Negative experience: Good dentist, only problem is this place does not feel like it is for the working class. When you are given a multi visit £800+ treatment plan (which I did not even ask for) and the receptionist feels like a car saleswoman trying to get you to book future appointments, you know yourself if this dentist sits right with you or not. There's a payment/service plan which again gives the feeling that it's not a dentist service but a financial product service alongside dental that this place is offering. I am stressing the dental work is good and there is no obligation for the treatment plan but you get the feeling of the clientele they prefer and its not for me, could be for you. I am just old school.

Fantastic experience: I have had such a wonderful experience at this clinic, with all the members of staff. I googled this clinic, in agony, feeling helpless and not having a great time with the NHS. They were able to provide a clear treatment plan, and prioritised getting me out of pain as soon as possible. I’ve had a complicated root canal and crown implant at the Eledent. The clinic has been incredibly patient with me and understanding of my circumstances. After years of covering my smile due to accident that chipped my front teeth, to getting a disaster crown somewhere else (which I lived for 12 years because I was too traumatised to go to any dentist after having a disaster crown) and then to getting it fixed by lovely and friendliest dentist Dr Robert Felker (he is the best, he build the trust and confidence in me). Fantastic experience: Great dental practice, very clean, very nice people, they have the best expertise for every aspect of dentistry. They've got Rob who is the best I've ever seen in extracting teeth. They've got Mahya who is a perfectionist in Root Canal Treatment, (I don't think that anyone would do RCT better than her) and they've got Pauline who has great experience in gum treatment and I can confidently say that she's the best one to treat gum problems. I had all these treatments in this clinic and was always treated by one of the specialists above who knows what is what. Strongly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to The Eledent clinic by my dentist to carry out a potentially complicated tooth extraction. The clinic called me within the hour of referral (very impressed!) and gave me a choice of times to suit my busy work schedule. I completed all the pre-procedure forms through their user friendly online system at home, deposit paid, and I was all set for my appointment just 48 hours later. On arrival to the clinic I was greeted at the door by a friendly, professional receptionist. I had a short wait (as I was early!) and this was spent in a warm, relaxing, beautifully presented waiting area. At my exact appointment time I was shown to the procedure room by the dental nurse and met Mr Robert Felkler (The Dentist) for the first time. He was instantly re-assuring, confident and professional. He took time to explain everything, I had a chance to voice any concerns and kept me verbally updated throughout the procedure with very frequent breaks to check how I was doing, explain progress, and just generally re-assure me which was absolutely amazing. Mr Felkler is without doubt a very highly skilled dentist and completed my treatment quickly and confidently showing compassion and empathy throughout. I was advised in detail of the aftercare procedure and a prescription where I could collected my medication at a pharmacy just a few doors along the parade from the clinic (brilliant!) Everything about my visit/treatment was first class and even received a follow up call the following day to check I was ok. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Eledent for over 10 years, and am delighted with them as a dentist. My dentist is Mahya, and she is calm, polite and professional, and very good at her job. She treats me with respect and is always friendly and informative. The clinic is set up to be very calming, with gentle, relaxing music and videos in the treatment rooms. It's clean, all the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the equipment and services are top-notch. The plans are a good way of spreading check-up costs throughout the year, and get you discounts if you do happen to need extra treatments. Where I have had to have additional treatment, those have been equally well-managed, and I've always been made to feel included and advised as part of what needs to be done. I was petrified about having a root-canal, but it went absolutely fine and they took extra care to make me feel relaxed, gave me breaks when needed, and just generally made the experience as painless (emotionally and physically!) as it could be. I would recommend Eledent to anyone (and Mahya is bloody brilliant!)

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this clinic by my regular dentist for a root canal treatment. I made three visits to the clinic, one for an initial inspection of the problem, and two subsequent treatment sessions. All the staff I met (clinician, clinical assistant and receptionist) were polite and welcoming, and their communication via phone and in person was first rate. The clinician gave me a very clear and comprehensive analysis of the problem, the treatment options and their expected outcomes, and identified complications that could arise during treatment and how they would be handled. There was plenty of opportunity for me to raise questions and ask for more information on any point. I felt totally at ease during the treatment sessions. Root canal treatment is a lengthy process but every effort was taken to make sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my treatment, and with my experience at Eledent as a whole. I am very happy to recommend the clinic to anyone in need of treatment similar to mine.

