Fantastic experience: Recently, Dr. Robert Horseman restored a denture that had fallen off my upper bridge, extracted two loose lower teeth, and made a set lower denture with a bridge for me. The restoration of the upper denture was very successful, and the new lower bridge denture is also comfortable after adjustments. Through these experiences, I have deeply appreciated Dr. Robert Horseman’s excellent skills, professional attitude, and meticulous care for his patients. I am very grateful for the service provided by him, his assistant, and the entire team; five stars!

Fantastic experience: Can’t fault this practice. Everyone who works there is pleasant and welcoming. I had a terrible fear of dentists but it is largely overcome by the excellent treatment and kindness shown to me by John.

Fantastic experience: Thorough initial checkup which identified tooth required extraction.Procedure explained and appointment made for next day. Dentist also spent time discussing results of X-rays and likely future intervention. Tooth was extracted and follow up care discussed. Mr Cooley was empathetic, professional and respectful. All the staff I had dealings with at the practise were pleasant and polite.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated at many dental practices over the years (moved around a bit and am on the plus side of 70) and have found the experience at Craig-y-Don to be the best of the crop. The ambience is relaxed, the environment very friendly and all of this is coupled with professional and first class treatment - from routine check-ups to the full monty. If you have concerns or are apprehensive, all of the staff listen and act to reinsure at every step. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending the Craig-y-Don Practice for your dental good health.

Fantastic experience: A really thorough examination of teeth and gums on my primary visit to the practise. Steve made me welcome as he compiled my medical and dental history. The examination included several x-rays which i was invited to view. Not for the faint hearted!! I didn't realise i had had so much work done over the years. At the end of the examination, Steve outlined the problems(!) and detailed a programme to help realise a plan to a healthy gums and teeth. Thanks to the practise for your help as i look to the future.

Fantastic experience: The staff and facilities at Craig-y-don dental practice are very nice. The practice is reassuringly clean and the dentists are welcoming and extremely professional. My dentist, Mr Cooley has been very kind, he ensured my comfort in all stages of treatment, explained the necessity of his treatment plan and my treatment itself was exemplary. He really put me at ease, so much so I’ve recommended my mum to him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, Mr Cooley and this dental practice.

Nicola and her replacement are very nice and accommodating, I have spent a significant amount on treatment already. It would be nice if the positives as well as the negatives were pointed out during the consultation.

Fantastic experience: There was only a short wait for the appointment for a small filling. It was arranged at a convenient time for me and straight after my wife's appointment. I was seen promptly at the appointed time and the treatment was carried out efficiently and painlessly. The dentist kept me very relaxed by chatting about the local area, and took a personal interest in me as a patient. The surgery and waiting room are comfortable and well equipped and the receptionist is very helpful and competent. All in all, a very positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I found I had a loose tooth, rang on Monday of Christmas week and was given an appointment on Wednesday. The staff were all pleasant and friendly and Mr Johnson removed the tooth and assured me that I could ring if I had any problems in the next few days or even between Christmas and New Year. Fortunately I did not have any problems, I felt that I had received a first class service.

Nicola has looked after my ageing teeth extremely well, has followed up regular examinations with any treatment needed in a reassuring manner. When I have needed repair to fillings or a replacement filling it has been done swiftly and to the highest standard. Nicola reassures me regarding any future possible treatment in a quiet and reassuring manner and I feel in really safe hands in your practice.
