Had a severe toothache and Dr Parmar went above and beyond to make sure i was seen to and treated and for that, i am most grateful. Thank you all.

I cannot praise all of the staff enough, the practice itself is beautifully presented and has a calm antmosohere, and I have always been made to feel welcome, comfortable and confident in my treatments. From the lovely receptionist staff, Tina my treatment coordinator who is amazing and so friendly and helps explain everything, to my dentist and orthodontist everyone is 5* and I am so happy with my dental care. Positive experience: I fully understand that accurate prices are based very much on a patients individual treatment BUT when I asked staff what the starting price was for a dental implant and a bone graft I was told that I would need to pay £149.00 for a accurate price - That is not what I was asking for - im not going to pay £149.00 if BEYOND's prices exceed my budget allocated for treatment !!!!! - Since dealing with BEYOND other dentists have been 'Very Transparent' with what specific requested treatment prices start from, three have offered me treatment plans without charge and two carried out 'complimentary' CT scans without commitment. On the plus side the decor of the surgery is very nice and Katie and Christina were very friendly - more friendler than the staff that I dealt with on my last visit who failed to understand that I was NOT looking for an accurate price but a starting price instead.

My elderly Mum had a dental emergency on a Friday afternoon and the team could not have been more helpful. They stayed open beyond closing time to see her and were friendly, professional and sensitive all the way through. They even rang her the next day to see how she was doing. She recovered really quickly which is a sign of Anil's skill and thoroughness. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: When I had ludwigs agina they was the first to raise the alarm and within 5 minutes I had my referral for emergency surgery. If it wasn’t for these guys I wouldn’t be here to make this review. If you want a brilliant dentist register here!

Negative experience: Please look at the other negative reviews they all are the same. PRIVATE PATIENTS BE AWARE OF THIS. Charged me a cancellation of £477 after paying £2000 to this dentist and all I’ve had is 2 hygienist and a tooth drilled out, they are refusing to fit a crown now unless I pay another £120 and am now left in a lot of pain and a bad tooth with a hole In it. I have recently had dealings with this practice communication has been excellent and it’s a very clean and clinical practice. Unfortunately being a private patient they have taken advantage of what we have paid. I was iriningally quoted £2400 for all work and the bill went up to £2900, I questioned it and even the staff were confused! I phoned them on the Monday to cancel an appointment on the Wednesday no one called back phoned them on the Wednesday and someone was going to call me back and still no one called me. I turned up at the wrong practice and was advised that they will take what we have paid as a cancellation which is £477. The DCS have advised this is excessive. I won’t knock their work but they certainly have had lots of money from us! I wouldn’t use again if I was private!!!!! As per your reply! After a conversation last week end of sept 2025 my email states to you that your costs are more than you quoted and after your email back to me my costs are now £3100. I have now decided to get my treatment elsewhere as stated to you your costs keep going up and this has been on more than one occasion. I have asked for a refund which is on my account and you have kindly receipted in return I can have a refund but my quote is not a reflection of what you are asking for to finish my treatment

I was looking for general dentistry and some cosmetic work so I was researching on the internet when I found them, I nervously made an appointment and attended and was put as ease immediately. Arie, Anil their nurses, Katie and the other receptionists, Kish and Tina have all been so helpful, I thank them all for easing my anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Where to start, it’s my 2nd month using the Enviorn Skincare range and I’ve had 2 sessions of micro-needling! All I can say is I can’t recommend this treatment enough I still haven’t had any Botox and usually I would be conscious about my skin but after these treatments with Nasra all my fine lines and wrinkles are reduced and my skin is noticeably plumper and hydrated. Can’t wait for results after this treatment. I’ve had the Vitamin C mask.

Qasim spoke in detail about all of my options and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. All staff made what can be quite a daunting experience a much less stressful and comfortable one! :-)

Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience having my consultation here. The consultation was comprehensive and the coordinator was friendly, non-judgemental and informative. I had a scan and the consultation included prospective results and a full explanation of invisalign treatment. The receptionist was really friendly too and the environment was calm and clean. I was also offered a discount on the second stage of the consultation.

Fantastic experience: Always terrified of dentists, the experience of having implants a decade ago was a nightmare. Having to return to a dentist because of infection filled me with dread. The folks at Beyond have completely changed my experience. The whole staff have been professional, friendly and reassuring and the procedures have been carried out with minimal discomfort. Although I don’t exactly look forward to appointments, the dread is a thing of the past. If you have to visit a dentists, these are the folks to see!

The initial consultation for Invisalign was thorough and the technician was upfront about there being a further, more in-depth, paid appointment before being given a treatment plan or idea of cost. I am satisfied with the amount of information and advice I have been given at this initial stage and am excited to come back for my follow up appointment.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start? From the time I entered to the practice to the moment I left, I felt so comfortable with a warm welcome and walk through with Katie. I then saw Tina who gave me my first ever scan; a really interesting experience. I was then looked after by dentist Qasim who did my X-ray and went into a lot of detail and was very informative and gave me advice that I will definitely implement moving forward. To finish up I head back to Tina who went through a thorough dental plan that was perfectly explained so I understood everything. Positive experience: staff are lovely and knowledgeable but their prices are actually shocking - for the work I needed doing it didn’t justify the price tag. Got a second opinion at an alternative dentist and price was about 40% less than what this company quoted me. 3 stars because they are approachable and professional but their prices are way too steep in comparison to their competitors!
