Walton Road Dental Practice

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the way this dental practice treated me and my family. After waiting almost six months on the waiting list, the practice finally gave me and my wife our first appointment. On the day, we were 20 minutes late because we simply forgot — but as soon as we realised, we called immediately and apologised. Instead of understanding that mistakes can happen, especially for a family with children, the practice decided to block us permanently from registering again. No warning, no second chance, no compassion — even though both of our kids are registered with them and have been seen normally. We were shocked. One missed appointment after months of waiting should not result in a lifetime ban. This is not how an NHS dental practice should treat people, especially families trying their best. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing experience.

Negative experience: I'm trying to call this practice to book an appointment since 4 months. The line is always busy, it looks like the telephone number might be wrong. They don't reply to any email. What kind of service is this?

Negative experience: So sad. Attitudes appear to have changed massively. Doesn't matter what you say, you will be wrong. Much greater lack of care and compassion. The receptionist just blames you for rudeness and leaves you gobsmacked at their attitude. Dental Care is basic then they will refer you to a'partner' for the actual expensive treatment. Beginning to seem like a bit of a scam for patients

Fantastic experience: Been with this practice for years but have recently changed dentist, I'm now with Ciara and she is absolutely brilliant. I had an extraction and a filling earlier today and have experienced no pain what so ever. Ciara checks in on you throughout your treatment and provides great after care advice. Practice has recently been refurbished and looks great. The dental nurses and receptionists are lovely. Couldn't ask for a better service

She took my tooth out there and then , didn't feel a thing, qnd took that awful pain away. Cannot thank you all enough. Highly recommended. And thankyou once again. Positive experience: Toddlers first time, dentist was really patient and gentle. I think putting some toys/books in waiting room would be beneficial for children, waited a little longer than appointment time (understand it’s busy) so think a few things in waiting room to keep children entertained would be good. Other than that visit was great.

Fantastic experience: Hi There.. At previous dental practice i did not feel ok there.. i only stayed there for the dentist who saw me.. as i have special needs. When it came to my dentist moving to a different practice, I followed my dentist to this dental practice as dentists don't have same catchment areas like doctors do. As Dentist Dr. R Workman put me at ease and made me feel safe.. With having autism and anxiety.. She helped me alot. She has taught me more over my mouth than i knew and my TMJ Disorder. It was the best decision we made. Dr. R Workman is Very Professional, Highly Skilled, Deffinately Recommended, Caring But most off all She puts the patient and their teeth/oral health first. She explains everything thoroughly. It is hard to find a good dentist, She is deffinately one off the best♡ The overall Dental Practice, Staff communicate to patients well and it is a very nice and calming place to go to as a dental patient. 5 Stars.. I
