Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional, well run practice. The reception team (Jackie & Lesley) are cheerful and helpful. Highly recommend hygienist Swati (& her assistant Lily) who did a fantastic job. I had the NSK air polishing to clean up my stained teeth, and I was amazed by the results

Fantastic experience: The receptionist Lesley was very helpful and friendly. The purpose of my visit was to see the hygienist Swati to have my teeth cleaned as i get very stained teeth. I had the NSK air polishing and the results were absolutely amazing. I have had my teeth cleaned many many times before by many different hygienists but i have never had air polishing before and it was the best thing i have ever had for my teeth and gums. I thoroughly recommend it and Swati was incredibly patient, friendly and professional which is important as i am a nervous patient but she explained eveything and did a fantastic job

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for many years, but only recently recommended to see the Dental Hygienist. I’m so glad I did. Swati, my hygienist was nothing short of superb. My teeth were in a very bad state & I was close to losing them. I am a bit of a coward when it comes to the dentist but Swati put me at ease & explained things to me in an easy to understand way. I was given extra appointments as my teeth were so bad they needed them. My teeth now look & feel so much better. Hopefully regular appointments will keep them that way. 10/10 from me for the wonderful Swati.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are fantastic and cannot do enough for you. At age 72, I have been treated by many dentist surgeries but they always treated me like they were doing me a favour. At Kilbrack, Beccles you are treated with respect and compassion.

Negative experience: 1 year ago I asked dental design to make new set of dentures . I stress 1 year. They have still not finished my new dentures . Do not go to them

Negative experience: Staff is friendly but the dentist (old guy) is no good. Completely messed up my teeth. Had to go to a different dentist to get fixed what they broke. Couldn’t eat on one side for time.

Fantastic experience: First time visit to the dentist for quite sometime and what an experience! From walking through the door and being greeted by two professional receptionists who guided me through medical forms etc and so polite. Into the surgery and was greeted by Dr Anca and nurse Lianne, Absolutely awesome both of them, my mind was put at easy and the treatment done. This was the fasted and painless extraction I've ever had! What a professional approach to dentistry, kind caring and so polite. Thank you

The receptionists, Carol and Lesley are both very cheerful, helpful and are a credit to this practice. Fantastic experience: Been coming here for a year or so reception team are welcoming and helpful @swati always gives me an amazing smile transformation after the air polishing which leaves them squeaky clean. I have recently also tried Botox for the first time here after being left with asymmetry from Bell’s palsy as well as bad forehead lines and premature aging, I was a little anxious to start as I have never tried anything like this. swati was reassuring and talked me through everything explaining step by step showing me her previous works, the treatment itself is no different from any other injection and lasts a matter of seconds in each area, tolerable for the results gained are amazing and I can really see a genuinely massive difference in my forehead and eye lines, the lip flip has also aided to give me back my facial symmetry. Both t&t highly recommend! already booked in again so pleased with results

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using the practice for years and find the staff really helpful and friendly. I ended up needing some fillings replaced on my front teeth and Maryam Niazi has done a brilliant job. Ahead of it she talked me through the different options and really listened to my concerns and put me at ease. Going to see Swati was a highlight - I’m sure not many people say seeing a hygienist is a highlight of their day but it was for me. Swati is so informative and explains everything clearly while having a brilliant sense of humour. I also benefited from an express service managing to get an appointment as I came out of my dentist check up - so double bonus!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. As a Registered Dental Nurse with the GDC myself I am probably more critical than most but I always get such a friendly and thorough service which makes me very thankful and blown away by the service I get as an NHS patient - which has kept me coming back for years on end. Fantastic experience: I had 3 implants done by Dr. Niland at the Kilbrack Dental Design Studio. From Start to Finish everything went very smoothly! The overall result is amazing because my new teeth blend in so well with my natural teeth! I am so happy with Dr Niland's work, I couldn't have wished for a better outcome! I can highly recommend him and his team! I must also mention Katie, the nurse, who looked after me really well. Before the start of the procedure, I had to undergo some preliminary work, which was expertly carried out by Dr. Kovacs, my usual dentist. She supported me so well and she was there for me when I was very frightened and panicky. She definitely deserves a very special mention. I had a very positive experience with the surgery and with the dental implants, and for that I am extremely grateful!

Negative experience: Had a tooth removed last week, still in serious pain , phoned Monday morning first thing because there is part of the tooth still in there, couldn't offer me appointment until Tuesday ( not happy ) so I had to phone for an emergency appointment elsewhere to get it sorted, cost over the phone just to see me £90

I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Cadman, who has been a kind and brilliant dentist all these years. The dental nurses and reception staff have also been friendly, welcoming and helpful. Negative experience: Not impressed with visit today, was Kept waiting for over 15 mins after booked appointent time. I could see Staff and dentist all chatting in background and clearly no patient having treatment then... Got fed up and spoke to receptionist who then spoke to Dentist and was then seen to straightaway. Not too impressed with customer relations. I am no longer under NHS for treatment and paying private plan. another lady in waiting room also had Appointment same time as me and was fed up waiting as well.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were transferred to this practice when our previous dentist left. We have now both been twice and each time we have come away feeling we have had very good treatment. Today we saw Dr. Cristina Torres assisted by nurse Layla and they were both very friendly and attentive. Dr. Cris is obviously a very capable dentist and puts you at ease straight away. Layla is also very professional and welcoming. Thank you both.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chris, has recently become my dentist, and I can not praise her enough. She is enthusiastic, friendly, happy, she explains what she is going to do and why she needs to do it. I had pale gums and she recently did a deep clean, going back a week later, she was keen to see if her hard work had paid off, my gums were back in the pink, she was so pleased that we got a good result, Thank you Dr Chris Susan Smith

Fantastic experience: New dentist at Beccles, Demetrius, his first day and he was wonderful. He reinstalled my post crown without any problems at all. We then decided my ongoing dental plan. Great service and excellent value for money. Well done everyone there.

Negative experience: I had an appointment cancelled by the dentist for myself and my children, I didn't know this was rescheduled and consequently missed the appointment. I've now called the dentist to make an appointment for myself and family to now be told they have kicked us out! We now have no dentist with a child needing urgent dental care. The receptionist was beyond rude and just didn't care!

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient, as many of us are at the dentist. It’s safe to say we would rather be almost anywhere else! However, since joining The Dental Design Studio in Beccles, I have experienced a kindness and calmness from everybody which has done so much to allay my considerable fears. I had an appointment with Swati on Monday for a clean and polish, which I have always found painful due to my sensitive receding gums. Swati is adorable, she made me smile and even laugh, she gave me numbing which I have never been offered before, and low and behold, no pain, a calm patient, who will not dread her next appointment for the first time in her 54 years. Talked about my up and coming wedding and she suggested maybe I should try the new treatment stain removal air polisher. I didn't really he much time so she offered a free promotion on a few of my teeth. The results are amazing and the treatment quite refreshing. My teeth feel clean, shiny and are stain free I would really recommend the treatment and the staff at the practice are really friendly, efficient and do a thorough job.

Negative experience: Was a NHS patient for years here and was very happy and my child go here. Today was not a good day. Because I haven’t be to the dentist or during covid I didn’t have an emergency they now can’t offer me a NHS appointment or being a NHS patient as I hadn’t been for 2 years. Never have I heard this before. What a joke!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a painful tooth. I called on the morning and she was seen the same day along with checkups for my other two children. We haven't been for check ups since COVID began and the dentist was very thorough for all three of my children. Very friendly and helpful staff.
