Fantastic experience: I first came to the practice around 3-4 years ago needing emergency work on a tooth that I could potentially lose. Dr Jawaid took some X-rays, gave me a genera check up and was confident we could save the tooth. He gave me a consultation, outlined the procedure carefully and explained all the costs involved. Since saving my tooth I have been with the practice since and I have not looked back. Lovely reception staff, very accommodating appointments. Highly recommend the high quality of service ❤️
Negative experience: Called to say I had painful tooth and could a dentist see me today and stop the pain. Reception said she would call me back and let me know which dentist available. Of course she did not return my call. Shocking service from this practice. I do not recommend them. Go elsewhere. Only interested in making money not the patients. No star ratings
Negative experience: My mother who is about to turn 80 needs urgent dental care we have asked for her medical records multiple times, as have I, on email, & on the phone, and we get the same response to our request which is we’ll talk to the dentist. But no records appear and never a returned phone call. We’re over a month with this ongoing. Very poor form.

The notes you mention in your Google review were posted to you mother in March, approximately a week after her request.
When you called the practice you were advised that due to patient confidentiality we could not speak to relating to this matter.
However our receptionist did check with the dentist that the notes had been sent, which they had.
If your mother has not received the notes in the post, then please can she contact the practice.
We can arrange for the notes to be copied again and she can come to collect them.
In relation to your statement:-

Your mother attended the practice for over 30 years, but has not attended the practice in the last 4 years.
At no stage during the 30+ years your mother attended the practice did she ever have any issue with her care at the practice.
Especially, as when your mother spoke to our reception team in March, she personally thanked her dentist for her care over the years, and complimented the practice for the quality & longevity of the treatment she had received here.
Now you have written a review that is not based on any factual evidence, and that it is your opinion that your mother 'needs urgent dental care elsewhere because her care has not been up to scratch.'
This statement based on your opinion is untrue, defamatory and unreasonably tarnishes the reputation of the practice
We have reviewed her notes and if she needs urgent dental care elsewhere this does not relating to anything that the practice has done.
We request that you remove this unfair and untrue review, otherwise we will have no option to take further action
It seems that you have left this unfair review to vent your frustrations at things out of control of the practice.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service and results. Firstly met with Nadeem to discuss alignments and composite. He was extremely polite and professional. I had aligners, whitening and some touch up composite bonding. I am so happy with the results and cannot reccomend him and Manor Dental enough. Great service and great results !

Negative experience: It sais on the website that they work (or they should work) together with the NHS but they told me on the phone they are not actually "accepting anymore" NHS patients just private only and my suggestion is to remove the name of the NHS on their website for misleading people although the NHS name shows nice as an etiquette!! They do desearve a serious complaint about this.

It is not the practice's fault that the amount of NHS services that we can provide are restricted by the government funding.
As we provide NHS services we are obligated by the NHS to state we these provide services on our website.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Manor Dental for nearly 15 years, and have found their services are of the highest quality and are cost-competitive, both dentistry and hygienist services. Highly recommend!
Negative experience: Firstly, we had booked a check-up for my husband and paid a £30 deposit. We had previously used this practice when we lived in the area and had a good experience, which is why we chose to rebook with them even after moving out of the area. However, upon arriving 7 minutes late for our appointment due to heavy traffic and bad weather, we were shocked to find out that the dentist Dr Darshna Kshatri refused to see us. The dentist claimed that she only allocated 20 minutes for the check-up and had another patient immediately after our appointment. Despite having more than 10 minutes left, she refused to see us and denied any possibility of a refund or rescheduling. This lack of flexibility and understanding is highly unprofessional and goes against the principles of good customer service. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the fact that during our previous visits, we often had to wait in the waiting area for over 10 minutes for the dentist to finish with other patients. It seems unfair that the dentist expects patients to be punctual while not adhering to the same standards themselves. While we understand the importance of being on time for appointments, it is disappointing that the dentist did not take into account the circumstances that caused our delay. It is unacceptable to deny treatment and refuse to provide any alternative solutions or options. We believe that a dental practice should prioritise patient satisfaction and ensure fair treatment for all. Unfortunately, our experience with this practice has left us feeling undervalued and disheartened. We strongly advise others to reconsider booking appointments with this dental practice, as their lack of flexibility and poor customer service is simply unacceptable.
Fantastic experience: Myself, husband and children have been patients at Manor Dental, under the care of Nadeem for over 15 years. Nadeem is very skilled and efficient. Having two neurodiverse children and being a nervous patient myself, I have always really appreciated the care and consideration he takes when dealing with us. The hygienists are also superb. Can’t imagine going anywhere else!
Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Richard Milner's for many years and have had nothing but expert and friendly service throughout that time. This includes the great work of the hygienist too! The reception staff are also helpful and friendly which makes the whole experience first class.

