All the dentists I’ve seen have been great, very kind and have time for you, after years of not going to a dentist it’s a good feeling being treated so well. Really helpful that it’s open later as makes life easier to go after work and they always have plenty of appointments available.

She was thorough and got every nack and crooney, my teeth felt so clean. And she was so nice. And she is beautiful and has a great smile. Will definitely be using this as my main dentist now. Yay.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for the first time to see a hygienist. Booked a 30min session. I was seen by Asifa and Chloe and they did a great job. I had some plaque build up as i hadn't seen dentist for 6 months. They did a fantastic job. The cleaning was done with care and was pain free. Asifa did a fantasic job of making sure i was comfortable through out. I would highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: My child’s front adult tooth had chipped diagonally in half. Night dental birmingham gave us an immediate appointment despite being within an hour of their closing time and being busy. They squeezed us in between two appointments and immediately saw to my son reassuring us and giving us all the options. We opted to get our son treated straight away to ensure maximum tooth viability Attachment under a conservative route that was best for our child’s age. The procedure was successful, smooth and stress free. It was also the cheapest I know realise also by £150-£200 as dentists have been returning my call this morning to advise of the price and nhs appointments which I no longer need. My son is smiling this morning and eating as usual as nothing ever happened. His tooth looks great and he cannot stop Appreciating and admiring the dentist and how comfortable he felt with the dentist. He’s smiling so much we can’t even tell him off. We however, are still traumatised and haven’t eaten since yesterday as parents. Our child seems to think he’s had a 5 star experience at a five star spa hotel and can’t stop smiling. The night dental staff member, our First point of contact was so lovely and accommodating over the phone. I had rang other dental emergency practices and their receptionist seemed overwhelmed whereby, you could feel their pressures of dealing with their booked emergencies. Night Dental Bham surgery were really calm and helpful. Thank you.

Negative experience: Was due a scale and polish and decided to try a new dental practice out due to my current dentist being busy. My treatment was completed within 15 minutes despite paying £45 for a ‘30 minute’ allocated appointment. My teeth don’t feel any cleaner and I was left so disappointed. My normal dentist takes at least 40 minutes to properly complete this procedure and I always leave with my teeth feeling super clean. Won’t be returning, disappointing service.

Negative experience: Had an appointment at 7:20pm through viva dental, called 3 times to confirm, no answer. When I got there the place was closed. Wasted journey, ridiculous. No professionalism whatsoever. Will be asking for a refund on my deposit.

Negative experience: Edited due to response : I was referred by 111 to the Norwich branch, however this review has landed here by me following the email link that was sent to my personal email by them - you might want to sort that out considering how extremely terrible the care was at the NORWICH branch ! Referred here by 111, phoned and got an appointment same day. Unfortunately I found the dentist rude and unhelpful. I said I was anxious and was told “well you have to open your mouth” .. looked at my problem tooth, said you have a problem, your filling is coming away, it needs replacing. We don’t do that you need to find another dentist. 5 minutes maximum, acted like she couldn’t care less and my issue was not sorted. Also I do not feel Shell suit bottoms and a floral T-shirt is appropriate clinical wear. Rude and unprofessional and did not want to answer my questions . Very disappointing!

Fantastic experience: Attended an emergency appointment at Viva Dental in Cambridge with Dr Mannino. The staff were very professional, the surgery was super clean and modern. Dr Mannino was awesome and put me at ease keeping informed with everything he was doing. Couldn't recommend this surgery highly enough to the point I'm thinking about registering as a private patient.

Negative experience: My very first appointment I arrived 20 minutes before time and they said dentist is running late after half an hour of waiting I left they rang me after 2 hrs saying book another appointment and well give you discount so I booked another appointment for 2 weeks later which I attended - I was given a further appointment for 2 weeks later when I attended on time they said no appointments tonight as there’s no dentist here I told them I was booked in and they said dentist rang everyone cancelling appointments but nobody rang me and the receptionist was rude and it was raining she left me standing outside arguing I didn’t have an appointment and if I did I would’ve received a call but I Didn’t - the service is extremely poor I will not be coming back please avoid!

