Fantastic experience: I'm new to this practice and after an initial check-up Farhan drew up a treatment plan for me and began today with two tricky extractions and dental impressions. I need crowns, veneers and partial dentures so a lot of work but I couldn't be happier that I chose to come here! Farhan takes the time to explain every step of your treatment, he's patient and gentle and clearly highly qualified. The dental nurse and receptionist were just as lovely, so I really can't recommend the practice highly enough!

I saw Nisha who was very gentle when she did my tooth exam, especially with the sharp pointy metal tool which terrifies me - I have very sensitive teeth! Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient and putting of going to the dentist for almost 10 years, I can not recommend Cherwell Heights Dental Care enough. I required lots of work to be completed but nothing was in anyway daunting, painful or frightening and in fact I ended up finding my visits relaxing. Edvina has a very special skill in making you feel relaxed and I immediately trusted her to work on my teeth. I am now very proud of my smile, something I never thought I would be able to say again. All of the staff are pleasant and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to all especially nervous people that have put off going to the dentist for a while.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined this practice after needing a wisdom tooth extracting. I have nothing but positive things to say. From the practice itself being welcoming, to the staff who were all friendly and professional, my visit was great. The dentist who i saw, was lovely, and did a great job at putting me at ease and extracting the tooth efficiently. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Negative experience: I attended the clinic in December 2023 for a permanent filling of UL7. The Dentist namely Nisha Rani Bagga did the filling for me and I paid the price for a permanent filling. Later on I attended another dentist at Damira dental care for root canal of UL7 and on examination I was told the UL7 needs a permanent filling as it has temporary filling and it would come out any day. I thought the dentist has mistaken it and got another appointment few days later and was told again that it’s a temporary filling done in UL7 and needs a permanent one. The filling is very fragile and irritating and I left eating on that side but when I contacted Cherwell heights dental clinic, the administration doesn’t want to deal with my complaint and doesn’t involve but would pass me every time to the Dentist Bagga to discuss it with her. I have told the manager that Ms. Bagga persists that she did a permanent one. I sent them notes of the dentist who did the examination twice and confirmed it that Ms. Bagga has done a temporary filling still to no avail but they are sweeping it under the carpet. I have moved out of Banbury and now have to spend more on the tooth for a permanent filling. I asked the clinic for a refund and was happy to be assessed by any independent dentist for examination of the filling used by dentist Bagga but they are just offering me to talk to dentist Bagga and nothing else. They would kind of pressure you to leave them a review soon after you leave the clinic but thankfully I haven’t left the review at that time as I can’t do anything but to tell the community what they did with a patient who has saved for months for having a permanent filling. I was charged for a permanent filling and left the clinic with a temporary filling. The manager is very unhelpful person. She want kind of fight between the complainant and the dentist but won’t inquire or intervene. Worst management!!!

Fantastic experience: Even though I was late arriving - as I had stupidly mixed up my appointment times - they were very understanding and completed my treatment. I always find the practice a pleasant place to be and I actually quite enjoy my visits there. All very different to some of my previous dental experiences!

Not impressed at all. I hated dentists before. I seem to be learning to not dislike them so much. Sorry back to Square one. Will only go back when I need bad one out.