Negative experience: Saw the hygienist here about 2 weeks ago and felt that it was a complete waste of money. Did not notice any change at all, stains were all still there, did nothing at all. Waste of time and money in my view.
Fantastic experience: A small but professional dental surgery. The staff were inviting and there was almost no wait time at all, once I'd finished with the initial forms (something of a first for me). Jenny was very thorough, patient, and welcoming in my hygienist appointment. She gave me some useful advice I'd not had elsewhere and she clearly cared for what she was doing. Considering the level of care, efficiency, and the reasonable prices (compared to other private dentists), I'd happily consider Manor Dental Care again.

Fantastic experience: An outstanding dental care practice that puts the customer first. My personal experience (and that of my wife) is that this is a practice worth travelling the 90 minutes from our home to attend. We are both under the care of Richard Milner who has an excellent way of making the patient feel at ease. He explains very clearly the treatment plans where applicable and the treatment being performed on any specific visit (and subsequent follow ups). His surgery is spotlessly clean and tidy, comfortable and always accompanied by the best dental nurses to assist him. Receptionists are also very friendly and do whatever they can to accommodate requests for appointments and the waiting room is comfortable, very clean and tidy too. Mr Milner is a very friendly chap and will always go the extra mile to help his patients. I cannot recommend this practice more highly.

I had severe toothache and a swollen jaw. But she was never available to discuss. The receptionist is useless. Kept telling me that the doctor will call back when free. Waited a month in extreme pain and now moved out to another dentist. Edit : I am not on the books as they removed me from their records.

Negative experience: *** to respond to your message below, I was not abusif to your staff member!!!! She contradicted herself and you gave me multiple reasons to get rid of me which does not stand up. Following the "incident" I received a text to book an appointment which was during lockdown. I did not book an appointment for obvious reasons so if I had been that abusif this would not have appeared but you used it as a reason to get rid of us! So which is it? Furthermore, you did not have the decency to notify us! Very unprofessional! Like I said I'm only an NHS patient therefore you have no interest in treating my oral health or that of my daughter. My review is accurate. I live in the community and I can assure you that many others share my opinion. Futhermore, the emergency dentist who treated me that day, had a good laugh at your expense about how unprofessional your staff had been. Also, 111 advised me on the day that regardless of my coughing (which was bronchitis BTW like I said) you should have not refused me treatment as you were my registered dentist and it was an emergency. Again, unprofessional! And pls don't "Dear Mrs" me... it sounds fake and finally, I should think that I am entitled to my own opinion on the matter. But you have shosen to go on a defensive and spread lies... again, not very professional is it*** Very rude staff. Deregistered us as a family because we missed an appointment during the covid lockdaown which makes no sense. As we are NHS patients they are clearly choosing to keep paying customers. As a practice we feel your review is misleading and incorrect. We are a considerate practice that does it best to look after all our patient's needs.
However you are no longer a patient of the practice, as we have a zero tolerance policy for rude, abusive and aggressive behavior towards staff members.
This includes your behavior last time you attended the practice, namely your shouting and swearing at the reception staff who are just trying to do their jobs.
Therefore you are no longer able to be seen at the practice for this reason, AND this reason only.
It is a shame that you choose to leave this inaccurate review now, when we have always looked after you oral health in the past.

Negative experience: I'm a Bupa private patient and I have been referred to a specialist for the sensitive tooth by Darshana 3 months ago. Previously She did filling to the same tooth and it came out within 6 months and she refilled it again seeing it as an air bubble, again the refill popped out and again sensitivity started. since then I have been calling them back and forth to check when the specialist appointment would be booked and also to change my dentist from Darshana to any other dentist to book further appointments. Receptionist is neither changing my dentist nor booking any further appointments and also not letting me to speak to Darshana to resolve the problem. Today When I called the specialist hospital(which Darshana referred)to know why they are taking so long to book an appointment for me,they said they didn't get any referral letter under my name. This is the most unforgivable experience I ever have. In response to your response point by point Filling wasn't fine even after 2 weeks of the treatment. I called after 2 weeks and was adviced to use sensitive toothpaste. Then I called after 5 and half months stating the sensitivity feels the same and want to see Dr.Kshatri. Receptionist insisted me to book examination appointment to see her. I paid £30 for this appointment and all I got from it is to continue using sensitive toothpaste. Then a week after, the filling came out and I called again to report and book appointment with her. Receptionist insisted not to book any further appointments as she checked me just a week before. After so much of begging and convincing the receptionist that my filling is falling off she finally booked appointment. Dr.Kshatri saw the hole in the tooth and filled it, saying it's an air bubble from filling procedure. I again kindly asked Dr.Kshatri, should I pay for this appointment. She said no because it's a follow up appointment. After a month(April) air bubble filling came out and again I called lot of times to report this. After so much struggle I finally got call from Dr.Kshatri and she referred to a specialist asking me to wait for a call from specialist for a week or so. I waited 3 months for that call informing your practice in between few times that I didn't get any call from them. And when I lost trust on you, I directly called the specialist centre only to know that they didn't get any referral letter under my name. Then I left a Google review on your practice and that's when you took me seriously and now trying to cover your mistakes. I didn't attend the specialist because I finally got call from Dr.Kshatri on 6th August Friday and she said not to go to the specialist as my sensitivity got settled over time and asked me to book further appointments with her to finish my treatment plan. I called your practice on the same day couple of times but ended up with voicemail and left a message to book an appointment. Yes you couldn't reach me after that because I was on a vacation the very next day and came yesterday. My review is truly and utterly justifiable because it's me who have been calling you to fix my problem and trying to get in contact with Dr.Kshatri which you made nearly impossible to do. I should have left your practice by now but still giving you a chance.

