Fantastic experience: Im just had my dental appointment which I get very anxious but Ive just seen the most amazing dentist Dr radia I didn't feel any pain and didn't feel anxious dr radia is very very caring and very very professional dentist

You can talk about the treatment and explain what you want. I was always attended by Dr.Radia and Daniela, fantabulastic team, all my procedures run very well, no pains or issues, always available to clarify anything and ready to attend if we need assistance. Fantastic experience: I can recommend Ammar Al-Hakeem as a Dentist. I came here after been throughly disappointed by Ten Dentist in Clapham. AVOID all they are interested in is Money. Here in Wandsworth road Dentist Ammar listened to my concerns. And for the very first time after visiting different Dentists. He gave the reason why I had the problem in the first place. One tooth on the bottom jaw was pushing my two front teeth forward. He then gave me options for my two front teeth. I opted for a temporary solution to have my front teeth removed and immediate dentures. I was only there for a consultation but straight away a mould was taken, came back two weeks later and Job done. The before and after is amazing. I can now smile again in photos. I'm so HAPPY I now want to go back to Ammar Al-Hakeem for a permanent solution. Finally a Dentist who listens to your concerns and cares. Nothing but 5 stars if I could give more I would Sandra

Negative experience: The receptionist Alex was extremely rude and unhelpful. His lack of customer service is abysmal. Because of him I’ve had change myself and my entire families dentist which is inconvenient but necessary. Knowing I never have to see his face again is worth it. I absolutely would not recommend this place! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Terrible practice. My boyfriend went for a tooth ache due to a wisdom teeth. They said they needed to refer him to a specialist without specifying the reason. Albeit he should/could have asked. He called them to ask they said they will call back. They didn't. So we had to go onsite. They are supposed to be open all day based on their website info but we arrived just before 2pm to find the shutter half closed as they went for lunch. I didn't mind them having a lunch break but then update your info on your website. Finally once we got there and asked to get his file the first question we were asked was why. After having provided a reason we were told the record wasn't available as it had been done "online" which was making no sense but anyway we were assured by the receptionist she will talked to the clinician and she will email us the record. When I asked whether we could have them today I was asked why again and when I send we had been waiting for those already for 2 weeks I was told "Ma'am I won't talk to you, he is my patient not you". Which was really poor. After going home we returned at the end of the day given that we didn't receive the file yet. The receptionist told us the clinician had been very busy and she hadn't had the time to talk to her yet. Magically the clinician arrived so we could finally talked to her and she was like yes don't worry I will send you everything. Once again without committing to a timeframe. So if you want a transparent practice avoid this one. They don't seem to be on top of their records and can't really provide you with information or care once your appointment is done

Negative experience: Terrible Experience with Dr. Reza Ahmed I would strongly advise against visiting Dr. Reza Ahmed. I initially saw him at Queensway Dental Practice, and then he moved to Wandsworth. Unfortunately, he did not complete my treatment as promised. After setting up a payment plan for dental implants and crowns, he left me with temporary dentures and left my dental care unfinished. Now I’m left to figure out what to do next, and the whole situation has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I feel abandoned after investing both time and money into a treatment plan that was never completed. Extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up and communication. Wouldn’t recommend.

Negative experience: Amazing dentist, terrible administration and receptionist. Has not been able to email me my payment receipt in 4 days and now insists it’ll take another day. Very strange! But the hygienist was amazing!

Fantastic experience: If there was an option for more than 5 starts I would definitely take it! Called this morning for a last minute appointment and since the beginning the receptionist Alex was just amazing, very patient and managed to find me an appointment. Dr Ammar and nurse Madonna were both fab as well! Thank you very much guys! I massively recommend this practice!

Negative experience: Pay £80 for an appointment that lasts literally 30 seconds and is just for them to tell you that a simple resin filling would cost you another £180. I tried to get my appointment money back and they wouldn't give it to me. They gave me the manager email address that never worked. People that have these scamming practices shouldn't work in health sectors.

Positive experience: My ist time at a practice for a long time due to personal reasons however my dentist made me feel at home relaxed and able to show my fears without having to hide them . The receptionist too made me feel as if I was a long time patient Thank-you Angela

Have been going for the Invisalign treatment with Dr Ammar Al-Hakeem. I couldn’t have asked for better results. It was a very efficient procedure from the beginning to the end. Generally the staff conduct themselves professionally and the atmosphere is calm.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Radia Mrini is the best dentist in London. I had a poorly done and painful root canal from a previous dentist, but when I visited Dr. Radia, she immediately put me at ease. She assured me the procedure would be painless—and she was absolutely right. She fixed the issue, and now I can eat normally without any discomfort. I’m definitely going back to her for my hygiene sessions. Her prices are also very reasonable compared to other dentists in London. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: It is my normal dental center but recently I had minor pain in one of my front teeth. Dr. Radeya Amin had done fantastic job diagnosing and recommending treatment. She is top dentist in the area and within one root canal session saved my smile.

Negative experience: Don't recommend using this service for wisdom tooth issues especially Dr reza kahn, firstly I come in for wisdom tooth pain and he looks for 5 mins and then reccomends hygienist clean, 1 week later i have a clean and get told there is a big hole in tooth which he missed upon first inspection- more money and time upon another appointment too look at decay which should of been seen on first tooth inspection, after months of referals to other dentists and to hospital was told that I need a cbct scan, so was all booked in 3 weeks before to arrive to the appointment to be told that he cannot commence scan as it takes a hour to start machine and appointment was only booked as a "check up" after talking to Dr reza asking why he cannot get this done on at the time , he only blamed his admin colleagues to say they booked the wrong time slot, as a professional Dr he should be helping his staff and patients not blaming others. Credit to the admin staff that managed to swiftly get the machine going and get another Dr to get it Done on the same day, saving me time and money Do not recommend Dr Reza Kahn as he will do the bare minimum to help

Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist for years due to a traumatic experience along comes Dr Savya and angel and dentist all in one. My fear f dentist was so extreme I would hyperventilate ! After waiting 2 years for a hospital appointment to have sedation Dr savya offered with no pressure to try and do my extraction. She was so patient so kind. So empathetic and gentle that we managed treatment ! Having just gone back for a second round. I no longer need sedation at hospital Because of this wonderful dentist my fears are now gone. Something that has crippled me for over 10 years. ! I can’t thank Dr savya enough she really is the best !

Even though they were fully booked before the holidays, they found me an appointment the day after my emergency. They saved my Christmas holidays by doing a temporary intervention that really helped me. Very kind, helpful and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I was in earlier today to get a cosmetic crown removed by Dr Ammar Al-Hakeem. The service i received was second to none. I was seen before my appointment time and it was the quickest appointment i have ever had! I was worried my tooth would be discoloured but luckily Dr Ammar gave it a little clean and now you cant even tell i was wearing a crown. Thank you so much!!