Fantastic experience: Post Covid when my old dental Practice shut up and changed hands I was lucky enough to find this fantastically warm, highly professional, family run practice, Eledent. I’m 70 years old, teeth in desperate need of better solutions despite twice yearly dental care visits in the past and under the guidance of Dr Rob F. a plan was made, broken down into essential, must do, like to do with zero pressure. First was gum health before any work could be successfully done on my teeth … highly skilled, delightful Pauline, eminent periodontist, sorted this. Then health restored after some months following to the letter instruction, plus two root canals … with the highly skilled Maya .. then crown work with Dr Rob F. Assisted by his wife Mariam. This team of bang up to date and highly skilled dentists gave me the healthiest and best looking teeth/gum care I’ve had. No more sticking bits of repair to old crumbling fillings … it was revolutionary. The best thing was how relaxed I felt, zero pain on any procedure including one tooth extraction with an amazing, new state of the art but if kit .. I’ve had a lot of dental work in my life but this was the best… especially because of the delightful company of Rob and team during quite a few hours work. Dare I say I enjoyed my visits … yes I did … snd have always been a tad nervous. I cannot recommend this highly skilled, hugely ethical team enough … delighted with a healthy improved mouth/smile after slow, steady progress … nothing rushed … carefully engineered care with great results. Fantastic experience: Excellent I was referred by my dentist for some complex root canal treatment that involved 2 1/2 hour appointments. The staff are wonderful, calm, professional and friendly. Everything is explained before they start and the treatment was pain free, if you have ever been worried about going to the dentist this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: When I was little I had a bad experience at the dentist which scarred me and since then going to the dentist has always caused me anxiety. Then a couple of years ago my sister recommended the Eledent, she said they’re not like any other dentist - they will make you feel at ease. And she wasn’t wrong! Going there has been by far the best decision I’ve ever made! The dentists and staff are super friendly and helpful, they take the time to talk through any concerns you have and make sure you feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: Something to smile about! I first met Robert in October 2019 to review and discuss how best to achieve dental fitness. Two major operations and the pandemic meant that we did not start work in earnest until February 2021. During that intervening period my general well-being was at an all time low. Major surgery for a spinal condition meant long challenging periods on the road to recovery. So, the pandemic was viewed as just another battle. But, the need to wear a mask outdoors also proved to be a blessing in disguise at least for me! It is fair to say that when I first approached Robert my teeth were in a shocking state. My lower jaw consisted of heavy amalgam fillings and a prominent gap in the middle. But the upper jaw was even worse! In addition to an existing gap and no back molars which had been removed I had also just recently lost a dental bridge covering four teeth in the centre of the upper jaw. This left me feeling at an all-time low with no bite and reluctant to venture outdoors to avoid face to face contact with others. The need to wear a mask outdoors was a useful camouflage in that respect. But, a steady stream of post-op review appointments with hospital consultants and physiotherapists without the mask proved to be a continual source of embarrassment for me. From the outset Robert was always practical but also positive about what he could do for me. He took care to set out the various options, associated costs , the procedures and timelines for each possible course of treatment. There was no pressure placed on me. It was very much my decision as to the type and extent of dental treatment that was chosen. I was able to set the overall budget and Robert adjusted the possible courses of treatment to work within that budget but still achieve the desired outcome that I wanted. The priority for me was to save those teeth that we could and through a mix of implants, bridges and crowns achieve a sensible bite without noticeable gaps on the upper and lower jaws. Robert was able to spell out in simple layman terms the strategy to achieve this and take me through the key steps that would underpin the procedures. That said, no matter how clearly you have the process described to you nothing really prepares you for the procedures that you must undergo in each phase. Robert was very clear about the hurdles and challenges that I would face but until you actually go through the procedure it is difficult to fully appreciate what that entails. It has therefore been very much a shared journey , where the building blocks in terms of preparation and execution of the treatment plan have been constantly reviewed and evaluated at each key phase. It has been challenging at times, especially the preparatory work for the implants, but Robert always double-checked with me that I was happy with the progress and pace of the treatment plan. A constant consideration throughout was to satisfy ourselves that the condition of my gums at each phase were sufficiently healthy before moving on to the next phase. Throughout the treatment Robert always took care to explain what was coming next so that I was always clear about what to expect in terms of the procedure and how that fits within the treatment plan overall. Having now just completed that journey I can see the meticulous planning and preparation that went into the delivery of the treatment plan. Each phase followed a logical path to the desired outcome. Now that we have arrived at the final destination I cannot stop smiling! I now appear to others to have a full set of teeth on both the upper and lower jaws that are natural looking and straight. I cannot thank Robert and his colleagues enough for their professionalism, continual support and enthusiasm in delivering an excellent first class outcome for me. I now have my self-esteem back and am feeling confident and ready once more to face the outside the world.

