Fantastic experience: Today I visited offerton dental. I really fear the dentist due to bad past experiences and that’s lead to me having panic attacks over going back. Today I had a problem so I had no choice to go, as soon as I arrived I was in a panic but for the first time I was put at ease straight away by the lovely Muneeb & his assistant Didi. They were both so kind to me and really calmed me down. Muneeb took my tooth out and I was completely fine. I’ve never come away from the dentist feeling happy but today I did! It costs nothing to be kind and caring especially to your patients, it’s made such a difference for me and I won’t fear going back now. Highly recommended and thank you again

Fantastic experience: Very good experience at offerton dental. I enquired about some private treatment including whitening and composite veneers. Muneeb explained in detail the different options and was very thorough in the process. He is a perfectionist. And his assistant Did was also very helpful and friendly during the treatment. I would definitely recommend the practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been a user of the dental practice for almost 20 years now. In that time I've had many different dentists pass through. For several years I had Steven who is amazing. Since im NHS I've changed to Muneeb and the cheerful dental assistant Didi. Muneeb is lovely. Very professional and chatty. Knows what he's talking about which if you are nervous person when it comes to visiting the dentist, don't be! Reception is your first point of call and they are always helpful and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Ages since I had a tooth removed and have been in some pain for a couple of weeks now, with infection as well. From the first appointment I have been put at ease and the care and attention to detail has been excellent. To the removal today, mostly pain free, very quick and at all times asked if I am okay whilst it’s happening. Exemplary care from Muneeb and Didi (who has a great laugh too ) 5*

Fantastic experience: Wow What an amazing Dentist Muneeb is ,I was terrified and he made me calm ,Took three roots out at the front ,Didi the Nurse held my hand which was very comforting x .I have had an amazing Denture fitted and am over the moon with it ..Muneeb is the best dentist i have had in over 65 yrs , It was all over before i knew it ..Don't be scared if i did it you can ,with the help of my wonderful Dentist Muneeb thank you so much x

Fantastic experience: We are so grateful to Dr. Muneeb and his dental nurse who, after a year and a half, finally fixed my daughter’s front tooth following a fall. She had tried a couple of times before with a different dentist but couldn’t sit through the process. Dr. Muneeb made what could have been a really stressful experience so much easier. Fantastic experience: I have been with Offerton Dental Centre for over 40yrs. The current team there have carried on the professional etiquette of NHS Dentistry. The receptionists are always so pleasant & do everything within their power to accommodate you when you need a quick appointment. I had an extraction today & Muneeb explains everything in fine detail while being so pleasant, courteous & caring. After my extraction the nurse Saltana explained my aftercare & gave me a handout as well. Again she was very professional & courteous. All in all this is the gold standard in NHS Dentistry, thank you

Fantastic experience: Muneeb and Didi completed a root canal treatment and I can’t express enough my gratitude for the quality of service. I typically pass out even looking at a needle but this time did not. It was a completely pain free and fast procedure. My children also go here and the way they make all their patients feel calm a valued is a credit to them

Fantastic experience: Following my recent visit for a tooth extraction and advice on partial dentures I felt compelled to write this review. Dr Muneeb Chowdury quickly removed the tooth with zero pain and spent sufficient time giving professional and extremely useful advice regarding partial dentures. He and his professional team of Nurse Didi and Receptionist Georgina were all very polite and efficient, which made the whole experience a pleasure. As a senior Lecturer in Productivity and Efficiency I have no hesitation in recommending this Practice and team.

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter in to see Dr Muneeb and Cloe was the dental nurse, to have her tooth extracted - they were absolutely amazing! I would recommend them to everyone I know!! And the reception staff are nice!

Negative experience: Im really sorry to have to write this but I left a voicemail today to tell them I couldnt attend my dental appointment as I needed to go to hospital . I left a number for them to call me back. The receptionist called back but my colleague answered the call. Without checking who they were speaking to they continued to disclose that I was attending hospital tomorrow !! They knew they were not speaking to me as they asked my colleague to tell me to call them back ? Total breach of confidentiality on their part. Discussing a patients private details without consent knowing they were not speaking to the patient themselves . This will be reported to CQC

Fantastic experience: I would like to say how very pleased and appreciated I've been with the treatment received at The Offerton Dental last Monday when I came to have my usual six monthly check up, and I also had some roots from a back tooth which had been extracted a few years ago. The service and care I received was excellent both from Tam my dentist, and Dee Dee the the dental nurse, also the after care from the lovely dental receptionist.Very many thanks to you all.

Fantastic experience: The team at offerton dental is lovely. My dentist Muneeb is amazing and gives me really good tips and advice that is personalised to my dental plan. They never make me feel just judged and they always make me feel welcomed and safe.

Fantastic experience: I went to get three fillings, done by muneeb and the team. I was very nervous at first but they made me feel way less nervous when entering the room. They also treated me with care and kindness, by constantly checking if I was okay. This 5-star review was no exaggeration :)

Fantastic experience: Having not been to a dentist in years, after suffering with toothache for nearly two months I had to give in and find one. From the initial consultation to actually having the tooth extracted, Muneeb and Chloe were amazing. Even at my grand old age of 46 I was still terrified, yet they were both so calm, patient and really put me at ease. The procedure was fast, efficient and painless, although it was done with the greatest care. Thank you for making what is usually a traumatic experience a little more pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Steven is the most reassuring dentist I have ever had. I can always trust him to do what is best for my teeth and be honest with me about my treatment options. He is patient and has excellent communication skills taking the time to listen and support. The nursing team are also lovely, Patricia followed up with me multiple times following a treatment because she knew I had been nervous. I take my son here too and he is always excited to go to the dentist so he can show his teeth off! No fear at all which is wonderful to see.

Fantastic experience: Myself and all my family are under the precious care of offerton dental, I recently went through a terrible time with my teeth and thanks to all the staff reception , Muneeb and Didi I have came out the otherside , I had some private work done on my teeth veneers to say they are fabulous the care and attention to detail, they look so natural I would not hesitate to have any private work done again, told me about lots of procedures advising me what they thought would be best for me my smile there new private dentist is state of the art so upto date and modern I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in and walked out in 3 hrs with a lovely smile to be proud of.

Fantastic experience: The whole process from Muneeb and the Team have been amazing. I am over the moon with my new porcelain veneers, composite veneer and new upper denture. Everything was explained well to me and I cannot ask for a better dentist!
