Fantastic experience: I've had quite the journey with team at Cheltenham & Cotswold Dental quite literally holding my hand throughout. Sam and Immy have worked together to give me superb results - making it possible to have two implants where I hadn't had teeth for years - also saving other teeth from decline. I'm not a confident patient at the dentist but the teams have been incredibly compassionate and made it all possible for me. The work was tricky, but the level of skill and commitment to excellence employed in my treatment has been really impressive. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Anna Mclellan enough. Right from the very start she was amazing and Along with james the orthodontist They did an amazing job. After I had my braces taken out, Anna had to do a little bit of tricky work and some composite and I’ve never been so happy. Very professional and all round great experience. My partner and the children are now registered at this dentist.

Fantastic experience: First consultation with Joel, expertly assisted by Charley to address long standing gum disease. Both very professional, friendly and helpful. Joel talked me through my x-ray results and advised on a new, effective oral health regime. Treatment plan agreed. I don’t think my gum disease stands a chance! Looking forward to great results

Fantastic experience: I recently had a fairly major procedure done by Imran Nasser and his team (Charlie and Becks). You don’t need to be a dentist to understand and appreciate the extraordinary level of dentistry skill and nursing competence that they possess. I have never had a dentist so attuned to my welfare while busy conducting a complex procedure. And I have never seen a dental nurse (Charlie) with such sustained, laser-like, focus on my wellbeing, for every second of the 3.5 hour op. I can’t recommend this team too highly. I’m also highly impressed by the reception staff, who are efficient, friendly and highly proactive.

Fantastic experience: Sam is absolutely brilliant, as well as all the other members of the team. I had a fitted brace put on back in 2022 to correct quite an unaligned set of teeth. Sam talked me through the whole process and was caring and friendly at every visit. I had my brace removed 1 week ago and now have my retainer and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Fantastic service and one very happy customer!

Fantastic experience: Gill and the team were amazing! As an extremely nervous patient I went for the intravenous sedation procedure as needed a wisdom tooth extraction and a couple of fillings. The team explained the process and were very welcoming and calming. I highly recommend the sedation method for those who struggle with dentistry as it was a breeze!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for a couple of years now and have nothing but praise for the practice and all the staff. I am normally treated by Anna McLellan who is a wonderful dentist. She is most considerate and always explains clearly what any treatment involves. Recently I had an abscess under a complex bridge which could not be saved by root canal treatment and so Anna referred me to her colleague Dr Imran Nasser, who specialises in implant surgery. Imran explained to me that I would need gum and bone grafts to enable him to do the surgery. At first I was afraid to face what I thought would be an unpleasant, painful experience and almost decided against it. Fortunately I made the right decision to put my faith in Imran, whose expertise is second to none. The treatment began two weeks ago with the gum grafting. A piece of tissue was taken from my palate and inserted into the gap where the implants will go. The surgery took two hours but it was not at all painful and Imran and Gemí were so wonderfully considerate and reassuring that I felt totally relaxed. After surgery I followed all the advice regarding after care and I can say with all honesty that I did not have any pain. The palate was healed after the first week and the new gum graft established and healed after two weeks. Imran has checked me twice and I now need to wait three months before the implants can be inserted but I feel confident that it will be successful. If you are considering gum grafting you need have no fear: you will be in the safest of hands with Imran and his team. They are truly brilliant! I am so glad I put my trust in them.