Fantastic experience: Part 1: I broke my last right molar in the lower jaw by chewing on a bone as if I was a dog. After severe pain and finally the extraction, I was advised to get an implant. Without any research, I went to Dr Rob at The Eledent Clinic because my ex-wife had an implant just 12 months prior, and she was extremely happy with her experience. So, as she is a bookworm, she did a massive research before she chose Dr Rob. I saved myself time and blindly trusted her recommedation, and, as always, it was a GREAT recommendation. Here is my experience in detail: 1st appointment was to explain the process, from beginning to end. Take some x-rays and 3D CT scans so everything can be put inside a computer and plan the procedure with precission, and no surprises once he starts. 2nd appointment, the implant. Local anesthetics were used, no pain was felt, a low frequency noise drill was used (nothing like the hyginist's high pitch sound). The noise of this one was like TOC TOC TOC, like tightening a bolt with a slightly bigger size wrench, not traumatic at all! I felt pressure as Dr Rob actually opened a hole in the bone to insert and screw in the implant. The pain scale from 1 (no pain) to 10 (I am dying right here and right now), my pain was -5 (minus 5). At the end, when the stiches were sewn into the gum, I asked for an extra shot of anesthetic as I felt a bit of discomfort. Before I left, I got a kit for after care and cleaning instruction plus some pills. Dr Rob did his part of the deal. Now, it is up to ME to follow the after care instructions until our next appointment. I am writing this reference the day after my surgery. I slept very well last night. My next appointment will be in 3 weeks to remove the stiches, and I will write after each visit until my treatment is complete. NOTE: this is my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, every person is different. I am a man in my mid forties, in good health, good dental hygiene. I train 4 times a week, healthy eating and living, plenty of sleep (7 hours), drink plenty of water, eat a lot of vegetables, don't smoke and occasional alcoholic drinks. Why am I sharing this? Because our bodies are great at self healing IF we give them the right raw materials to do so.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Eledent Clinic highly enough! I’m absolutely delighted with my new crowns and bridge. The Surgery are following strict COVID 19 procedures which made me feel extremely safe and reassured throughout my treatment. However what makes this clinic special is the fantastic team of Dentists all with their own speciality. Dr Pauline who treated my gums in preparation for the bridge and crowns. Dr Mahya who did a painless root canal filling and lastly Dr Rob who’s treatment, advise and expertise has been exceptional from my first consultation and throughout my treatment. Fantastic experience: Very happy! I was concerned that a cavity was developing in between two teeth and so spoke with Dr. Mahya over the phone. She advised me to clean in between them with floss. I did so - though unsure of whether I was doing it correctly I asked if they do an x-ray to double-check. At the clinic she was very gentle and reassuring. The x-ray signalled that nothing was wrong and she described that I actually had a pocket in between the teeth (which I didn’t know) and so needed to take extra care of it from now on using an interdental brush. I left feeling very happy both with the service and that I didn’t have a cavity. Highly recommend them!

