Fantastic experience: An onlay I had fitted (privately) last summer subsequently fell off twice. The practitioner had unfortunately moved on but Yoshi at the surgery agreed to have a new one made at no cost and that has now been fitted. Yoshi was very supportive and friendly all the time and explained every possible option, pros and cons, for that and other issues I had. Very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I usually avoid dentists and had little faith in them until I met Vinny and Mary. It has become a pleasure to have fillings with them. I never thought going to the dentist would be a joy but I really trust them and enjoy my time there. Vinny explains everthing and takes the patients thoughts and preferences into account- a true health prefessional that engages the patient in their own treatment. Mary is incredible with nervous patients. Very professional and proactive and I am very grateful. I would also like to thank the great receptionists too that have been very understanding and accomodating. Newmarket dentistry is how all practices should be.

He was nervous but both ladies were kind and gentle with him. Dr Yoshi explained what would be fine and spoke with him throughout. The procedure went well and his tooth feels much better. Fantastic experience: I was treated by Yoshimi Malisha Sathyapala and it was a good experience, I've had a life long fear of treating my teeth, but I was made to feel comfortable when I needed to have some of my teeth removed and filled, the procedures were painless during and after treatment and the dentist was kind and very easy to relate to. The reception staff, manager and nurses were brilliant too, professional and kind in every aspect on all my visits, I am very happy with the services I received.

Fantastic experience: Dr Abu on my first visit explained that I would need an extraction or an amalgam filling. After an x ray and an investigation he concluded that a filling would suffice. This was done pain and discomfort free - expertly and sensitively. Could not have been better. Dr. Abu is a first class dentist. Strongly recommend.

Positive experience: Overall this dentistry deserves four stars, I can’t give five due to the unhelpful and rude new receptionist who on Friday, 31 January, caused a lot of stress to me and my 10-year old son. To note that I’ve been a private patient and my son an NHS one of this practice for years so I do expect a better treatment by the receptionists. The new receptionist clearly didn’t know well the practice rules about minor patients’ delays and abused them, which was unfair and frustrating. Luckily, Ike, a much more experienced, professional and polite receptionist, brilliantly solved the issue. My son’s dentist was also extremely kind and professional. It’s the second time Ike wonderfully steps in to solve other incompetent receptionists’ disasters, in December she did it for the Antwerp dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I had wonderful experience with placing two big fillings today . Doctor Mohammed Deliwala and his assistant made a great job . I had anxiety to go to dentist , but doctor made me feel very safe, comfortable . He is very precise , very professional. I can see he really cares to improve my dental health . I am pleased with result . Highly recommended .

Positive experience: I had a dentist appointment scheduled for 5pm, but they called me at 4pm asking to come earlier. I agreed and arrived at 4:40pm, only to wait until 5:15pm to actually see the dentist. Pretty frustrating to make the effort to arrive early for no reason.

Negative experience: Terrible. Dentist kept saying “I’m not getting paid to do this” at least four times during two appointments both under NHS care - (whereby I’m supposed to be exempt from fees) processed to extract a tooth, that wound has now become infected. During both appointments he kept saying if you have money today or in the next few weeks I can do a better job and help you out as NHS has huge waiting lists and we have no NHS dentists. Said if I had £250 today he could do the work whereas usually it would be over £300, similarly he said if I then had £35 he could inspect and diagnose a treatment plan for my teeth whereas usually that would be £95+ but both these offers only stand for a limited time. I was unable to say anything other than “I don’t have that sort of money” with embarrassment - I suffer with mental health issues, Dentist was talking about money as if we all have disposable income to spend. Really shocking surgery.

Negative experience: I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment with no explanation as to why they were running so behind. No apology on the receptionists’ or dentists’ behalf or option to reschedule baring in mind this is during the work day or updates on what’s going on. An update was only given when I asked about it. My dentist wasn’t a qualified dentist either, was a dental “therapist” but no change in fee despite the limitations in care and advice they can give. The appointment itself was only around 5-10 minutes long and felt very rushed.

Negative experience: They were unable to provide emergency appointments to my wife. They've downgraded and had to rescheduled all of my families appointments from being with qualified Dentists to "Consultants". They changed the time on my appointment without notifying me due to a change in lunch breaks. Used to be happy with the service but lately very poor.

