Fantastic experience: Visited the practice today. Dr. Sheraz was very kind and informative. In my case, I was referred to see a specialist for the root cause, but I would happily come back for any other treatment including ceramic onlays since Dr. Sheraz gave me a very good impression and I was able to feel the depth of his experience and passion for very high quality work.

Fantastic experience: I originally visited a different dentist due to a chipped tooth - after an x-ray he suggested I needed a root canal. I wasn’t very convinced as I was suffering no pain and went to Dr Aleem at TKC for a second opinion. I’m so glad I did! Dr Aleem was very honest, he did not promise me anything but said he would try his best to avoid the root canal, and he did just that - a skilled gentleman! I’m a patient with severe dental anxiety, and until now I did not know oral sedation was an option. Dr Aleem provided this during my treatment and this made the whole experience much easier for me. It was also half the price of the IV sedation offered elsewhere! Everyone here is incredibly kind and welcoming so thank you to Elizabeth, Rumi, Doreen and of course Dr Aleem for being so honest, patient and just generally fantastic at his job! After care is also fantastic! What a team :)

Fantastic experience: I had a very old post crown on my front tooth and went to The Kensington Clinic for a revamp. My other front tooth had a good crown on it and I was always loathe to replace it. Dr Aleem suggested to also put slight veneers on the two lateral teeth to make my overall smile more proportional, so after a whitening treatment they put on the four new front teeth. I was going away and they were able to be very accommodating to get everything sorted in time. Any minor glitches were promptly resolved and my only regret was not going to them sooner! I have received so many compliments on my new teeth and they just suit my face soooo much better! A lot of friends have reached out asking who my dentist is, which is definitely a compliment as the UK isn't usually known for dentistry! Additionally, I always thought my tongue was too big for my mouth but it was just my front teeth were too small and now everything feels so much better in addition to looking better! Finally, I want to give a shout out to Elizabeth at reception who is always soooo much fun to chat too :) And my hygienist - such a gem also. They're a really lovely team and I will continue to recommend them to everyone for even tricky dentistry procedures you might be hesitant to do! Thank you so much again TKC!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: For several years, I lived with a gap in my upper teeth. When one of my teeth broke, I visited my local NHS dentist to have it removed and a bridge fitted in the gap. As a Band 3 treatment costing £326.70, I was both disappointed and frustrated when, after just a couple of months, the bridge fell out. At that point, I felt there was no use in paying to have it replaced. At the time, I had very little knowledge about dental implants beyond their reputation for being expensive, so I ruled them out as an option. However, over the years, family and friends would comment on my missing tooth, making me feel incredibly self-conscious. I avoided smiling and taking photos, and as a result, I gradually lost my confidence. Through my research, I came to realise that dental implants were likely the most permanent solution to fixing the gap in my teeth. However, the cost seemed daunting. Being on a lower-than-average salary, I couldn’t afford the treatment outright, but I also didn’t want to waste my youth hiding my smile. So, I made a promise to myself to save up over several months. While searching for clinics, I discovered TKC Kensington. I tend to get nervous before dental appointments, but Doreen talked me through the procedure with such care that my nerves quickly subsided. Unlike many other dental receptionists and assistants I had encountered, who can sometimes feel a bit clinical, Doreen truly made me feel valued as a patient. I then met Dr Aleem and was invited into the treatment area. My first impressions of him were just as positive. He was an absolute gentleman—professional yet warm and attentive, taking the time to truly understand my concerns. He explained the treatment procedures and timeline in detail, and his reassuring approach gave me the confidence to go ahead with the treatment. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. I opted to have another broken tooth extracted alongside my implant treatment. Over the course of multiple appointments, I felt consistently well-informed and comfortable, even during the more unpleasant aspects like drilling. The procedures were never rushed; in fact, quite the opposite. Time and care were always prioritised, ensuring the best possible outcome. Unlike my previous NHS dental experiences—where I often felt hurried to make way for the next patient—TKC Kensington made me feel as if I was their priority. From the tooth extraction to the placement of the implants and final installation of the crowns, every step was handled with precision and expertise. My recovery was smooth, thanks to the valuable guidance I received. My first implant and crown fit perfectly—they look and feel just like my original tooth. I'm now nearing completion on my second implant, and once again, I want to thank Dr Aleem, Doreen, and the rest of the team for their outstanding care and professionalism. Looking back, I truly believe I couldn’t have chosen a better clinic. From beginning to end, my experience felt almost too good to be true, with no bad instances whatsoever. TKC Kensington was the first and only clinic I enquired about and visited, and I’m so glad I didn’t need to search any further. Not only have I regained a full set of upper teeth, but I’ve also started to rebuild my confidence. I now find myself smiling more, free from embarrassment or self-consciousness. I wholeheartedly recommend TKC Kensington to anyone considering dental implants. I’ve already encouraged family and friends who have asked about my treatment. Negative experience: I had a hygienist appointment at this clinic after seeing all the excellent reviews. My experience was okay—the treatment was decent, though I’ve had better elsewhere, where more was explained, and plaque tablets were used. However, I’m leaving a low rating because of what happened at the end of my appointment. The receptionist told me I could get a discount on my next treatment if I left a 5-star review on Google. I was speechless. Not only is this against Google’s guidelines (as businesses aren’t allowed to incentivize positive reviews), but it also felt deceptive. If I had known this was their practice, I wouldn’t have chosen this clinic. Honest reviews—good or bad—are far more valuable than artificially inflated ratings.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist out there, by a mile. The staff are always so friendly and polite. On New Year’s Day I had an issue with my brace, I called in to check when they’d be open again, and I was expecting to get the answer machine, but the sweetest member of staff answered from home and bent over backwards to help me. She promised me a call back the next day and found a way to squeeze me in to suit my diary. I can’t remember her name but she is a testament to that practice! Dr Aleem is also a brilliant dentist, always polite, personable and professional. He goes above and beyond to make his customers comfortable and whilst my work hasn’t finished yet, I can already see the results which I’m so happy with so far. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve unnecessarily lost tooth due to NHS care, so happy to report everything went smoothly with my Straumann way of implantation and bone graft, performed by Dr. Sheraz Aleem. TKC dental came recommend personally by a peer, who previously was in need of the same procedure. As someone with impeccable healthy teeth, I’ll continue to come for regular checks and cleaning to this practice, as somewhere I trust their know how and experience. Additional brownie points for a zen atmosphere both clinics carry and lovely staff.