My initial visit was for an emergency root canal with Dr Mahya. She was brilliant from start to finish! Professional, informative and impressively gentle when carrying out any dental work - making the whole procedure pain free. 18 months later and having just completed Invisalign treatment, my teeth are the healthiest they have ever been and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Rob at the Eleden Clinic by a friend of mine.  After seeing him and another dental specialist, I decided to go with Rob because of his professionalism, friendliness, and expertise. One thing that impressed me was that he has the latest dental tech and equipment which was great as he could show me how he was planning to put the implant. He was absolutely amazing from the beginning to the end. One of the things I appreciate the most was the fact he talked me thought the whole process step by step and even during my dental procedure and that gave me confidence and reassurance. Even when he was putting the implant he was talking me through so there were no unexpected surprises for me. So my implant was done in a very easy and simple way (I'm sure he probably will say that it took more than that! LOL). And I'm super happy with the outcome. Negative experience: 15 /6/2020 I phoned to ask questions regarding a numerous information. As I did register with them as a new patient I asked do you do NHS for my son answer was No . I was told if I am on the emergency register I would get seen .I could not remember if I had registered for this . But the receptionist did not check or add my Name . As I need a new central crown and 4 white fillings . I know the total price. But I will spend my money elsewhere now . Shame the receptionist does not care about helping new customers into their practice.

Fantastic experience: I will start by saying I am absolutely terrified of going to dentist ( my fear stem from bad experience 24 years ago! you can imagine the damage those 24 years done to my teeth!) I am talking about panic attacks, shaking, crying..had to pay a visit after my tooth broken and was effecting my smile & confidence! the dental team are the absolute nicest I have met. It is very evident that they care genuinely. This applies to everyone there - the dentists, the nurse, and the kind lady who valiantly staff the front desk. The quality of the dental care I have received here is first-class. I am so grateful that they exist. Dr. Mahya is, without a doubt THE most patient, caring, and understanding dentist ever. I am writing this after a root canal with Dr. Mahya. she Advised on treatment , gave options , got results , and moved schedules around to help.Dr Mahya has transformed my smile and no word of a lie, there was zero pain. Zero. None. Nothing. A small pinch from the jab, and even that was almost nothing. If you're afraid, if you're in pain, if you think going to the dentist has to be scary...just come to Eledent. I cannot stress enough how positive this experience was, and how grateful I am to have found this practice.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with everyone at Eledent. I rang in a lot of pain on Saturday morning. I am not a regular customer but they were able to see me before they closed and removed a tooth and prescribe antibiotics for the infected gums. 1 week on and the pain has gone. Fantastic experience: Seen within 30 mins of phone call for emergency appointment on a Saturday morning. Once there X-ray done and clearly shown on large tv screen what my problem was, after speaking through my options I decided to have tooth removed which they was happy to do there and then to my surprise. Fantastic experience: How refreshing to go to a lovely young dental hygienist who is polite, gentle and ably assisted by a kind caring nurse. The equipment is modern and treatment is ingenious. No scratching and poking at all! It was more water jets and sand blast type experience which I thoroughly recommend. Money well spent to keep your teeth and gums healthy.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the clinic. Very friendly and caring staff, amazing service and I am extremely happy with the outcome of my treatment. I am usually scared and hate having dental treatments but this clinic and the staff there absolutely changed my mind and I'm definitely going back there for any further denatal treatments. The clinic is very clean and it does not have that particular not very good smell as the usual dental clinics. Judging the approach to their job and clients you can tell that the dentists and the nurses there are professionals.