Negative experience: One of their receptionists, the older one, is rude to people and others have noticed this. I had two fillers placed on the same tooth and each one fell off the same day. I spent £75 for nothing.

Positive experience: Very polite reception and friendly dentist who put me at ease and explained everything to me in a professional manner.

Negative experience: It might be easy to get an appointment, however it feels like that they either dont care or aren't competent enough to fix teeth. "Root canal" done in less than 30 min. It held for week. Next appointment to fill the missing filling took under 15 minutes and the filling was out in less than 2h. In general this place is only good for pulling teeth as they definitely won't be saved In this clinic on NHS.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely anxious about visiting the dentist, but today, I was seen by the loveliest dentist Fymitha Panikkaveettil. I am 58 and haven't seen a dentist who was this welcoming and put me at ease since I was in my 20s. I actually relaxed in the chair while she treated me. I've been advised to go back in 3 months, and guess what I will. Thank you Fymitha xx

Negative experience: I bring my son twice and I used to have a dentist in London and they said that it was needed for my son to have braces but when I came here,they said that it was needed for my son and came up with many excuses. Please ignore this place.they try to get the patient out as quick as possible and don’t spend the time to check for the teeth properly .really sorry but waste of time

Negative experience: Having to wait over 30 minutes to be seen. Not sure why I get booked in for an appointment and I’m always seen late. Didn’t get to see the original hygienist either.

Negative experience: Was quick to take £200+ of me for a root canal but had the nerve to say they deregistered me due to 3 failed attempts for a check up back in 2022? That’s a complete lie I always have teeth problems very unlikely for me to miss an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist. Very helpful, friendly. Helped me with my wisdom tooth being swollen and given me medication for it and referred me to Cradley Heath branch within a week for an assessment for it to be taken out. Only issue is that they do run late sometimes but it is worth the wait

Fantastic experience: Cannot fault this surgery!! The receptionists are so well mannered, welcoming, pleasant and caring. Visited this afternoon. I suffer extremely bad with agoraphobia as well as dentophobia. Paramjeet, my dentist is aware of this and always always always takes his time to look after me, keeping me as comfortable as is possible. Today’s visit was for a dreaded molar extraction. I was offered superior care, patience and reassurance by both himself and his nursing team, who are also amazing! Thank you all for being so caring, supportive and accommodating to me today. Those little things each person I spoke to did for me really do go a million miles to help me and I want each and every one of you to know how truly grateful I am! Fantastic experience: My experience with Dentists from my childhood means it’s not my happy place. I’ve had to have a tooth out today and was put at ease through the whole thing and loved the way the dentist was caring and allowed me to hold the nurses hand. I won’t leave it so long to return.

Negative experience: Really bad and rude person just call for my new appointment and she was so rude just because I don’t know my doctor name because ask me for that I don’t know way anyway and just because of that she turn the phone off on my face so rude tks I didn’t even go there anyway

Negative experience: My daughter was registered at this dentist and under went many surgical procedures which wasn't done properly. She had root canals which they failed to do properly which resulted to my daughter having to go to hospital. They have now kicked her off their system saying she failed to attend appointments which is not true. Would definitely not recommend this dental surgery

Fantastic experience: Excellent efficient service! I was having difficulty finding a surgery and Bilston Dental Care were recommended to me. When I called they had an appointment for me the next day and I had my tooth taken out. The dental nurse held my hand because I was nervous and her and the dentist were so lovely putting me at ease. I’m now an NHS patient there and I’d highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with the service my partner received from the dentist. She came in for an appointment firstly was told that the was a lot of calculus around the front teeth were the bridge is and it needs scaling (which wasn't done) my dentists xray and scale my teeth when I have a check up. She then went on to tell my partner that they don't agree with antibiotics to help treat the gum disease that her doctor has prescribed. She also told her that she has periodontal and went on to tell her that she needs a hygiene appointment to which she said It would be £40 I then asked if it was on the nhs, her reply was yes if she has periodontal. I told her that she had already told us that earlier in the appointment. She then told her that she could continue her antibiotics after earlier she told her not to. She let my partner leave in pain, with out any prescription and no scale or gums cleaned at all. Really unhappy with the service and will be making a formal complaint

Fantastic experience: Just been to see the dentist I’m a very nervous patient they had to pull a tooth out and I’m not one for needle they put me at ease even when the injection hurt he talked to me calmly and it was all over in a heartbeat I would recommend this surgery to anybody who is nervous and scared

Negative experience: Terrible service, my 73 year old mother had an appointment booked for 10:50 and was not called until 11:30 until after I complained about the wait. If patients are late, they are not seen and yet they are happy to waste patients time waiting, clearly they feel their time is far more valuable and yet we still get charged full price, won’t be coming again, absolutely disgusting!