Fantastic experience: I'll keep this as short as I can lol they're amazing! I have gum desease and I basically never smiled but thanks to Dr.Aleem & Tamara (I'm sure there was 1 or 2 more staff but I forget their names, sorry ) I for the first time ever can smile with confidence. I had 2 implants, 2 crowns and I think 6 or 7 veneers and besides the slight pain with the injection in the middle top jaw (kinda unavoidable ‍♂️) it was a damn near pain free experience which shocked me if I'm honest. I also had before the aforementioned treatments, perio laser surgery and after the implants and veneers got teeth whitening. Anyway, amazing people, service and price. I'd recommend to all. Update - since writing this review its probably been nearly a year ago, I'm still seen regularly and still the service, staff and costs are all great. Great staff, top service and at affordable pricing. I'll say it again, I'd recommend to all

Fantastic experience: I broke my front tooth the first day I arrived in London and my hotel connected me with Dr Aleez, with The Kensington Clinic. It was a Sunday evening an Dr Aleez connected with me over FaceTime, which by itself was impressive. He got me into his clinic Tuesday morning and within 90 min came out with a new tooth (permanent crown) that looked amazing! Dr Aleeez was professional, knowledgable and gave me options on how I'd like to proceed. I went in with low expectations and came away thoroughly impressed with the entire office and staff. Great experience that saved my business trip.

Positive experience: The doctor saw me few times after my veneers and he was happy to do alterations for me to make me feel satisfied. The hygiene appointment was great ! Tamara was very friendly with regards to appointments and answering any of my questions and rest of admin team were there to support me.

