Fantastic experience: Paul has been excellent. Knowledgeable, caring and has helped resolve my dental issues. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I used to visit here and see Roma. Any work she did on my teeth, I had to return for it to be reworked. Every time I visited the images from my previous visit had been misfiled. She was rude to the assistants. One time I comforted the assistant after my treatment as I thought she might cry. One time I was her first appointment of the day, she walked in five minutes after my appointment and started doing paperwork (I suspect private not work) for another 5 minutes whilst I sat and waited to be called. I stopped going as soon as a whole filling fell out within one hour. My new dentist found a drill hole in a healthy tooth which needed immediate attention. He showed me images. It couldn’t have been made any other way than with a dentist drill.

Fantastic experience: Very professionally run dentists. Staff are friendly and provide good feedback on the condition of my teeth and gums, with suggestion for daily flossing and brushing. Very detailed examination using up to date technology. Probably the best dentists I have been to.

Fantastic experience: Halfway through treatment, and from terrified to reassured already. Roma is so patient. She uses a dental wand which is a game changer, no massive needles. Why did I pick ADC, this is a husband and wife team, they don’t hang their reputation on anybody but themselves. Honest and transparent, no pushing more expensive options, patient led. Fantastic experience: I love my Dentist Dr. Dipesh Hari Patel. I have been his patient since 1997. He knows that l am very frightened of dentists but he puts me at ease as soon as l get there and helps me through my treatment and ask‘s me if I’m ok all the time. I don’t know what l would do without him. The staff are all wonderful especially my lovely Hazel who always greets me with a smile on her face.

Fantastic experience: Never been given previously from a dentist detailed explanation of the problem I was having. For years I was told my wisdom tooth was giving me the issues but today I have learned a different reasons, that makes 100% sense. Roma has explains and answered all my questions. Put me at ease as I’m a very anxious person who suffers with panic attacks from fear. Roma also used visual explanation with a camera and X-ray. I broke I tooth recently the day before a holiday and Roma was immediately available with advice and help and sorted an appointment for immediately after we came back. The fix was then absolutely brilliant too - done quickly, with no pain, and carried out absolutely perfectly. I cannot imagine a better dental service.

Fantastic experience: I had damaged teeth over the New Year and was able to get a replacement composite bond by the 3rd January. By the time it had reached the 21st January, I had a digital scan of my mouth made and a denture built out to match my existing teeth. Amazing service all round from Dr Roma and her team, would absolutely recommend.

Negative experience: Thought I Loved this practice, thought they really cared, but having got lulled in to a false sense of security I got ripped off ...twice now with fillings that were not fit for purpose. A few days after the most recent filling I went back to request an adjustment of the filling or to have it redone as the gap she left between the teeth was so large that masses of food was getting wedged under the gum and causing immense pain. Also that there was still a very sensitive spot between the teeth that she had failed to spot and which was continuing to cause pain when I was trying to remove food. I was told would need a crown for a further £550... days after she charged £195 for 1 small X-ray and the rubbish filling. I asked why she did the filling in the first place if it should have been a crown, and was told that she would have to have made the filling tp form part of the crown and so there would be no offset and I would have to pay an additional £550!!! I am seeking another dentist to rectify the mess left in my mouth and have decided to seek legal advice.. In the meantime I am left with a gap between teeth that is causing me huge pain because food is wedging in to the gum and am having to go to seek a second opinion on the bad filling and pay another dentist to have the filling redone. SHAMEFULL.

Fantastic experience: The ladys r really nice there and very helpful and she showed me in detail of my tooth where i was getting pain and she gave me a toothpaste to use to get my enamel stronger.

Negative experience: I went there just over a year ago as I was having an issue with one of my crowns. I explained the issue to the denitst. She had a look at the crown and simply used a dental brush to remove a piece of food that was stuck around it. She gave me mouth washe to gargle and took an x-ray of crown. I paid £115 just for that. She didnt give me a full examination of the mouth or any consultative advice. Poor service and exceptionally over priced.

Fantastic experience: Having received poor quality, unnecessary treatment from other dentists in the past, my wife and I were concerned about finding a trustworthy dentist who's work was of a high standard. After our first visit to see Roma together with our three children we could not have been happier with the treatment we received. All issues, including X-Ray results, were explained in detail as were the recommended treatments. Only a small amount of work was required but that too was carried out excellently with no pain, no ongoing discomfort, and a full explanation and description of the methods being used. We could not be happier with the service from Roma and her team. The surgery itself is also beautifully maintained and well presented.
