orthodontists strive for perfection and the dental nurses were all amazing and so lovely! However, I would suggest that any arrangements or agreements that you make are made in writing or over email as I have had a couple of issues with miscommunication which led me to be paying more than what I was expecting. After previously agreeing to additional services and an agreed cost, I was made aware that this would not be happening anymore for the price that we agreed which took me by surprise and made me disappointed and I therefore decided to not go ahead with these services. Overall, I’m very happy with my teeth and would recommend their services just take this into consideration.