Fantastic experience: I've got to admit no-one likes going to the dentist but these guys are exceptional at what they do I had to have a tooth extracted today and I've been dreading it honestly but I was in and out in about 3 minutes which really didn't give me time to worry the dentist I had was a legend would highly recommend and they are really affordable too.

Once the injection had calmed down the extraction itself went very smoothly. The staff are all pleasant and welcoming which helped settle my nerves. I hugged the dentist after and she smiled .

Fantastic experience: Always been frightened of having my last wisdom tooth out because I went through a very traumatic ordeal at a dentist I was sent to before. I had a wisdom tooth out and once the numbing had calmed down I was scared that I was going to be in pain. I wasn’t. The dentist knew exactly what he was doing and took the tooth out in the correct way which meant I haven’t suffered any excruciating pain after. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Cannot fault this practice. My sister had to have a tooth extraction today and she has a very real phobia of the dentist. The reception and nursing staff were kind and considerate, really went out of their way to make her feel at ease. The dentist was just as kind, gave her plenty of time to calm her nerves and was very understanding of her anxiety. The procedure itself was quick and painless, everything was explained at every stage and they took my sisters preferences into account. Very good experience and we will be continuing on at this dentist in the future.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted on Friday. I am nervous of the dentist but it was all over so quickly! After the injection to numb the area I was only in the chair for about 5 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Rang today for emergency appointment and was given an afternoon appointment. This was for a tooth extraction. The procedure was undertaken very quickly and I didn't even know it had been done until the Dentist said so. Only downside I was not told or given any information regarding after care, I had to Google it when I got home.

Negative experience: My dentist was a little abrupt and his mannerism could of being a little gentlerier with a bit more compassion for his clients , needs to address his communication skills

Fantastic experience: I was seen by DR shahruk I was highly recommend and can’t complain. Had one of the best experience ever. I’m normally scared of dentist but can’t really complain. I had my front tooth bonded twice from other dentists and each time they couldn't match the colour and would look fake. But I’m very impressed he match my tooth. I also have sensitive teeth and he clean and polished it and wow I wasn’t left in no pain was so smooth. He was professional, approachable and sympathetic.i felt comfortable asking questions about all aspects of my care and treatment. He took his time to explain, I didn’t feel unhurried. His dental care nurse with him was fantastic and made me feel at home, as I told them about a worst experience I had before at another practice. Thank you again and deffo recommend this practice and dentist dr Shahrukh and his team. Will be coming for my cosmetic treatment here.

Fantastic experience: I was given a very early appointment yesterday morning for an extraction of a fractured tooth . Upon arriving, the receptionist was lovely . I had alot of anxieties regarding the procedure,as I had made the mistake of reading poor reviews!!! .However the dentist Paramjeet Bhandal and his assistant put me totally at ease , took time to listen to my concerns , gave me advice and explained everything to me. Very happy with my treatment.

Negative experience: Joke of a dentist, in agony due to my wisdom teeth been multiple times for this since January and they keep on prescribing me antibiotics and done me a referral to the hospital as they are not confident in removing them themselves. Rang through today wanting an appointment as I’m still in pain and the lady on the phone tells me that I’m not aloud to make any appointments due to me not turning up to over 10 appointments which I have apparently made online. I can confirm I have no made any of these appointments and the ones I did make I arrived too. So now I have got to find another dentist when in this much pain. AVOID!

Negative experience: Absolutely abysmal service from this dentist. I would rather have dentures than let these cowboys work on my teeth. To add insult to injury, the receptionist was the most rude and unhelpful person ever. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Because they are the plague!

Fantastic experience: Emergency dentist appointment with Dr Rakesh 10/10 .He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which really put me at ease. His calming demeanor made the visit stress-free, and I didn't feel anxious at all. Dr. Rakesh not only provided excellent communication and a calming presence but also performed the filling and X-ray procedures with great care. He took the time to explain each step, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and patient-centered approach. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had an infection in my top left wisdom tooth, the practice got me in quickly for a check up and prescribed antibiotics, due to having a gastric sleeve I wasn’t able to take large pills, so they rectified the prescription for liquids. I was then booked in not long after for a tooth extraction with Dr Bhandal who was absolutely amazing, he had me numbed and tooth out in what felt like minutes. He was extremely professional, knew exactly what he was doing and the experience was very positive with limited pain after.

