Fantastic experience: Brightsmile Isleworth is only Dentist I will happily go to after being scared of the dentist my whole life! I have always had anxiety issues with going to the dentist, and after COVID I had a terrible toothache. I called my then registered dentist in Teddington to be told that because I hadn't been in 3 years (obviously during COVID so no one was getting an appointment), they had removed me from their books and wouldn't see me! I was in so much pain and they refused to see me. After calling loads of other dentists and hitting brick walls, I called Brightsmile and explained my problem. I was given an appointment there and then and prescribed antibiotics to help with my tooth infection, along with follow up appointments to fix the problem. The whole team is fantastic and friendly, and I've gone from actively avoiding going to the dentist due to fear (my adult son having to come with me), to going happily, on my own and leaving with a smile on my face. I can't thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: I recently made the switch to BrightSmile after my last dentist — let’s just say — clearly thought they were running a cash-only horror show. Zero care, all about the money. So I did the sensible thing and ran. Enter BrightSmile in Isleworth — and what a difference! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a receptionist who was so warm and welcoming, I half expected a hug (and I wouldn’t have minded!). I can’t remember her name, but she made me feel like I’d walked into a friend’s living room — not a dental clinic. Now to the part I was absolutely dreading... the dentist. But then in walks Dr. Arjun, shakes my hand, takes a few minutes to introduce himself properly, and actually takes the time to chat. He could clearly see I was nervous, but he made me feel completely at ease — like I wasn’t about to have THREE teeth pulled out of my head. And get this: he was so gentle and reassuring, I barely realised when the teeth were out. No drama. No pain. Just... gone. I was actually in shock — the good kind! Two weeks later, I returned for my dentures, and this time, I walked in like I owned the place — not a single ounce of anxiety. That’s how confident they made me feel. So a massive thank you to Dr. Arjun and the superstar receptionist for turning what should’ve been a nightmare into an oddly pleasant experience. I chipped my front teeth last night and 1st thing this morning I spoke to their amazing reception lady who calmed me down and fitted me in to see the dentist. Fantastic experience: I’ve been with this dental practice for 30+ years and won’t go anywhere else. When I first started using Brightsmile, I had a major fear of dentists. Of course, from the bloody awful ones we were made to go to when we were kids, to a couple of really, really bad experiences at other practices as an adult. I wouldn’t go for even a quick check up for years. Brightsmile was recommended to me by a few people, when I started getting a dull toothache. Realising I couldn’t put it off, off I went and have never stopped going. They helped ease my fear, and I now sit in the dentist chair fully relaxed, rather than resembling a plank of wood. The dentist I see, is a fantastic lady called Ana Dunlop. She cracks jokes and tells funny stories through the appointment, so you can’t help but enjoy your time while there. Over time, they’ve had good receptionists come and go. However, the fantastic Alina literally runs the show and does so efficiently, effectively and effortlessly. Being a dental nurse herself, she knows the in’s and out’s of how a practice works, and this means that the Isleworth practice runs to order. She knows all her regulars by name, as soon as they walk in the door, whether they in for an appointment or booking one and over the phone, say who you are, and she instantly knows who she’s talking to. Knowing staff there are professional but friendly and relax their patients from the start of treatment and beyond, is comforting. All I can say is, I 100% recommend Brightsmile to everyone looking for a new dental practice.

Whenever I’m asked about a dentist recommendation I always recommend Dr Arjun. He is and has always been great with my children. Negative experience: Very rude and unprofessional. They give appointments that’s a month away and send no reminder closer to the date and if you miss the appointment they block you without notice. Very rude receptionist and rubbish dental practice. If you are a paying customer they give quick appointments but make nhs customers wait. Would not recommend this place.

When she moved from Ham, I was devasted but lucky for me I found where she moved to and transferred my care. She reassures and puts you at ease once consultation starts. Fantastic experience: Trod on my dental plate 10 days ago at 17:35. Receptionist answered after 2 rings and booked the nearest available date in 4 days time for casts to be taken. The plate holding one denture was fitted and the denture shaved with precision to fit my bite pattern yesterday, 6 days later. This was important for me as I have to go to a family funeral tomorrow, and it would have been embarrassing to attend with one front tooth missing. Everyone, including the receptionist, the dentist and the dental nurse treated me in a friendly and efficient manner. The time of the final visit was also moved the day before so that an annual inspection could be carried out at the same time I have always experienced this level of care at Brightsmile Isleworth, and would strongly recommend them. I will be booking an appointment with the hygienist in the New Year