Fantastic experience: This practice is extremely efficient and helpful. It only took me a week from the first appointment to getting my fixed braces put on. More recently, I went for my every-three-months cleaning appointment, with the hygienist Sonia Nestorowicz. She is super attentive and took great care to answer some questions I had regarding cleaning while going through orthodontic treatment. Literally the gentlest cleaning I've ever had. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Super unhappy with the filling that I got over a year ago... I found The Kensington Clinic when looking for a periodontist and found a great one that practices, in amongst other places, at The Kensington Clinic. I decided that I may as well move all of my dentistry needs there since it had wonderful reviews! It's not near me at all, but given the reviews I thought it was worth the journey. Well, the initial consultation was great and the dentist did explain things well and looked at things thoroughly, but I mentioned I had a filling that seemed to have developed a small gap in the junction between filling and tooth. This didn't show on the x-rays and so was missed, but I could see it so I raised it. As it was a tiny gap and not tooth decay, it wasn't necessary to do anything about it, but I was concerned about food getting there and me not being able to clean it well and potentially developing a tooth decay there, so we decided we'd remove the current tooth filling and replace it, hopefully removing any gap between tooth and filling. The procedure for the filling was done by the hygienist (not the dentist) and she was amazing with her anaesthesia injections - I did not feel a thing! HOWEVER, she could not put in a metal ring or something like that around the tooth that needed the filling. She just couldn't. And this was clearly something that needs to be fitted in BEFORE applying the composite. In the end she did the filling the best she could but it was not a good job at all. She struggled throughout as the metal ring (not sure what that is called) was not in place and as a result she sort of free-handed the filling and it took her an awful lot of time, but what is worse is that she sealed the two adjacent teeth together! When she had finished the filling, she tried dental floss and could NOT pass it through and asked me if I had been able to use dental floss in that tooth before - and YES! Absolutely and without a problem! That evening and subsequent evenings I tried and tried to put floss in between the two teeth and eventually managed, so decided not to raise a complaint as I find it really uncomfortable to do so and the hygienist had tried her best. I was also worried that I would be charged for further remedial work and this place is incredibly expensive (just the filling costed a whopping £250!) This was by far the most expensive filling I've ever had (and I've had way bigger fillings) and yet the worse by ever farther. I have managed with this filling for over a year, struggling to get toothfloss in, but managing, but recently I've switched to silk toothfloss, the strongest I've found, and it is no longer possible for me to floss in between those two teeth with an eco friendly floss - nothing other than plastic floss can cope, it just tears anything that isn't plastic floss. Hence why I am now putting a review, because I can't make the switch to an eco-friendly floss alternative because the filling was so badly done that there is hardly a gap between the too adjacent teeth. I regret not having gone back straight away to complaint, but as I mentioned I was concerned about additional costs. Even on the day, at the point of payment, I made a small comment but should have said clearly that something was not right during the procedure. In retrospect, the hygienist should have requested help to insert the metal ring before proceeding with a bad job. I now have to life with this filling or pay someone else to remove it yet again and redo the job that I paid dearly to have done at the Kensington Clinic. Anyway, just leaving this review for anyone considering 'normal' dentist work there because the fillings will be done by the hygienist, not the dentist, and yet cost way more than most dentist (at least in my experience). I now wonder whether the good reviews were for extensive dental work, because unfortunately I did not experience this good work for their basic dental care (a 30min hygienist visit @£65 and the filling @£250).

Fantastic experience: The service offered is amazing. Gurs Sehmi is a true professional. I originally got my veneers done in January 2012 however I went Cyprus for my birthday and fell over and broke them. I contacted Gurs and he reconstructed my smile. I have never been so happy and the veneers look absolutely amazing. If you need a dentist, the Kensington Clinic is by far the most professional clinic and I would highly recommend.