Fantastic experience: I had two broken teeth, and a couple of gaps. I was also aware that underlying infections in the mouth can affect heart health. I was looking for a complete service. I visited a couple of dentists, but their focus was on getting the implants in as quickly as possible, and did not seem to be looking at the situation holistically. I challenged one dentist on their assessment and their colleague agreed they had made a mistake. I did not feel comfortable entrusting my health and wellbeing to them. Cheltenham and Cotswold, and particularly Imran Nasser put me at ease immediately, I knew I was in the hands of a professional at the top of their game. The cost was much more than the other dentists, but the treatment plan was also more extensive, removing underlying infection and preparing my mouth so that the implants had the best chance of long term success. The treatment sessions were perfectly handled, and potentially difficult surgery was carried out with ease and was even a pleasant experience! I was in very little pain throughout. I enjoyed my time in Dr Nasser’s company, was always confident i was in good hands, and i am delighted with the outcome. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Imran by my dentist because of his high profile (for dental implants) even though they’d never actually met. I needed a permanent replacement for my front tooth, and as a very nervous patient, I was particularly anxious this time (not usually about my looks), but given it was my front tooth and I hopefully have many years ahead of me, I wanted it done perfectly. From the moment I met Imi, he was honest, patient, and took the time to explain everything. He’s both a perfectionist and a true blend of scientist and artist. You can’t tell which tooth is a replacement and which is real. I travelled from London to Cheltenham for my treatment and I would absolutely do it again. The service was second to none, but more importantly, the quality of his work was outstanding. His standards are incredibly high, and I trusted him completely. Imi was responsive, accommodating, and even happy to speak with my dentist (who also happens to be my brother) if I wanted. The treatment was expensive, but you can’t put a price on some things. Thank you to Imi, his team, and all the staff for turning what could have been an overwhelming experience into such a positive one. I love my smile.

Fantastic experience: Dr Imran Nasser from Cheltenham & Cotswold Dental was recommended by my local dentist. In turn, I am recommending him to anyone reading this. He is a genius. The operation I underwent was extremely complex. He had to remove my right incisor, give me a bone graft, remove skin from the roof of the my mouth and create a perfect arched gum, plus drill a temporary new tooth into the new bone (I need to wait 5 months for the bone graft to settle before I get my forever tooth). I wanted to be awake (the operation took four and a half hours and he was able to do all of this in one go) and he talked me through the whole thing as he went along. He put me totally at ease and kept checking that I was ok. After the operaton I saw that the temporary tooth perfectly matches my left incisor and, what's more, I only needed to take paracetamol that night and following morning. After that I was pain-free. I cannot describe how thrilled I am and will be for ever grateful to Dr Nasser.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished Invisalign to straighten my teeth under the care of Sam and her team. I’m very pleased with the results and have also been very happy with the care I received from all members of the team. Everyone has been friendly and kind and make you feel really well looked after. Fantastic experience: We couldn’t be more delighted with the outcome of my son’s treatment. We visited Sam when my son was 11 as he had an extensive overbite and was extremely self concious .Sam listed to our needs as we were keen to start treatment as soon as possible. We qualified for an nhs urgent referral but opted for treatment with Sam and her team privately and I’m so pleased we did. We initially attempted twin blocks to correct the overbite but my son had difficulty wearing them so the team listened to our needs and adjusted the treatment plan. We wanted to avoid any extractions so we proceeded with train tracks on both the upper and lower teeth and agreed to keep a watchful eye on spacing to ensure there was no overcrowding. At every check up Emily’s bright cheery disposition was always welcome especially in making my now teenager feel completely at ease and comfortable in the environment. We finally had the braces removed last week and what a transformation. We’ve had permanent retainer wires fitted to ensure there is no relapse in movement. We can’t thank the team at Cotswold dental enough for the beautiful smile that they have created. Worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Cheltenham & Cotswold Dental by my dentist, due to some periodontal issues made slightly more complicated by a connective tissue condition. Joel and the team were absolutely fantastic from day one - I was kept up to date every step of the way about treatment plans and costs, and felt that I had the autonomy to make my own decisions, rather than being forced one way or the other. In the end I had two lip tie procedures and a gum graft, and I’m incredibly happy with the results. The aftercare was also brilliant. I only wish I’d known about the possibility of these procedures sooner, as they’ve made a huge difference to my quality of life. All of the staff seemed to make themselves aware of the complications caused by my medical condition, so made sure I was always comfortable - not always a given, unfortunately. The practice itself is very clean and modern, and the reception staff are also fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent quality of care.