Negative experience: Time wasters. Waited 10 days for this appointment, was told to come 5 minutes early, I came 10 minutes(just to be sure, as it was my first visit), waited 30 minutes over the appointment time and still there was someone in front of me. 1st impression matters the most and mine is a strong one, avoid! Oh, I forgot about this.. It looked like staff was more concerned about having their tea, didn’t matter that there was 8 patients waiting.. I mean, you can let people wait 30+ minutes, but tea time, can’t wait.

Positive experience: Went to the dentist first time regarding my mums back teeth it was loose so had an check up on it. Dentist the staff members their were very kind and helpful. They didn't rush was easy going. I would see myself going their again.

Negative experience: Money grabbing scum. All they want to do is quick 2 min checkups for £23. A clean and polish is meant to be included in the Band 1 treatment, but the dentists now refuse to clean teeth and recommend having a hygienist appointment for £40. They are liars, they don't want to help people, all they want is money. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Dentist refused to take my wisdom tooth out even though he previously told me it was included in Band 2. They have referred me to the hospital now, I will have to wait months. Old receptionists are rude too. The speak to you in a derogatory way. I will never go to this awful dentist again.

Negative experience: AVOID AVOID AVOID the owner of this practise must have something wrong with him, the most unprofessional, unpleasent, short tempered man I have ever dealt with and I have worked for the NHS aswell. He's very confusing talks over you will leave you sitting in the dentist chair for over half an hour while he goes to a different room seeing other patients will try and force you to have treatments you have already politely declined eg.. scale and polish which cost extra and I had already said I didn't want that day, he doesn't explain anything to you properly and when asking you to sign forms will purposely makesure the font is ridiculously small and they will hold the tablet for you so you cant actually read what youre signing and not to mention when having a tooth removed with him he pulled it out with such force within about 30 seconds, he shattered my jaw bone leaving me in complete agony for months needing follow up apts, jaw bone needed shaving I missed how much time off work.. best of it is he didn't even tell me anything was wrong until I went back in complete agony not able to talk 1 week later!!! Disgrace of a man disgrace of a dental practise needs closing down ASAP AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Negative experience: It says same day Emergency appointments yet you gave my husband an Emergency appointment for 2 weeks time. He has a broken tooth causing lots of pain. He cannot eat,drink,sleep Disgusted. I suggest you remove your same day Emergency appointments as its false advertising

Negative experience: If your a nervous/anxious patient and your not private don’t bother going because they’ll tell you they can’t do the work on your teeth because of you being anxious, rant on about how many extractions he did during covid and make you feel like a child being told off because I mentioned I was nervous. If I could give it no stars for the dentist I went to I would, receptionist/dental nurses are polite and friendly. But the dentist I had left me with a bad tooth that needed extracting went twice and both times he just temp filled it and gave me antibiotics. Went to another dentist today who has extracted and was suprised I was sent away twice with such a bad tooth. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: all members of staff are extremely friendly and caring. i struggle a lot with severe anxiety and all dentists/assistants i saw were so reassuring and understanding, they explained everything in detail to me and answered any questions i had. highly recommend for anyone struggling with anxiety surrounding dental care as i have avoided it for so long but i’m so glad i’ve finally found a safe space !

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and lack patience, the most wicked dentist I have ever met, left my teeth wobbly and painful. He spoke to me as if he owns NHS and he didn’t care to check on me after he tried to extract my wisdom teeth and I was in soo much pain. Run for your life when you see their sign board. He did my x ray twice and said everything was okay, in two weeks later I found out there was a hole in my wisdom teeth. NO PATIENCE AND NO HEART OF HUMAN VERY WICKED DENTIST. Whilst I was leaving the practice the dentist said to me that I will be sent back to him which sounds like a threat to me. I therefore decided to look for a different dentist and by God’s grace I found High view Dental Practice in Dudley who did a great job and extracted my teeth without any pain no stress, I will always recommend them 100%

Negative experience: Booked nhs dental emergency appointment today via phone, been given OK, took OFF day at work and been there on time. Had rentgen done and was told TO BOOK ANOTHER appointment as today nothing else can be done and its NOT emergency appointment, WASTE OF TIME. Booked with another practice that will actually do SOMETHING about the pain. I DO NO RECOMMEND, doctor talking only about MONEY and not about help.

Fantastic experience: Love it here! Dr Pom is so welcoming and friendly. Rakesh completed my scale and polish today and I’ve never had such a comprehensive appointment. He was polite and approachable, and I felt comfortable telling him if I needed him to stop (which I didn’t). It’s great to see some investment being put into the building too, with new waiting rooms and dental rooms being done. It looks really smart. I’ll happily drive the 30 minutes to see Rakesh as my teeth have never felt cleaner. He’s a real asset to the Bhandal team in Bilston. Great dental practice!
