Fantastic experience: Susan was and her assistant were welcoming as they always are. Susan was keen to know how I've been doing, which made me feel at ease and gave me very positive factual feedback about my dental self-care.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Belle Vue, and Owen in particular, enough. As well as being professional he is reassuring, friendly, gentle and patient. Owen has really helped alleviate xx the anxiety I used to have around dental visits which has resulted in a huge improvement in my health. All the staff reflect the ethos Owen and Phil have developed. Such a welcoming practice.

I visited Belle View today , 21 January, for a filling. My thanks to Susan and her assistant for excellent service - as always. I attended Belle Vue again on 17 June for my latest 6 monthly check. I was very happy with the care and professional service provided by the hygienist and Susan , my dentist. As ever, first class. My routine check-up on 16 December with Emily, hygienist and my dentist, Susan. Very pleased that everything was fine with my teeth. Thank you to Emily and Susan for providing the usual excellent service which I have come to expect from Belle Vue.

Phil was efficient , informative & friendly, his dental nurse, I apologise I can’t recall her name, was also warm, friendly & welcoming. The outcome had enabled me to smile with confidence. I highly recommend the practice.

Owen and his assistant were amazing with our 2.5 year old daughter - they involved her throughout the appointment and kept her entertained, meaning she now has a positive association with the dentist. Your patience with them and their additional needs is outstanding, and means they actually enjoy coming to see their dentist! Would really recommend you to anyone needing a safe and gentle dentist for any child with or without special needs. And adults too!

Negative experience: Annoying phones calls & emails asking us to book our next appointments & even though we have said a few times now that we do Not want to go to the hygienist they keep pushing us to book it. We just can not afford the hygienist & we do Not want to go on your plan as we can Not afford monthly out goings. But still We keep telling them we will ring "you" when "we" require you, but yet again today phone calls & e-mails asking for us to book hygienist. Seriously thinking of going elsewhere, maybe somewhere they will listen to us :(

Fantastic experience: This was a fantastic surgery to get dental treatment, where my plan was detailed out on a sheet from the get go! Waiting room has plenty of space and receptionists made sure I was checked in early, bathroom was kept very clean. Staff were caring while doing my check up and in the hygienist appointment, they briefed me fully on what would happen and let me know what to do if it ever became painful at all!

Fantastic experience: A wisdom tooth extraction. Owen kept me pain free in what is a notoriously difficult procedure. I was kept informed of progress every step of the way. The actual extraction took less than 1 min. Thanks- Bob

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Ilkley dental practice more highly, and in particular my dentist Owen Superb care and highly skilled. Going to a dentist terrified me when I was younger, no longer. Since I joined this practice I even look forward to my visits, knowing any problems will be dealt with kindly and with skill. The hygienist appointments are also efficient and the dental assistants well trained and skilful. Dental work is hugely expensive now, but the charges at Ilkley dental are fair and well explained.

Positive experience: Nothing special. This is the second consecutive time I have felt this about my hygienist appointment. The actual treatment was fine , but little or no personal touch: no discussion or advice about my oral health. It all felt rushed, more a case of sit down, treatment, pay up go home. I have nothing but praise for the dental practice as a whole but this visit was definitely lacking.

Fantastic experience: Following a recent debilitating illness I was recently (15th May) able to travel to Belle Vue for an appointment with dentist Sue Peet. The fantastic support, treatment and advice that I have received in previous appointments with Sue and her nurse continues. I started attending the practice (at Leeds Road in Ilkley to begin with) well over 20 years ago when I was seeking a dentist who would treat me at a time when I was suffering from a blood condition. They were excellent then as they are now and I happily make the 200 mile round trip to attend appointments. Five star service without any doubt.