Fantastic experience: My son saw Gill Kenp for 2 extractions as she offered inhalation sedation and the whole experience was fantastic. She took so much time and care to reassure a very nervous patient who was traumatised from previous extractions. He was so much more relaxed, comfortable and distracted at the right times, that that it was such a positive experience and I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient since 2022 when I was referred for implant treatment and am now a general practice patient. I have found their appointment booking process very efficient and reception staff welcoming and professional. As an example of dental treatment I attended two days ago for a molar tooth extraction by Dr. Imran Nasser and nurse Gemie. Early symptoms were some localised pain and Dr. Nasser's examination and diagnosis was confirmed by a CT Scan. Imran spent some time with me reviewing the images and answering my questions. The only option was extraction and he very conveniently found an appointment space within a few days. I have found Imran's clinical expertise, pre, during and post treatment and patient empathy outstanding.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with my dental treatment with the practice so far. I had 4 extractions done as part of my teeth straightening treatment. I was very nervous but both Dr Campbell and Gemie reassured me throughout the whole process and it went very smoothly. I only felt a slight pressure during the whole process and was not in pain. All of my questions were also answered in detail. I would recommend the practice to my family and friends!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Imran by my NHS dentist due to a complicated case that no one seemed to know what to do. After multiple referrals and no answers, I was nervous that I was just going to get the same response I had been getting for months. Within 24 hours of meeting him, he had a diagnosis and due to the severity of the case he started to work on a treatment plan. He was kind, caring and professional throughout my treatment. I was a very nervous patient, but from the start I felt completely safe with Imran and trusted him with everything. I had sedation for the surgery which I highly recommend for any nervous patients as I don’t remember anything from my 3 hour surgery! After monthly reviews and almost a year together, I am left with a smile that I am finally happy with after being self conscious about my smile for a number of years. I count my lucky stars that I was referred to Imran as he is without a doubt a genius and I would not have got the successful results I did without his expertise. Fantastic experience: I was looked after really well upon arrival, Tanya on reception was polite and helpful. During the initial appointment, Harvey explained everything clearly to me & was knowledgeable throughout, giving an honest and fair assessment for my check-up. Then for a tooth removal both Harvey and the nurse Gemile were absolutely great, they both made a stressful event seem so easy to deal with. Fantastic experience: I needed treatment to remove a loose tooth and have a bridge fitted. Based on the online reviews I made an appointment to see Imran. From the very first appointment my treatment by Imran and his colleagues has been outstanding. Fantastic experience: My regular dentist suggested I visit Cheltenham and Cotswold Dental for treatment of a lose bridge. The receptionist on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful and suggested an appointment with Imran for a consultation. This was booked for the following week where in a very relaxing environment I had an x-ray and scan .Imran explained what the issue was and suggested removal of two teeth with a temporary denture and the option of implants in 6 moths time. This week I had the extractions and the whole experience was comfortable and completely free of pain . Imran talked me through everything he was doing. It was a very relaxing experience with a very friendly team. I would definitely recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my dentist as l was considering having my crooked front teeth straightened, complicated by the fact thst l still have a milk tooth at the ripe old age of 63. So this is when Samantha Stewart and team came into my life. Following scans and an extensive consultation by Sam, l decided on the Spark invisible aligner process. It has taken 12 months and today the little blocks which were attached have been removed. The result is the best possible, l am over the moon, with Sam's expertise, l have achieved something that l had thought impossible and longed for for decades, an even better smile then ever. With Sam and her team, especially Dental Nurse Jay we have had a good few laughs on the journey. I have no hesitancy in recommending anyone who wants a first class experience to give Cheltenham & Cyswold Dental a go.