She’s super thorough but gentle at the same time, not to mention she is absolutely lovely with a calming manner which is brilliant if you’re anxious of visiting the dentist! I also had the Airflow stain removal procedure which has made a huge difference by getting rid of all the staining from coffee!! Fantastic experience: My experience at TKC has been nothing short of outstanding. I had the Invisalign Lite treatment, gum contour with waterlase, composite bonding and at-home whitening and have been supported so well with each treatment. Dr Sheraz is so gentle and reassuring and his team (esp. Ely, Samer & Tamara) have been so warm & welcoming. The atmosphere at the clinic is always inviting and the whole team is always so kind and friendly. I’ve always hated going to the dentist but TKC has changed my attitude towards it and I’m forever grateful. Fantastic experience: I've had a dead front tooth that turned dark and showed through my gums. I've seen several dentists and no-one could offer me the right solution for my smile make over. However, Dr. Sheraz convinced me to go with a full ceramic implant and to renew my existing veneers. This was the best decision. Dr. Sheraz uses the latest technology in his clinic. For example, he uses a Waterlase Laser to remove old veneers without causing any damages to your existing teeth, he uses full ceramic implants from Switzerland and works with top leading dental ceramists in Amercia. He has something you can't pay for and that's pride in his work. He has a great eye for detail and was patient throughout the whole process and made sure I was happy with my result.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at the Kensington Clinic for a quite few years now and can honestly attest of their brilliant dental care quality and friendly customer service! Dental care is never cheap but they only ever advise on works to be done based on necessity to meet your needs. On a number of accessions they even advised on cheaper alternatives for aftercare products available online or in store. It’s quite a distance from where I live but wouldn’t consider going anywhere else and risk receiving a lower quality of care and value! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: The Kensighton Clinic really deserved a 5 stars review. I was in treatment with another dentist until the first lockdown ( late March 2020) was announced, and I was left with half work still to be completed. Later on, the dentist who I was in treatment with it went into administration so I was feeling a bit frustrated because I could not finish the remaining treatments left( 6 implants and crowns). Finally I had to take in account a new dentist who was able to finish what it was left undone from the previous one and googling on the web..after searching for someone else to trust ( after the bad experience had with the previous one), I’ve found the Kensighton Clinic and I thought to have a go with them, and I am very very happy to have chosen them. Thanks to them after a few months of treatments, ( approximately from July -August 2020 until the last treatment finished in late March 2021), I have finally finished what was left undone, and I am very very happy and delighted to share this review on the website because they really deserve it!! The results obtained with their treatments are absolutely excellent. They have done an excellent job, after long time they helped me to smile without feeling embarrassed ( because of missing teeth replaced by implants and more ). All the staff are extremely professional and very friendly making you feel very welcomed at all times. I have to say a huge “ Thank you “ to Dr. Shiraz and his wonderful colleagues Paula and Shreena. I had some great discounts from them several times during my treatments. Excellent customer service, treatments and most important honest and reliable people. Fantastic experience: I am someone who is suffering from serious panic attacks when need to visit a dentist, and the reason is bad experience with dentists from my past. Recently I have had one problematic tooth and since I have never been at dentist in London I had to do my Google search, and you know how painful that can be because of many fake reviews. I wanted to see dental practices in my area so I found few of them. And believe me, I didn’t like some of them because of their customer services, not giving me information I was asking, they were hiding their list of fees, and as a customer you need to have right to see how much something cost . Then , after two days of searching I came across this clinic, they had perfect reviews, I was little bit skeptical but I continued with my search on their website. I found everything from the information I was looking for, very helpful and transparent explanation on their menu of services. I gather my courage and went on my appointment with dr. Aleem , and from my first visit I felt such a relief because of the good energy that is circulating around that team of people. Everything what he has done for me was with very gentle approach because I told him how scared I am, his hand is very light when he is working, which is very important for me. The end result of my dental problems was just amazing, I still can’t believe when I am looking myself at the mirror how natural my teeth look like, and I was doing composite bonding on first four teeth. That is telling you how great artist he is. Also, he was preparing one tooth for crown and that procedure can be very scary, but again he made it painless, fearless, and constantly checking on me how I feel and do I need a break. I was waiting so long to find a perfect person for such a delicate profession, someone who understands fear, someone who has artistic mind and someone just have natural skills to be amazing dentist. Fantastic experience: Very happy with the treatments and service I received recently at The Kensington Clinic. The dental nurses are very helpful and friendly, and Dr Aleem is very competent, efficient and reassuring. I had two infections to treat in a short time due to different reasons: on one tooth, I had root canal done again; on the other I had an implant. Everything is now sorted and will come back for the crown. I highly recommend this dental practice!
