Fantastic experience: I have really bad anxiety, surrounded the dentist, due to past experience. I had lot work done in last few months with Alisha. She has been so patient and help reduce my anxiety, talk to me though everything. Have her for every visit has really help. Only manage to get treatments, i need because support given though out, with kindness and patience. Thank you
Fantastic experience: Had a check up after a long while with Alisha and her assistant, she was extremely helpful, explained everything in detail of the examination and talked me through the next steps of treatment along with prices for care. Reception staff were also friendly and welcoming and the practice does have parking at the rear for convenience.
Negative experience: In 2022. I went to Norton/Stanley dentist as an emergency through 111 another services that need to be abolished!! Back to point after being in severe pain for many months was given an appointment for to fang half teeth that the real NHS had stated that if anything happened we'd need actual surgery!! I Told manesh the dentist this several times he stated he knew better!!! 45 mins he BITCHERED ME FOR! THE most pain ever felt for 9 days woth no medications!!! Ever did ROOT CANELS even though I told him not too!!! MOUTH completely different had to eat different and still in pain today!!! After years gum finally unswelled and check this out both teeth still there!!!! After a removal op apparently!!! All teeth in mouth now need replacing and a painful always!!! So now I proceed for compo and new teeth they ignore and even get me arrested and try charging me!!!??? Worst OUTFIT ever WOULD NEVER USE AND WOULD NEVER ALLOW A CHILD OF MINE TO USE THEIR SERVICES!!! DISGUSTING PEOPLE FROM RECPTION UO TO PATNERS!!! TAKING THEM TO COURT FOR BUTCHERY!!! KIND REGARDS PHILIP RICKY BELL

Fantastic experience: As someone how has been wary of the dentist for as long as I can remember (which is a little embarrassing for a 53 year old ) these guys are fantastic. I saw Zarak and cannot recommend highly enough. Explained everything very clearly and made me feel at ease at all times, no pain or any issues at all… Excellent service from everyone at the practice, all very friendly and efficient. If you “don’t like the dentist” or even if you just need an excellent dentist then give these guys a go. You won’t be disappointed…

Fantastic experience: I recently had a tooth removed at Norton Dental surgery, I spent a few days prior to appointment really anxious. From the moment I got there I felt welcomed by the receptionist. The removal itself, although very uncomfortable went very well, my dentist and his assistant were wonderfully professtional, kind, considerate, helpful, told me what was going on all the way through the process. If all dental surgeries were like you it wouldnt have taken me so long to get my dental health sorted out. Thank you very much.

Negative experience: Following a free consultation session with Tory from Norton Dental practice, we were shown impressive moving images of how the teeth would eventually line up. Invisalign was recommending instead of the usual (train track) braces. We were then asked to pay £250 upfront to be deducted from the estimated final cost in the region of £3300. However, on our second consultation visit with the dentist, we were advised that due to the alignment of the teeth, Invisalign would not be recommended. A referral was made to a specialist dentist, where we were required to pay a further £190 consultation fees plus the cost of further comprehensive X-rays. Given Norton dental practice reneged on its initial assurance, we requested a refund or part refund to contribute towards to the new consultation fees with the new dental specialist. I was advised I’d need to discuss the matter with practice owner who would call me back. There was no such callback and when I called Again - he’d gone home. Unfortunately, the pleasant service initially shown by its staff soon turned to avoidance of telephone conversation and after many further calls to Norton practice, it seems we’ve lost our £250 initial payment. Please beware of this unprofessional dental practice and AVOID AT ALL COST.