Fantastic experience: Exemplary care at Cheltenham & Cotswold Dental Practice. I had a reasonably complex wisdom tooth extraction today and the quality of care demonstrated by Imran accompanied by the wonderful dental nurse Charlie was exceptional. Imran guided me through the procedure step by step. Imran was extremely friendly and gave me such confidence in his ability to extract my tooth, explaining some alternatives if things did not quite go to plan. At the beginning of the procedure, Charlie offered me her hand (and I didn’t let go!) and intuitively knew when to reassure me picking up on my non verbal body language as to how I was doing. Imran kept checking in with me that I was alright, wasn’t in pain or whether I needed a break. I felt in such safe hands and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone. I recently had to have work done, and due to my phobia of the dentist down to previous experiences as a child, I was very apprehensive. Anna was brilliant in every appointment, talking me through every step, taking her time to check I had enough local anaesthetic, reassuring me and keeping me calm. I would highly recommend Cheltenham & Cotswold Dental, all of the staff from the Admin team to Hygienists, Nurses and Dentist are really lovely and helpful. Fantastic experience: Firstly this lovely practice managed to fit me in for a same day emergency appointment which I hugely appreciated; the reception staff were super friendly when contacting them to do this. I am an extremely anxious patient when it comes to dentists; to the point I avoid going at almost all cost. However, I have to say I recommend coming here if you are also anxious and wish I had found Cheltenham & Cotswold Dental earlier rather than having to come out of necessity. My appointment was with Imran and he was extremely understanding and reassuring. During my appontment Imran was very knowledgeable, talked through everything that was being done, and checked in regularly with me to see how I was while maintaining a very empathetic and friendly approach. It really was the most positive experience I have had as an adult at a dentist; to the point of where might have actually found a Cheltenham dentist I can attend on a regular basis. Fantastic experience: I was in agony for 2 days with severe nerve pain in both the top and bottom areas of my mouth . After unsuccessfully visiting a Gloucester NHS emergency clinic, and them rushing the diagnosis (drilling into the wrong tooth) I decided to visit C&C dental. Dr Nasser and his assistant Charlie were absolutely fantastic, taking the time to correctly diagnose the problem tooth and rectify the issue swiftly, also making me feel comfortable and pain free throughout. I will never go back to an NHS dentist - C&C are highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My Severn year old lad was a nervous patient but needed a filling . We found this practice and had a consultation with gill who specialised in treating nervous children/ patients. She used some sedation for my sons filling that really relaxed him enabling her to do the treatment successfully with no pain or anxiety. I would highly recommend her and it was money definitely well spent as it paves the way for future treatments without the fear .

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here as a patient myself, as well as my young son who managed to smash his front teeth at school. Not only am I incredibly impressed by how thorough, professional and pleasant all the practice staff are, but I have been blown away by Imi. As a clinician more generally he is patient and clearly extremely skilled at managing patients. As a dental surgeon he is exceptional. As a trained surgeon myself I can recognise that he not only possesses incredible skill but also a talent for creating solutions that are in his patients’ best interests and he perseveres until he achieves this because he takes genuine pleasure in getting the best result for his patients. Charlie, his dental nurse, also managed the seemingly impossible, which was keeping my son calm and still for 2 hours. The team restored his smile to its former glory and everyone has been so impressed with the result that several of them have already registered with the surgery. We can’t thank you enough!

My first consultation was at a practice that was quite far away, very posh and expensive, but it didn’t inspire much confidence in getting the results I wanted. I have nothing but good things to say… From the initial advice from James to the ongoing dental treatment from Anna, and then Imran stepping in with his extensive knowledge and expertise for what was a difficult tooth extraction for my teenage son prior to his orthodontic treatment. The follow ups from Sharon and her ability to juggle appointments were also impressive! Imran handled everything in a calm and professional manner, ensuring my son was at ease throughout the procedure. I am so grateful that my son is receiving his dental and orthodontic treatment at Cheltenham and Cotswold Dental!

