The appointment was on time, very professional, an x-ray was taken and she decided to extract the tooth that was causing so much pain. They always smile and try to fit you in for an appointment. There are options for installment payment if one needs to have their teeths done and very affordable. The awesome dentist,Layla is an amazing dentist and a treasure at Lewis Grove dental practice. She is so calm, informative, supportive ,understanding and very gentle with my children's treatment and before and after care, always making sure my family have the best and comfortable, and she smiles. I first came when I was fourteen after a previous dentist had filled my front teeth which was very distressing. Lewis Grove gave me two beautiful crowns and my self confidence as a young teenager. Now aged sixty-five I totally put my trust in George who has treated me on several occasions with top class dentistry. My forty two year old daughter has been seeing George since she was fourteen. George recently did bonding work on four of her upper front teeth. She is absolutely delighted with the results. Thank you George and your lovely receptionist and dental nurses ❤

Fantastic experience: The service I received from the Lewis Grove Dental practice today was excellent! Every member of staff was very professional and friendly with all stages of my dental procedure, explained to me in a concise manner which I fully understood, I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I had a follow up appointment with the Lewis Grove Dental practice, were I had a tooth extraction, to which I can safely say I was not looking forward too, but again the level of care that I received was fantastic! From the extraction, plus several stitches due to a bleed then a follow up phone call later in the day to see if everything was OK after my visit! I've never had any Dentist ring to see if I was OK after a visit, and believe you and me, I been to a few over the years. That level of service is above and beyond in my book and thank you once again Lewis Grove Dental practice for the care I received during my visit.

Fantastic experience: Layla is an excellent dentist. After years of having temporary fillings on my two front teeth which repeatedly fell out after several weeks Layla was able to do some composite bonding which has now lasted 18months. Also, at a routine check up, I had a build up of staining which Layla willingly cleaned off for m. Very thorough, polite and professional. Layla always offers me practical advice and when followed, I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Excellent job. I was a bit sceptical about whether the orthodontic treatment would work, and whether it would make much difference to me. I was wrong, the treatment worked brilliantly and you do feel much better when the teeth have been straightened out. It prevents aggro in later life as well, as tooth movements can cause problems aside from the aesthetic. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I have been coming to Lewis Grove for a while now and continued to keep them as my dentist even after moving away from London because I trusted and liked this practice and its dentists but sadly as of today I have decided to no longer use this practice for my dental treatment. In the past few months I have found it incredibly difficult to make and keep an appointment with them. Since September 2024 I have had four appointments, two of which were for filling cancelled on the day. This has cost me almost £100 in train tickets, numerous schedule changes at work and has also caused me to worry about the dental treatment that I was missing out on. One was an appointment that I made with a member of the reception team who failed to actually book me in. So I travelled to the practice at peak time from Kent with no appointment and just a shrug of the shoulders and an offer of an appointment one month later. This second appointment then got cancelled as I called ahead to notify of a delayed train service, asking for a 5 minute grace period, which was refused. When I queried this with the reception manager last week I was told there is no policy surrounding this. Again, I waited another month for a mere check up appointment. The contact that I have had with the staff has been less than satisfactory, quite unprofessional and frankly difficult to work around as a patient/customer. I have been left feeling that this practice favours its private patients/customers over its NHS, which is a shame. Today I have seen another NHS dentist who has confirmed that almost half of the work I was quoted for was actually unnecessary. This dentist has gotten me booked in for my NHS treatment plus a private hygienist appointment within the space of a week. This has taken me literally months to do with Lewis Grove. Thus semi confirming my suspicions that my NHS appointments were being cancelled to encourage (and I say that kindly) me to go private, which is not something I can afford. I hope it is just an unfortunate misunderstanding but I wouldn’t recommend Lewis Grove any more. Proceed with caution.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. They accommodated me for a dental emergency on the same day, which I really appreciated. Dr George and his team were highly professional and welcoming. Dr George was calming and reassuring and made my subsequent filling and cleaning as comfortable as such procedures can be, and I felt completely at ease throughout. The entire team was friendly and approachable. While I was in the waiting room on my first visit, another person walked in with an emergency, and though they were unable to help, the assistant/receptionist spoke very kindly to the young man, and offered him some solid advice on what he could do to get help, which I would have appreciated if I was in that position and which I noted for future reference. They all seem like a lovely, kind-hearted bunch. Definitely recommend and will certainly return, though hopefully next time with my teeth in a better state.

I have never been the most confident patient but George and his team have been amazing in seeing me through many simple and complex procedures ( too many sweets as a kid!). George is an excellent dentist and and I have the total faith in his and the teams abilities, treatments and advice.

He is entirely reliable, professional, highly skilled and very pleasant and considerate. His work is of excellent quality. My visit today went very smoothly. One of my teeth has become slightly painful. I went for a consultation with Dr. Tsolakides in order to take care of the problem so that it does not become worse. Dr. Tsolakides did an examination, analysed the problem, and fully explained everything to me, including the repair needed to protect the tooth and my dental health. I have every confidence in Dr. Tsolakides and in Lewis Grove Dental Practice.

He manages to combine an extremely knowledgeable, professional & efficient way of working with a very warm & friendly approach. I am amazed at the different types of technology now involved at which George ensures, he is very adept, enabling a pertinent discussion about the most effective & suitable treatment available. The dental nurses and receptionists are all very friendly & helpful in person as well as on the telephone, following the positive ethos engendered by George.