Fantastic experience: Booked an appointment on the phone early afternoon and got seen to a couple hrs later. Dr Asif made the experience great for my elderly mum. I will choose this to be my regular dentist! Very straightforward and clean tidy place! However made 4 star because slight long waiting time UPDATE: my second visit (my personal first appointment) was amazing! Dr Abbas is a lovely fella and did a fab job with both my 2 fillings and a scale and polish, giving me a good service and lots of attention to detail. Made the 50min drive down worth it! I was only waiting around 5 mins. Can’t complain about the prices as they’re defo better vfm than other dentists around! Brownie points because visitor parking has been sorted as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND thankyou to all the staff will be returning and booking examinations for my children and husband!

Faaris was incredibly understanding and addressed all my concerns with patience and kindness. His professionalism and empathy truly made a difference for me. Fantastic experience: AN UPDATE: Thanks to the clinics' staff for offering me a free polishing session due to a previous cancellation without a notice. I appreciate the effort . My previous comment was "I'm a regular customer, and I must admit that their services are good. However, they are so bad with appointments. Twice after I arrived for my appointment, I discovered it was cancelled and was only informed a few minutes before my session. On one occasion, the clinic was closed, and I was waiting outside to enter for my appointment. I received no calls before nor after, and my appointment was not rescheduled. It's sad how this might affect their reputation and cause them to lose their customers' trust!"

Fantastic experience: On more than one occasion this surgery has been a life saver. Open late and at weekends, and just the most friendly and informative staff. Like many other reviewers here I am not comfortable with the dentist (well I wasn’t before) and went years without going. I now go every six months without fail here as they look after you so well. I’ve had nothing but great experiences there even with a tooth extraction and scale/polish. Not the cheapest but who can put a price on pain relief or healthy teeth? Special shout to Dr Aadil for his service.

Fantastic experience: Had a late night dental emergency and thankfully this place was still open. Dr. Nisar was amazing and very encouraging which helped a lot since trips to the dentist can be quite nerve wrecking. The ladies at reception were lovely and explained everything from pricing to treatment instructions thoroughly. I'll definitely be coming here again, even if it isn't an emergency.

Fantastic experience: Absolute lifesavers!! Phoned up at 6:45pm on a Thursday night, in agony with a broken tooth. Had an appointment for 8:15pm that same day, and by 9pm I was leaving, tooth extracted, and a pain free and very happy customer. Everyone I interacted with there was lovely, I was - and still am - hugely anxious of dentists, but they done all in their power to put me at ease. Dr. Nisar and his assistant talked me through the process, and looked after me from start to finish. A supremely professional service, and I would hasten to recommend Night Dental to anyone who finds themselves in the same predicament I did. It’s less than 24 hours after my tooth extraction, and I have no swelling, barely any discomfort or pain, and could not be happier with Dr. Nisar’s work, I was assured he was a specialist in difficult extractions and he certainly is

Fantastic experience: Dr Nisar did my wisdom tooth extraction a few months ago. I rang at 6pm for an emergency appointment and I was there 2 hours later, after a lovely receptionist booked me in with the earliest appointment. The Dr put me at complete ease and calmed me down. I was in extreme agony so the first thing he did was help manage my pain. He then extracted my tooth expertly and I’m so grateful for him. His aftercare was amazing and super helpful , especially because the antibiotics another dentist gave me were extremely harsh on my body causing me to become very ill. The doctor’s advice was extremely beneficial. I would 100% recommend night dental to anyone, simply bc of the excellent treatment I received from Dr Nisar.

