Fantastic experience: As a nervous dental patient, I was delighted to find Abi Dental many years ago. I now don’t worry, or become anxious, for check ups or treatment as I know that I will be well looked after and cared for. Abi is kind and welcoming, as are all the members of her team. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I’ve now been a patient with Abi since she opened the practice many years ago.The whole experience is amazing from Kim on the reception desk to Shelley and Anna (Hygienist )Abi makes you feel so relaxed and confident in doing everything. I am a very nervous patient and suffer with agoraphobia Anxiety and panic attack, I hadn’t been to a dentist in over four years. The last time I went to a Dentist I kept having panic attacks and just couldn’t go back So needed to find another dentist as I had tooth pain and came across Abi with such great reviews. I did book an appointment but then kept cancelling as I was too anxious to go But One of the receptionist Kim phoned me and talked me into coming and put me completely at ease. Abi’s team are amazing Kim Ellie and Shelley are so kind and caring. I had to have a deep clean root canal and crown and a filling, I can’t believe that I have actually had it all done and i was fine without sedation. I have found My forever Dentist in Abi.

Fantastic experience: I am 85 years old and have been using Abi Dental for many years now, my teeth are in excellent condition thanks to the expertise given by the practice. Anyone who has the slightest fear of dentists, give Abi a try. Everyone there makes you feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: Back at Abi's after lapsing during Covid. Hygienist appointment and check-up with Abi. Everyone as friendly as ever and mostly familiar faces, which says a lot the working culture here. No negative comments from me, all positives. As a result I am a very nervous patient , however from the very first appointment Abi has been so kind and patient as are all her staff . Fantastic experience: I have been with Abi & team for 9yrs and can’t recommend them highly enough. There are no words to explain the 1st class, wonderful service they all so professionally deliver. From the minute you are welcomed by Kim or Shelley to the time you leave post treatment with Anna or Abi , the experience is seemless. 9yrs ago I went as a new customer to rectify my horrible front teeth … during this time I have had countless consultations, X-rays, moulds and never proceeded ‍♀️. I am delighted to say - finally I bit the bullet and got the work done !!! Abi never once lost her patience with me and carried out any necessary work until I was ready. It would be fair to say i would expect a few eyeball rolls - but never got them. They are a fantastic team and will go over and above to put everyone at ease!

Fantastic experience: Abi is the most encouraging dentist I have ever seen. I am a very nervous patient, I value her patience and skills so much, I travel from North London to see her. I have recently had major work carried out and there is no other dentist I would have used. The whole experience was calm and professional throughout. I cannot recommend Abi Dental Practice high enough they are professional, caring and explain every step of the process. Aug 2021 Update I have since moved to the Welsh boarders and continue to visit. During these difficult times I have continued with my treatment. Visiting the practice is very safe and secure, all the required COVID measures and more are in place. I feel safe and confident in the practice environment and with the great team; absolutely lovely ladies who do a fantastic job of keeping me safe and calm during my visits. I continue to receive the excellent and exceptional care when I visit and continue with my support and would recommend Abi and the team. I have complete trust and recently I even managed to have treatment with out the need for sedition for the first time in many years which is a fantastic milestone for me. Fantastic experience: Very friendly, and happy with their services. They used invisalign, which are clear aligners, for my teeth to straighten them. It didn't hurt and were practically unnoticeable. Overall very satisfied.

Abi and Shelley are both wonderful. I was extremely nervous about my visit but they made me feel relaxed. Kim the receptionist is very accommodating fitting in appointments around work. Fantastic experience: I initially started going to see Abi as I had a real phobia of dentists and have had a couple of bad experiences at other practices . I had sedation a couple of times at Abi Dental when I needed some work done as my fear was too much. Over the years I now have treatment without sedation and although still feel a bit tense I am so much better when I go to see Abi or Noor. All the staff are lovely and friendly and all make me feel at ease whenever I need to visit the dentist. Thanks ladies for being kind, patient and giving me back confidence to get my teeth checked regularly.