Negative experience: Went in for a routine checkup. Arrived on time but was seen 25m later. My appointment felt very rushed and I felt my concerns weren’t fully understood. The dentist seemed very nonchalant and very briefly looked at my teeth. I didn’t feel taken care of at all. Waste of £35 and now I have to go to another dentist to book another appointment. Very disappointed

Negative experience: Awful. I had root canal surgery which didn’t work. The surgery agreed to do it again and I was booked in for an appointment when the dentist in question returned from paternity leave. My tooth started to really hurt and I asked if I could have the root canal surgery sooner. The surgery couldn’t fit me in for 3 weeks and suggested prescribing antibiotics which I didn’t want. I felt badly treated so have decided to go somewhere else and pay for another surgery to do the root canal. They don’t seem to have many dentists working for them. I would not recommend at all.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for amazing hygienist Orinta:) I was very impressed after my appointment

Negative experience: I paid £500 for the enlighten teeth whitening process and it did virtually nothing. I then had a consultation after to ask why it hadn’t done anything and whether I could do anything about it and I was told I had to spend another £100 on a touch up syringe or nothing could be done. Was also told they didn’t know why it hadn’t worked, so a waste of £500.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, friendly and professional. They always go the extra Mike, so make my children calm and happy. Even in the waiting room, the children are given pictures to colour and when they go and see the dentist, they are relaxed. As for the actual dentist. So far, i cant failt them.

Fantastic experience: Best hygiene I have ever had! Orinta was so knowledgeable and sensible. She took time to explain thoroughly how to take proper care of teeth and gums. She was very patient with my extra sensitive gums and I felt in great hands. It is a joy to find a competent and kind professional that does an outstanding job and makes you feel safe. Brilliant!

Fantastic experience: Went for first time this week ,was put at ease I was registered elsewhere and left ,have to say I hate most dentists but the lady I saw was lovely and I felt very at ease and I was happy with advice given . There's no Cark park but some close by I asked in a side road as I have a blue disk so it was to minute walk

Fantastic experience: I have had my hygiene done here with Orinta and my dental work with Dr Ayad. Both are fantastic. Orinta gave me the best hygiene session I have ever had with lots of care and attention and advice. There was no pain whatsoever which was a first for me at a hygienist. Will definitely see her again. Dr. Ayad is an amazing dentist. Both me and my partner have seen him a few times now. He puts patients at ease and his knowledge is always up to date. I always have full confidence that he has my best interests in mind and that I am always getting the best and most up-to-date advice.

Fantastic experience: Ive been coming to see Orinta for a few years now, and she’s really helped me to sort out a lot of problems I was having with my teeth, and offering some really good advice. She is a very professional, passionate and skilled hygienist.

Fantastic experience: I had my amalgam fillings replaced with composite by Dr Sunah Mirza and the whole process was painless and relaxing. My dentist explained the procedure very well, and she made sure that the shade chosen matches my teeth so the fillings blend seamlessly. She even showed me how they look like at the end of the appointment. Overall very satisfied. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Dr Sunah and team!

Fantastic experience: Just been in to see the hygienist and she was amazing, use lots of numbing gel instead of injections and she is not shy on using it if you need more. Priced in the high side but you get what you pay for. I have to take medication that makes me bleed easily and alot so with this in mind the hygienist herself gave me a call in the evening to make sure it was healing and to see how I felt. What an amazing service! Made me feel so special! She alone is a reason to use this dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Reham explained the whole process before commencing and it made me feel less nervous as I was now better informed about the procedure. She continued to remind me of the steps as she carried out the procedure. I felt no pain, limited discomfort which is expected when drilling and it didn’t take a lot of time either.

Fantastic experience: In the past I've been a little anxious about visiting the hygienist, as I have sensitive teeth and it can be a little uncomfortable, but Orinta has helped me to feel much better about it. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Reham enough! After achieving a 40kg weightloss my face had lost significant volume making me look 10 yrs older than I actually am. I followed her on insta & saw work where she had done advanced structural rejuvenation on many clients so reached out to her to see if she could do anything to help me. From start to finish her friendly nature made me feel at ease and then I learned she was actually qualified in facial artistry which became very evident during my initial consultation as she suggested tiny tweaks that I had never known could be fixed. Her ethos is very much less is more and the whole point of aesthetics is to enhance ones natural qualities. 2 weeks have passed since my session with her and OMG the difference is absolutely insane, I actually look 15 yrs younger now let alone 10 if your thinking about facial aesthetics I would say go for it with Dr Reham, my only regret is that I didn't go to her sooner! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