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Mahya is AMAZING!!! I am currently receiving Invisalign treatment and I am extremely happy with the results so far. I also needed a lot of fillings and a crown before receiving Invisalign and she done fantastic work on my teeth! I was very anxious at first but she made me feel extremely comfortable. Fantastic experience: Not only are the staff amazing, but the quality of treatment is better than I've ever had anywhere else. I've had to have extensive work done and all of it has been to the highest standards. I usually experience a lot of pain when at the dentist (and the numbing agents never really worked before) It turns out that I never was resistant to it, but that other dentists before just didn't apply it correctly. After I started attending Eledent I've had virtually no pain at the dentist, and quite literally fell asleep in the middle of a root canal. The work is affordable, but they have budgeting options too where you can take out annual discount plans, or pay off more extensive treatment over time with no interest. All of the staff and all the dentists there aren't only great at what they do, but no matter how grumpy you might be when you enter their offices, you're guaranteed to leave with a smile--and a healthy one too!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dental surgery I have ever been to. I used to dread going to the dentist for most of my life but since joining The Eledent Clinic, 4 years ago, my teeth have never been better (and part of me actually looks forward to my appointments which is pretty weird ) Dr Mahya is my dentist and she is SOO lovely, gentle and thorough in her approach to her job. I regularly recommend her to people I know, who have been delighted and gone on to join the surgery. I have also had two separate and very successful wisdom tooth removals performed by Dr Rob another amazing dentist who instantly puts you at ease. You could not go wrong with any dentist here! More recently I have been attending appointments with Consultant Dermatologist Dr Zainab. Yet another super wonderful lady with exhaustive knowledge in her area of expertise who makes you feel COMPLETELY safe in her hands. To top it off all the dental nurses, receptionists and assistants are utterly first rate! I am beyond glad to have found The Eledent Clinic. A family business at its finest. Do not hesitate if you are someone that has no dentist (or is just plain scared) due to past bad experiences - I assure you that they will totally change your opinion. Fantastic experience: Last year I approached Eledent to get my missing tooth (upper molar) fixed. This is after I’ve been rejected by a few of the popular Dentists whose adverts regularly feature on Daily Newspapers and radios. They all said that due to complicated nature of crowded teeth and the un-erupted tooth lodged at an awkward angle, it made a bridge or an implant highly impossible. Dr Robert Felkler did a diagnosis and proposed that although it isn’t an easy work, he was confident that he can make a bridge definitely work for me. He explained the entire process and imparted a great confidence that made me comfortable enough with the approach. Dr Statis sorted my gums and Dr Robert fixed the bridge in just 2 visits and I’m very happy with the result. It is over an Year now and I I’m absolutely happy with the work. Fantastic experience: My husband gets work done at Eledent if referred by his NHS dentist and he highliy rates them. They were doing a deal on teeth whiting, buy one get one free, so we went for it. From the moment I walked in on the first day to the final whitning appointment, the professionalism was top notch; from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist. Everything was clearly explained to me during each step. The teeth whiting was so easy and now a month after having my teeth molds done I have beautiful white teeth! I even went a shade whiter than what was anticipated. And to keep the optimal shade, I'll wear the whiting trays once a month, which is fine by me. Thank you Eledent!!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to come to Eledent by my friend. I had a bad experience when I was younger and was really nervous to see a new dentist. I can’t express my gratitude enough. It was such a pain free, calming experience. Dr Robert explained everything and I really felt in control. They were all so gentle. Fantastic experience: I booked a consultation for some cosmetic work and honestly was blown away by how knowledgeable Dr Robert was. He has all the latest technology and showed 3D scan of my teeth and so thoroughly explained all the options to me. I wasnt forced into anything just all the information I needed to make a decision. Fantastic experience: Elena Finegan... Eledent was recommended to us about 4 years ago by a friend who lived in Sutton. We all go, mum and dad and our two nervous kids. I am very pleased to write that our kids are not nervous of the dentist any more. Eledent is the best practice we have ever visited and we chose to be on the family health plan for a small monthly payment. Everything about Eledent is positive, from the polite and helpful reception staff to the dentists themselves. Dr Mahya is extremely patient and friendly and explains what she is doing all through the examinations and any proceedures. All options for any treatment are fully explained along with the varying costs of any treatment but without pushing any product or service onto the patient. Dr Mahya always gives plenty of sound advice on maintaining dental health and hygiene and since joining Eledent our dental health has been vastly improved for all the family. I thoroughly recommend Eledent to anybody searching for a dentist and who may have been disappointed by other practices in the past! 10/10