Fantastic experience: I had a surgical tooth extraction with Imran and I was so well looked after. Imran talked me through every step of the extraction and I felt in very safe hands with both Imran and Becks who was also really lovely and gentle. It all went brilliantly and I have to say the entire experience from going into the reception, where everyone there is really friendly to going into the surgery where Imran played calming music, all of which really helped me to relax and made the whole experience a really pleasant one. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with the lovely Anna and Charlotte today. I haven’t had dental treatment for a long time and I was very nervous going into the appointment. They were both fabulous, made me feel at ease instantly. I was so relaxed during the appointment I had to keep my eyes open so I wouldn’t fall asleep. I have recently moved to wales but I still commute back to c&c because from start to finish they are flawless. The reception team are so welcoming, Tania and Hester. Fantastic experience: Well I’ll start by saying what an absolute lovely clinic!! Got it all! The staff, the cleanliness, the customer service, the skills, etc… the list really does go on! I have suffered from severe dental anxiety over the years and FINALLY I have started to not be effected in the same way, the team and particularly Samantha have managed to completely calm my nerves around dental work and that alone is amazing! On to the Invisalign treatment, start to finish I have been looked after and checked every 8 weeks having new retainers once a fortnight with mild discomfort on the first 24hours. I had an original plan of 51 retainers but when at 49 we wanted to do new plans to close the gaps further, new scans and attachments at no extra cost due to the ‘open plan’ package. Then a new plan of 12 retainers. And I couldn’t be happier with the results and how much of an impact it has had on my self confidence! Fantastic experience: I attended 3 consultations with different orthodontists to ask about teeth straightening. The first two orthodontists said the only way to achieve a straight smile would be to extract 3 teeth and have fixed braces as my case was too complex to consider Invisalign. I was elated therefore when I attended for a 3rd consultation with Dr Samantha Stewart at Cheltenham & Cotswold who believed that tooth extraction was not necessary and also said that she had been achieving some great results, with similarly complex cases, using Invisalign. My journey subsequently began! It has been a long road with many Invisalign attachments, trays and plan adjustments along the way however, seeing the progressive changes in my teeth along with the constant expertise, encouragement and positivity of Sam and the Team, galvanized my determination to see things through to the very end. I now have a straight smile and am thrilled with the outcome. Fantastic experience: When DrJoel Thomas took over the care my teeth and gum disease control from Dr Nissun he explained that I needed a pocket reduction procedure on either side of my upper jaw. This was booked in over four seperate appointments, two for the procedure and two a fortnight later for stitch removal over a period of almost five weeks. Joel was exceptional in his full explanation of the risks, possible variations and beneficial outcome. When it came to the procedure I really appreciated his and his assistant Charlie's surgical confidence and empathy for me , they were both marvellous and put me at total ease. The outcome has been excellent and has made my oral hygiene routine so much easier and efficient. I also wish to say that the ladies on reception were really wonderful and patient when it came to booking the appointments to fit my diary. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: Imran Nasser offers the most extraordinary level of dentistry - his professional standards are exacting but he (and his team) are also extremely kind and reassuring to a somewhat nervous patient like me. He had to do quite a complicated procedure (digging out a broken-off tooth, ridge preservation, sinus lift and then an implant) but at all times I felt absolutely safe and trusted him 100%. I had not one complication or issue over a year of treatment and the end result is fab. He is quite brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin. I came to see Joel back in October. I have had all sorts of issues with my teeth over the years, despite regular hygienist appointments with various dentists. My current dentist suggest I saw a specialist. Joel has been amazing It has taken six long Months but I have had very little discomfort. Fantastic experience: For years I had suffered with misaligned teeth due to having braces at a young age. I finally decided to do something about it and took a "invisalign" plan with this practise. 52 weeks later, my teeth have never looked better. James and Emily have been great throughout the entire time, as well as the friendly reception team!