In response to your review, we write to clarify some of the facts that you have mentioned:
A filling was placed by Dr Kshatri in October 2020, and initially was fine. Then 5 and a half months later in March 2021 you reattended reporting the area was sensitive. At your insistence the filling was replaced for you even though it had not come out.
You were not charged for the replacement nor any of the review appointments.
You were then referred to a specialist for investigation of a problem of non specific sensitivity, which you’ve since confirmed is no longer a problem and is not related to the treatment you have had at the practice.
You did not attend the appointment with the specialist.
The Practice Principal and Practice Manager have spoken to you a number of times, and then arranged another appointment for you with the specialist practice, which you also did not take up.
Dr Kshatri has spoken to you on the phone, and you seemed satisfied that you were not in any pain, did not have any sensitivity, and that you wished to return to see her for further treatment.
We have made several attempts to contact you to arrange appointments for this treatment but have not been able to get hold of you.
In light of the fact that you confirmed your wishes to return to see Dr Darshna Kshatri for treatment when you spoke to her personally, your review is now somewhat unjustifiable.
The staff and dentists here have spent a lot of time, free of charge, trying to address your problems and to help you, but we cannot do much more with the conflicting information you give us.
Fantastic experience: As always Richard was very professional and friendly. The reception staff are lovely, and a special thanks to Julie, nothing is ever too much trouble for her. I would have no problem recommending Richard and his team. In all the treatment I have had from Richard, I have never felt any pain, that has to be recommendation in itself.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant treatment which is always clearly explained. Never too long to wait for an appointment and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. We are so grateful to have such an excellent dentist. It is almost enjoyable to go to the dentist......not many people can say that!!
Fantastic experience: Had an urgent tooth problem. Phoned in the morning and spoke to a very polite and helpful receptionist. Although no routine slots available they, receptionist along with Dr Milner, were able fit me in later that day. Very efficient service and I could eat again. Would thoroughly recommend the Manor Dental practice.
Fantastic experience: Seen within days and rung back on Monday of leaving weekend message . No waiting for appt. Complex problem clearly and patiently explained and all questioned answered no matter how basic. Treatment plan over several months provided with all costs in advance. Dentist was evening willing to come in early in a few days before she goes on leave to start the process but I was not able but appreciated the though which is typical of the kindness of the practice. Been a patient for many years now and treatment has been consistently excellent.
Fantastic experience: An exceptionally good dental practice, that I have been a patient of for over 25 years. The reception staff are very welcoming, and always helpful. The dentists and dental nurses give first class treatment and care - my dentist was originally Mr Paget, but for many years now has been Dr Jawaid - an extremely nice man, and one of the best professionally. I use DenPlan dental insurance, and that takes away many of the worries about bills. All works so well for me. A big ‘thank you’ to all at this practice.
Fantastic experience: The team at Manor Dental Care are exceptional both in terms of service and dental expertise. My wife and I travel back to Wallington from Devon for our dental check ups and care. I would strongly recommend them. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Fantastic experience: As a new patient I was very happy with my visit to Manor Dental Care. The surgery itself was spotlessly clean and the Covid guidelines, for patients, easy to follow. The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming and very quick and efficient in offering further appointments and finalising payment. I was very impressed with the dentist I saw, Darshna. She is the first dentist I have seen, in a number of years, that was able to tell me what had happened in previous years in regards to an ill fitting crown that I have, as I had no recollection of the treatment I had previously received until she started explaining. Darshna, once xrays were taken, also took the time to give a detailed explanation of what was happening with my teeth and to advise of a treatment plan. Fantastic experience: An outstanding dental practice I have attended for over 30 years. Extremely professional friendly staff, I cannot recommend Manor Dental highly enough.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic and friendly service from everyone there. Warm greeting every time and I have a wonderful dentist treating me. I find the Manor Dental Care Practise (Wallington) a professionally run outfit at all levels. The appointment reminder service for me is invaluable - an email and text reminder near the appointment time.
Positive experience: I attend this practice every 3 months for hygienist treatment and every 6 months for a dental check up. They are always polite, professional and helpful if something has come up and you need to change your appointment for any reason (as long as you give notice, obviously). During the pandemic they have taken proper precautions and measures to ensure that everyone involved in the appointment is safe. They do get booked up quite far in advance, but that is a sign of how popular the practice is. They email you and text you with plenty of notice for your next appointment, so there is no excuse for not turning up and wasting everyone's time. There is usually parking available in nearby roads. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in Wallington.