Fantastic experience: So so grateful for the service I received today. Managed to get seen last minute (1 hour after I first called) and honestly 10/10 service from reception to the dentist. I have a massive fear of the dentist but today was the first time I received local aesthetic (wont be doing that again tho lool) and I honestly felt looked after, great communication and really reassuring words from the dentist. Sophie and her hand were great support and the dentist (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) was really really lovely and AMAZING and most important he had a non judgemental approach and just really friendly. I was treated with the utmost care and support from the beggining of the consultation to the treatment of my root canal procedure and until I walked out the door. Negative experience: AVOID Very poor service. Firstly was lied to by the receptionist, when we called to book the appointment we was told if my child’s tooth had to be removed it would cost up to £80. The Dentist had a look at my child’s tooth he said it is rotten and gone all the way down it needs to be taken out soon as. My son is 4! Of course as parents we was very worried. the Dentist advised he would take the tooth out with first numbing the gum with a cream and then injecting it. I then asked the dentist what the risks are? The dentist advised as he is pulling the tooth out it may break and the root may stay. So of course we said “okay so then what would you do to take the root out?” He replied “we will put a liquid in the mouth it may come out with that or it will come out in time” I said “but that will still hurt if the root doesn’t come out as it’s bad all the way down” dentist then said no it’s fine if the root says. Of course now we are confused as he previously advised the tooth is bad all the way down? So it needs to come out. Straight after dentist said we have some paper work to sign. As we went to sign the paperwork we seen they are charging £250 for this removal. (Told at booking stage £80). My husband told the dentist that we was told £80 max. The dentist said he wouldn’t do it for anything less. Now money wasn’t the issue so much it was the LIES. We decided not to go with the tooth removal as we wasn’t confident with this practice. We wanted a second’s opinion. We did pay £20 for the consultation. We contacted Scott’s Arms straight away. They was brilliant had an appointment available. The Dentist at Scotts Arm’s said he doesn’t need his tooth out at all! She filled it up. AVOID THIS PLACE !

Fantastic experience: I had bad pain in my gums yesterday and contacted these after my actual practice refused to help. I was booked in quickly and after being checked that evening, it turned out my wisdom tooth had decayed and needed removing. The dentist was great and took it out there and then. The care from start to finish was amazing and other than the expected aches and pains of the removal I'm feeling alot better now its out. 100% worth a visit and the cost of private treatment when needed.

Negative experience: Worst dentist do not recommend!!! Went to dentist with tooth infection and scared the patient with death and emergency hospital to 17 YEAR OLD boy instead of offering a treatment and to help and medication. Never had this problem with them before must be new owners !

Fantastic experience: Dr Asif Gul extracted my wisdom tooth! I didn’t feel a thing and he made me feel at ease! Incredible work! I can’t thank him enough!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Needed emergency treatment as broke part of a molar. Got an appointment that night and xray revealed i needed a root canal treatment to save my tooth. Reception staff and the dental team were all lovely. Service was great and came away with a date for the procedure and feeling confident I was in good hands. Had to get 1st part of procedure done elsewhere due the practice being closed over the Queen's funeral weekend, as I ended up in a fair amount of pain. Came back for 2nd half of treatment at Night Dental and even though it was not completed, I'm happy they were doing it. They removed the temp filling the other practice had put in but found that the canals had sealed up, as the infection causing the problem had been damaging the tooth over a number of years (and I'd never been to a dentist). The whole appt was spent cautiously opening the canals and filing them to enlarge them for treatment. Throughout, the dentist explained what had happened, why the procedure was taking so long and that I'd need to return to finish off the root canal procedure. A new temporary filling was installed once the canals had been opened and prepared and my final appt was booked for a few days later. Finance was also arranged for the treatment and despite there being issues with me getting the finance activated with an initial deposit, the practice trusted me to sort the matter later, which I was pleasantly surprised by. I will update again once the final procedure is complete but at the moment, I cannot fault the practice or it's team and based on this, I've also now joined them as a patient.

All the staff (receptionist, nurse & dentist) are incredibly professional and friendly. I am someone who is terrified of dentists normally, but the professional manner of Azif eased my fear. Fantastic experience: Superb level of quality from the whole team at Night Dental, especially from the dentist Dr Asif and his dental assistant. The level of professionalism exhibited by Dr Asif and care has encouraged me to not postpone further appointments. When compared to other practices, the prices are very good for the services they are offering. As someone with varying shifts, the appointment time offered was extremely convenient and it is in a location which is easy to get to.

Negative experience: appalling service, could not identify tooth ache, visited another dentist 2 weeks later and i have hole in tooth how can you not identify this when i paid over £150 for service really poor don’t use even if your desperate, waste of time and money