Following on from the free consultation, we did inform you that the next step would be the £250 clincheck, which is non refundable.
As mentioned prior to going ahead, patients are not always guaranteed that they are a suitable candidate to go ahead with Invisalign, until the clincheck has been completed (and this process is the same for all invisalign patients, at any practice).
The clincheck fee doesn’t go towards the practice, we are charged the same amount by Invisalign for every clincheck submitted. (Which is why it isn’t refundable).
As mentioned, we sent the clincheck and X-rays on to the specialist clinic so you wouldn’t have to pay again.
Our principal dentist has tried to call you to discuss this. He will try again.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Norton dentist for about 8 years since moving to the area. I had heard amazing reviews and Ian definitely didn't disappoint. Norton dentist is friendly, professional and always welcoming. Appointments aren't rushed and they take an interest in you and your family which is really lovely. I have started my invisalign journey with them now aswell and it's been smooth sailing wish I did it sooner. I'd recommend them to anyone. I am still marvelling at how effortlessly Minesh removed the tooth! Fantastic experience: I have been an extremely nervous patient for 40+ years. I found a dentist in Stourbridge about 15 years ago but I still couldn't get over my fear and would turn up medicated by GP and still in a state. 3 years ago I went through a horrendous experience there and basically his treatment was appalling. My GP advised me to get a second opinion, which I did last year. Norton Road Dental Practice had good reviews so I booked an appointment with Minesh. OMG can't express my gratitude to this lovely man. He listened to everything I said, he totally agreed with what I thought was wrong, he instantly referred me to Birmingham dental hospital and I am now undergoing treatment for TMJ (which my previous dentist insisted it wasn't). Everyone is so lovely there and I attended my appointment yesterday on my own with no tears or shakes. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I first came to Norton Dental Practice for Invisalign and was so impressed by Tori who genuinely wanted to help compared to other Dental Practices who were pushy and just looking for a quick sale. After finishing my Invisalign treatment both myself and my daughter decided to move to Norton and the fabulous treatment has carried on. Luckily I found Norton Dental Practice, who got me an appointment within 30 minutes, diagnosed and treated the issue within another half an hour. Positive experience: usually don't have a problem with this dentist but since my dentist went private I had a new one that was covering NHS - he said in two different appointments that I was 'very demanding' (joke or not, it's rude) when I asked for something, and hit me on the head with the x-ray thing and didn't even apologise - wish I could go back to my old dentist, he was much more thorough when checking my teeth, and much more friendly and much more respectful which is what health care should be! otherwise, reception staff are lovely and for a clinical place it is of high standards

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious about going to see the dentist but I am so glad I visited Norton Dental Practice. From the moment I stepped inside I was put at ease and Dr Eanesh Kara was very welcoming. He knew that I was nervous and kept on checking that I was OK during my appointment. Fantastic experience: I feel compelled to leave a review today. I've been for a hygienist visit here before, the lady I saw was very good. Today I saw a new team Shima and her colleague Kate. Whilst I am not anxious about dental check ups I do prefer to see the same practitioner. However I am glad I was booked in with Shima as she exceeded my expectations. She has a very gentle touch with the drill and explained everything clearly before and during. She obviously has given much thought to the patient experience and is an all round asset to this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice gets a 10/10 from me and the whole family. Warm, welcoming, super organised I have had nothing but great service from everyone we've encountered from the hygienist, Minesh who checks the childrens' teeth and then the wonderful Ean and Tori who have taken me through my Invisalign journey with fantastic results; I always used to hide my smile but since they've transformed it I can't help but smile and always get compliments on my super straight, white teeth. It feels more like visiting friends than the dentist which is why I'd particularly recommend it to anybody who is perhaps slightly nervous/who has had poor experiences previously at other practices. Fantastic experience: I have been under Norton dental practice for my invisalign and currently under the care of Dr Ean Kara. I would highly recommend Dr Kara and Norton Dental Practice as they have been fantastic at guiding me through this treatment and ensuring the best results so far. I'm very excited to continue my treatment with them for composite bonding and teeth whitening. The practice is inviting and all the staff are very friendly. Fantastic experience: I phoned up today for an emergency appointment as for some reason my normal dentist was closed. I got booked in very quickly, everyone at the dentists were exttemely nice, which is something I consider to be a must have as I do get nervous when going, I was seen by Janine and she was absolutely lovely and so patient and calm and reassuring, I had my check over, discussed two ways we could deal with the problem, I ended up having the tooth out completely, and as Janine knew I was nervous she kept talking to me the entire way through, I would absolutely recommend this place to other nervous people

Fantastic experience: My family & I moved to this dental practise around 18 months ago. I have always been nervous of having any dental work carried out but moving to Norton Dental Practice is the best move I have made. They are so friendly and welcoming & they take the time to get to know you. I have completed Invisalign treatment with Eanesh and the transformation has been incredible. My initial appointment was with Torie, who is a lovely lady who cannot do enough to help, she scanned my teeth & we went through in detail the process of Invisalign & worked out what would work best for me. The process is very much about what results you would like to see. I was then handed over to Eanesh for the actual Invisalign process. Eanesh is a really lovely dentist who instantly puts you at ease. The best dentist by far we have ever had. He has not only turned around my fear of going to a dentist but he has transformed my teeth! They are not only much straighter but so much healthier, this is also down to the time Eanesh invested in telling me how best to maintain my teeth & what products he recommends for the best result. Before I moved to this practice I had inflamed & bleeding gums. I haven’t had it since. I am so pleased with my Invisalign outcome, I just wish I had done it sooner. I have now moved my family over to the practise and they are so impressed with it. My little girl especially loves that she can watch the tv whilst having her teeth checked & she always asks when she is next going - she enjoys it so much! I would thoroughly recommend Norton dental practice to anyone.