Fantastic experience: I have not been to the dentist in 12 years, I have a real phobia about the dentist and if my tooth had not broken and put the fear of god up me I would not have gone to the dentist. I asked several people about which dentist they go to and which dentist is good with patients with a phobia? It was actually my hairdresser who mentioned that another client of hers had a fear of dentists recommended Eledent was a good place to start. I am impressed by the care afforded to patients. I first made contact with Eledent via email, I received a lovely reply from Rona the receptionist. She oozed care and compassion and was lovely and reassuring to the point I booked an appt to see Dr Robert. I was so scared when I went into the room and saw the chair, I was encouraged to take my time and he would do things at my pace. He instilled a confidence in me and he proceeded to examine my teeth and gums, took X-rays and photos then he talked through my proposed care plan. He was charming, caring and compassionate (he's my new best friend!). He put me at so much ease that I am going to go ahead with the proposed treatment. Don't get me wrong, I am still petrified of the dentist and it will take a lot longer to get to the point where I am not feeling as though I am going to die but Dr Rob and Rona have instilled a confidence in me to believe they will be just as good as my treatment begins. I was scheduled for an initial consultation and I was really impressed on how Dr. Mahya made a thorough assessment of what needs to be done, explaining clearly the dental options and the procedures. She was very professional, friendly, understanding, kind and very approachable, plus she’s always wearing a smile in her face. On my second visit, Dr. Mahya have done a great job doing the filling on my two front teeth (plus the whitening beforehand) and I was so happy with the result. She is simply the best! Fantastic experience: Arrived home from work to find my 14 year old daughter extremely distressed & in a lot of pain due to a retainer being firmly wedged against her gum following a routine Orthodontic appt. Orthodontist closed & emergency dentist information extremely disappointing. Call to NHS111 resulted in at least 10 calls to local dentists all of whom could not/would not help. Came across The Eledent Clinic by chance feeling pretty deflated but all that changed from the minute my call was answered by the extremely kind, helpful & understanding Receptionist. She immediately offered to help & we were seen within no more than 30 mins of my call. Upon arrival, with an extremely nervous daughter, we met Robert who I can honestly say is probably 1 of the nicest professionals I have met. His kindness, patience & understanding was second to none & I left with a smiling & happy daughter. I would highly recommend The Eledent Clinic, you will not be disappointed. Fantastic experience: Robert has just extracted a wisdom tooth, I was terrified as I was last year having an implant. Im a very bad patient and I wish I had discovered this dentist years ago, tells me what he's doing every step of the way and is so patient and understanding of my fear. Fantastic experience: From the pain of a broken tooth to a smile that exudes inner delight. I am usually scared of dentists, but my first visit to the Eledent Clinic has been a surprise. Dr. Robert explained the extraction procedure in the friendliest, caring, and calmest manner I have ever experienced in a dentist’s chair. Surprisingly, my fears abated. There was no pain and I was not even aware of the extraction. Thankfully, it has been several years now since cowardice gave way to confidence, enabling me to undergo root canal treatment and implants fitted among other dental health features. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Dr Rob since October 2017 and have been using Invisalign braces. The improvement in my teeth has been amazing. It is a friendly clinic and they have been very flexible with payment. Besides straightening my teeth there has also been a huge improvement in my gums thanks to his treatment and advice.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for three years plus and finally I got to meet Maryan, Robert's wife. What a lovely couple. They are both fantastic dentstis, with the patients needs at heart without any sales pitch. Maryan is so gentil I could not believe it. For any family who want the best care with humour and a fun, this is the place. The staff are terrific as well. Clean and modern with all the latests products and treatments. Fantastic experience: Sometimes going to see the dentist can be nerve racking, but going to see Dr. Robert at Eledent, was the best decision I’ve ever made. Just walking into the clinic to book the appointment, made me feel very welcomed and the receptionist is so genuine, polite and very friendly. I went for my appointment with Dr. Robert and normally I am not very comfortable seeing a doctor and talking about my insecurities ( not having straight teeth and refusing to smile because of that) but Robert made me feel confident and his professional attitude made me feel that I can trust him and I can go forward with my treatment, which I did.
