Fantastic experience: Had to cancel a previous appointment due to having Flu. Was taken aback when Ed came into reception and asked was I better and felt that I wasn't just an appointment. My appointment with Lynda , hygienest, the new machine is fantastic . Ed , Lynda , and all the brilliant staff , you always making my visit as stress free as possible for me. Thank you .

All the dental care staff are exceptional, while maintaining a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I have very old reconstructions to my teeth and know that as these fail, expert attention will be available, while the current care and advice is enabling them to last as long as possible. I highly recommend the practice, knowing that every patient is welcome and cared for.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time we had registered with a UK dentist since our return from France where we had lived for 32 years. We found the staff extremely friendly, professional and welcoming. They have a very thorough approach to dental care. The care is divided between hygiene and more traditional dentistry and I was impressed by the emphasis on dental health and hygiene. Also everything was carefully explained with proposed treatments being attributed with useful risk analysis. Also the costing is very clear and all the cost of all items of treatment is thoroughly and clearly explained at the outset. Everyone at the practice is welcoming and friendly. A big change from what used to be my experience of dentists.

Fantastic experience: Incredible, your experience from entering the practice is completely welcoming, friendly and professional. Your first visit, you are assessed and a treatment plan is drawn up, all costs are clearly listed and a suitable timescale is put together. However, there is no sense of pressuring you to have more and more add-ons. The process is very transparent. When you have treatments you are reassured, the procedures are clearly explained and done with such care and attention. I have never had such a consistently great treatment by any health care professionals. I would recommend to anyone. The results of the dental work have been incredible.

Fantastic experience: Visited 2th after numerous fails at other private dentists local to me. Since day 1 I have received the best private dental care I have ever had. Truly professional and exactly what I pay for. Ed is my dentist and explains absolutely everything clearly and allows me to make my own decisions without pressure to accept treatments. All costs are detailed in a plan in advance. Lynda is my hygienist who has helped me massively with my gum care. Having an autoimmune disorder I am at risk of inflamed gums and Lynda has been very understanding and guided me to better gum health. Highly recommended. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and the practice is incredibly clean.

Fantastic experience: I hated the idea of a dentist change after moving, I am so glad that I finally did it. I'm probably one of their nightmare customers but all I can say is they have been wonderful. From when you first walk in there is a good friendly atmosphere, from the reception team, to Ed who then introduced me to Percio who is now my regular dentist, very kind and gentle, explaining everything with the work I had done. Today I met Lynda my hygienist for the first time, again a lovely person who put me at ease with her assistant. Fantastic experience: Visited 2TH dental practice for the first time, after 40 years with another dentist , who had just retired. Immediate impressions were very good. Staff very welcoming and all seemed very happy and smiling, putting me at ease (very useful in a dentist practice). The premises were immaculately clean, bright and airy, and the entry procedure; being sent straight to wash hands and rinse mouth , was impressive, and made me feel safe. Ed, the dentist, immediately put me at ease in the chair, and then did a thorough investigation of my teeth, explaining everything as he went along. My teeth were photographed and shown to me on a computer screen, before 3 X-rays were taken, all whist I sat comfortably in the chair . Finally I was given a detailed analysis of my teeth and useful advice. Will never be scared of the dentist again, whilst I'm with this practice. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: If I could give more star’s I would! In my opinion this is a highly professional Dental Practice and any work needs doing is fully explained and you can see for yourself both on Tv and X-ray before hand. Ed is by far the best Dentist I’ve had and has got me out of a couple of very awkward situations where I would have had to seen a specialist. He does a top notch job and I can’t fault him or the staff that work there. Excellent!

Negative experience: Be extremely careful of this practise , I had 2 other dentistry examinations by different dentists prior to coming here , neither dentist knew each other and both their findings were in line , I came here to be told that things were needed which were not in line with the other dentists , which are sadly out of my area or didn’t do cosmetic, I was quoted £293 for a tiny wisdom tooth filling that I have recently had checked out and there’s no filling needed , the prices charged by this practice which is basically a one man band in Market Harborough, are nearly twice as much as Harley St in London, I was not talked through a treatment plan nor given a price for the work by him , instead he just sent an estimate through to reception for me to collect , extremely plausible man but the prices are absolutely unbelievable and not tenable , if you use this practise make sure before hand you seek another practises advice first

The staff I have met have all been both friendly and efficient and I have felt safe at every step. Ed was reassuring all the way through the treatment, giving just the right amount of information and encouragement for my needs and keeping me distracted when administering the initial anaesthetic, so that it was over before i knew it. His attention to detail and calm, methodical approach were, as ever, exceptional. I love the fact that everyone in the team works to meet my individual needs, being friendly as well as highly professional. I felt safe and reassured by all the anti Covid-19 procedures in place and left feeling that the whole experience was first class. Fantastic experience: I rang up out of the blue on the Wednesday. I was seen Thursday morning.! I went, had my Temp. taken,asked to wash my hands, and put antibacterial gel on.Entering the surgery room, i was asked many questions, all to get to know me. All questions i asked, were fully answered to my satisfaction. Apart from the 1st "jab" i had no pain for the rest of the treatment. All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The only "minus" was the price ,but for 1st class treatment, being PAIN free at the end, in so sort a time was worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: Being a low-paid supermarket worker, and new to the area, I was initially looking for an NHS dentist. None were taking patients, and I had a pressing need to sort out an emerging cavity, so I relented and went private. Must say, it's very nice to walk on the other side of the dental street! Great team + empathetic, practical and talented dentist who understood my budgetary constraints. Yes, I had a little gasp at the initial cost of my first visit, x-rays, photos, analysis and treatment, but it really was worth it. Future hygiene visits are reasonably-priced - avoiding future cavities will be up to me.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area and I choose 2th Dental Practice from google reviews. I called the practice to get advice from ED the Dentist. My husband was having abscess issues over lockdown. He put my husband on an emergency list and said he would ring the minute they were allowed to open. ED was true to his word and my husbands issues are all solved. He is now having cosmetic work carried out. My husband had such great praise for ED that I decided to go as well. From the minute I walked through the door I could feel the Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The professionalism and Up to date equipment and techniques used to treat patients are impressive. I had a Very comfortable experience and felt very reassured by ED throughout the whole process. ED is very friendly reassuring gentle and thoughtful. If you are nervous like me, you will soon feel at ease with his outstanding care! The examination and X-rays were fast efficient and pain-free. Every detail of what is happening is explained and discussed. I had myself stressed out thinking I needed a lot of treatment and then told I needed no treatment! Well I was blown away. So happy to see a Dentist who doesn’t do work just for the sake of it! I also went to visit the hygienist the next day....this was a new experience as scale and polish in my days was carried out by the dentist. Linda and her assistant was also very reassuring and professional. She took time to talk about my teeth and how to best take care of them. It wasn’t at all painful I felt relaxed in her care, something I will do on a regular basis. 2th Dental practice turned out to be the perfect choice for both of us!! The reviews are true!! After not being happy with the NHS reviews I decided to go to 2th and I have been extremely happy with the way Ed and Linda work for my teeth. They put me at ease and are extremely helpful.