Fantastic experience: Abi Dental kindly fit me in for an appointment at very short notice. I had an issue with my veneer which was done by another dentist and Abi fixed in 30 minutes. Abi explained everything clearly and provided a calm environment.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient, I used to dread the dentist. I'd cry, have panic attacks and feel faint at every appointment. Since moving to Abi dental I can confidently say I'm ok with appointments, I'll never like them, but I've had extraction and root canal with Abi. No panic, no crying, no feeling faint. And no pain. Abi and team put you at ease and are exceptional in there work. Abi explains the treatment and ensures you are comfortable throughout any treatment. I have also recently seen Noor for my first botox treatment and am delighted with results. I look refreshed but natural, like I haven't had anything done! Exactly what I wanted. Don't hesitate to book in for any dental work or facial rejuvenation treatments with Abi or Noor. This is a gem of a business. The standard of treatments here would cost double or more in London. Jo

I’ve had extensive work done in the past 6 months, and I’m amazed at how they were able to work with me and get me past what was a huge phobia regarding dental care. Just had some moulds made to help me stop chomping in my sleep and making my teeth thin. Nor has been very empathetic with me

Abi is kind and straightforward with her approach to assessment, delivery of dental plan and during procedures. Organised with appointments and payment schedule so the patient knows exactly what to expect. Felt also that more than adequate time is given to the procedures etc, not rushed. Follow up call received to check on progress.

Fantastic experience: Often the dentist can be an anxiety provoking place but this is not the case at Abi Dental. I have been undergoing the Smilelign treatment with Dr Noor and my experience so far has been great. From the start, I have felt well informed about my treatment and am very pleased with the progress so far. Dr Noor, the dental assistants and the receptionist demonstrate a high standard of professionalism and create an atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and in safe hands. There really is not anything I could ask them to improve on!

Fantastic experience: I went to Abi Dental on the 27th July for the first time after speaking to the lovely receptionist on the phone prior to booking my appointment. I found her so friendly and approachable and after explaining about my nerves when attending dental appointments she was really reassuring and put my mind at rest I would be in good hands here. After attending my appointment today I am really happy I chose this practice, from the moment you go in to there its a friendly and inviting atmosphere and everyone is really welcoming. The dentist herself was really lovely, patient and really helpful but most of all I didn't feel judged (after bad experiences in the past with other dentists) and she instantly made me feel at ease. After my appointment she explained in detail what I would need to have done, made sure I understood it all and answered any questions I had. Her dentist nurse was also extremely helpful, really friendly and welcoming too. They also explained the different payment options they have which has really made me feel alot less anxious as the costing was one of my worries. I'd highly recommend this practice particularly to anyone whose nervous about going to the dentist or has had a bad experience they really are lovely and I can't wait to start my treatment with them in a weeks time. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Abi Dental for the past 10 years as I was always too afraid to go to an NHS dentist. The fact that they can offer sedation for treatment was a no-brainer for me and right from the start Abi has always been great putting me at ease; I no longer fear the dentist. I have subsquently moved from Croydon to East Grinstead and I still make the journey to see them as I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Well, having broken my upper left front tooth 6 years a go, in a mountain biking accident/crash, it finally became a requirement to have it removed. I was very nervous, but Abi and the team quickly set me at ease. She applied numbing gel to my gum, so I then did not feel the anaesthetic injections going in. The tooth extraction was quickly and carefully done. The whole process was much easier than I could have expected so am extending my appreciation. I have always been nervous of dental treatment, after a bad experience as a child. This has dramatically changed my view ... thankfully.

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient I transferred to AbiDental from my NHS dentist as they really take of me and ease my nerves. Abi, Anna and Nora all take their time and are as gentle with me as possible making the experience far lass traumatic for me. Receptionists are always kind and friendly and happy to help in anyway. Can’t recommend AbiDental enough - they have transformed my trips to the dentist and without them I don’t think I’d have ever gone back !