Fantastic experience: I went into the dental practice with an emergency issue. I had experienced a lot of pain where I’d had a past root canal. Luckily, I was booked in the morning of calling and had a consultation with Imran who couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. He drained my abscess which greatly relieved my pain and had the tooth extracted 2 days later. Throughout both procedures both Imran and Charlie were incredibly reassuring and put me at ease (being someone who has always felt nervous around tooth related issues). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or treatment. Worth every penny. Will be returning soon for a general checkup and recommending to anyone who needs a dental practice. Fantastic experience: I have recently switched over to Cheltenham and Cotswold Dental from another practice for dentistry, having been an orthodontics patient since they took over from Cotswold Orthodontics. During the height of the pandemic, when dentistry was under unprecedented strain, they quickly signed me up as a patient and provided emergency orthodontics care as I had been a long-term patient at their predecessor. I thought it was very impressive that they were able to fit me in at the last minute whilst under such trying conditions and was very grateful to them for this. Having had a negative experience at my old dentists, I decided to move over to them for dentistry as well this year. This has been a fantastic decision, because my experience so far has been nothing short of exemplary. Every member of staff I have encountered has shown a level of kindness and professionalism that is unrivalled, from the reception staff to the practitioners themselves. I am always greeted with a friendly voice on the phone, and a helpful person who efficiently and effectively assists me to do everything I need to do, including booking appointments, getting more information, and setting up a monthly payment option. As a wheelchair user, the staff are fantastic about accessibility, getting the ramp out well in advance of my appointment so it is there when I arrive and I’m not left waiting in the cold. They never make a fuss about having to switch rooms around to accommodate my wheelchair, and are always helpful in trying to find the best appointment slots that allow them to do this. My initial appointment with Anna McLellan left me sure that I was in excellent hands. She was very receptive to learning about my health conditions and the ways in which they affect my dental health and dental concerns, and took all of this on board and applied the knowledge within the appointment. She was fantastic about accounting for my disability and adjusted the appointment to meet my needs without any hesitation or complaint. Everything was explained to my clearly so that I was able to make informed decisions. Anna is a testament to the practice. Thank you to everyone at Cheltenham and Cotswold Dental. Fantastic experience: I recently had my first check up here with Gill, she was very welcoming along with her nurse Bex who was very lovely too. They instantly put me at ease. The check up was very thorough and Gill checked all around my neck and jaw, not just inside my mouth which I haven’t had before. I need a filling but was very well informed, Gill went through the x-rays with me and was made aware of the what the procedure will entail and the costs. She also gave me lots of advice on managing some of the dental problems I explained I’d been having recently. I will be very happy to return here! Fantastic experience: I am speechless about the care I received today from Dr Imran Nasser - I had been in pain for over three weeks and found his practise on a google search! I got an emergency appointment and very tentatively went this morning. I am a very nervous patient and seeing a new dentist is difficult. No need to have worried Imran is a miracle worker, firstly amazing standard of care and understanding and secondly completed emergency work resulting in NO further toothache. I literally have been on pain killers for 3 weeks and this afternoon was the first time I have not had to take any! If I could have given them 6 stars I would have! Would thoroughly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am reluctant to review Cheltenham & Cotswold Dental as I would like to keep Imran & his team to myself! Clearly viewing the 5* reviews this is not going to happen. I am Imran's most nervous patient; The building itself is spacious & welcoming with the reception team always polite and happy to make conversation. Any queries, cancellations or concerns are dealt with in the most professional friendly way. The dental room gives a feeling of space and cleanliness. Imran & Alice are always happy to welcome me, they relax me even before treatment begins. I never feel rushed, they are happy to explain any work intended and provide estimates. Imran's personality, professionalism and enthusiasm to dentistry is second to none, he gets the work done in the best way he can to help me overcome and lessen my dental fears. I have now had 2 implants, the 1st without Xray (1 of many fears), he stops work when I need to take a break and works at the pace I need him to go. Having followed Imran from my home town to Cheltenham & Cotswold Dental, he is worth the time and money & I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team. I would not consider any other dentist.

Fantastic experience: My dentist retired over a year ago and I urgently required treatment due to a long term problem which needed resolving. I searched the website to find a dental practice in Gloucestershire which had good reviews and became a patient of Dr Imran in January 2021. Dr Imran Nasser and the team at Cheltenham and Cotswold Dental have provided excellent care and dentistry of a very high standard. The practice has strict protocols and adhere to Covid 19 standards. I am very glad to have found a practice which gives time and care to patients offering the very best dentistry. I recently had a dental implant carried out by Dr Imran and I am very happy with the final result. A number of surgical procedures, including tissue graft was carried out. Special diagnostic equipment was used to ensure that the implant would be an excellent fit. I was well looked after through every stage from reception staff, dental assistants and by Dr Imran. I rate Dr Imran in very high regard for his professional and dedicated work in dentistry. Two years later I had a second implant as I was so pleased with the first one. The expertise of Dr Imran on his very technical and highly skilled surgery is truly brilliant. The whole team from the Reception desk and all the dental support staff, make the visit to the Cheltenham and Cotswold Dental, a relaxed and welcoming visit. I highly recommend their clinical work.

I was referred to Cheltenham and Cotswold Dental by another dental practice who weren’t able to create a treatment plan for me, due to some complications. Fantastic experience: I have been attending this Clinic for a few years and thought it was time that I reviewed it as it has given me stunning care throughout. I have had difficulty maintaining healthy teeth and gums. I want to mention and thank Dr. Gillian Kemp for the fantastic job she performed when I was in need of sedation for, what would have been, an extremely painful extraction. Not only was this procedure explained clearly along with the types of sedation available to me but Dr. Kemp was calm, clear, thoughtful and warm. The extraction was extremely successful. In fact, I don't even remember it. I am American and was warned by my dentist in the states that it would be difficult to find good dentistry here. I am very pleased to say that I have found that this clinic is top notch. I received excellent care in the States and am blessed to have it continue here in the lovely UK. Bright stars all around.
