Simon is extremely knowledgeable and will always provide the best quality service, and is also conscious of providing good value for money. I've seen a few different hygienists but generally have had very positive experiences with them, including one doing the cleaning around my newborn baby sleeping on me. I would definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: Simon has been absolutely outstanding with dealing with my Dentist Phobic daughter, she is only 17 and needed root canal surgery and a crown. She had a very traumatic experience prior to Simon working with her and his patience and professionalism has been amazing throughout the process. Highly recommend anyone wanting to use him or the practice.

Fantastic experience: Jasmin on the front desk is amazing when having to change and reschedule multiple appointments, nothing is too much trouble. Having recently moved to the area and I needed root canal treatment. Simon is very methodical and explains everything in detail and really cares about his work and the comfort of his patient. I have to say that I've never come away from a dentist thinking that it was one of the more entertaining social events of my week until we met Simon! Not only is he a really nice chap but he's a consummate professional too. He explains everything in depth and made the potentially fairly traumatic resolution of another dentist's mistake seem like nothing. Highly recommended.

The reception service was great, waiting time was kept to a minimum and the dentistry work was carried out. The surgery was spotless and still operated with covid guidelines. Fantastic experience: My wife and I joined Southam Dental after neither of us had been to a dentist in many years and have had the pleasure of coming to see Simon for 6-monthly check-ups alongside various dental hygienists ever since. I've never needed any dental work (humble brag), but Simon noted that one of my wisdom teeth had impacted and could do with coming out. Partly due to never needing it alongside hearing horror stories of the pain dental work can cause, I was very nervous on the day but Simon and the team were absolutely brilliant and kept me calm and informed. It was a horrible thing, but I wouldn't have been nearly as calm as I was without the Southam Dental team being so great (Simon in particular). Would absolutely recommend them to anyone local needing regular check-ups or specific work, particularly if you are nervous about the dentist. Simon's empathy cannot be understated!

Negative experience: Tried to attend an moved appointment, only to be told it hadn't been moved and I had instead been removed from the practice via an illegal policy. When I complained, the manager continuously talked over me and accused me of being abusive when I simply asked to be allowed to speak. I then complained directly to the owner who has also ignored me but now my husband and children are now not being treated. Follows Illegal practices and will not resolve.

Negative experience: I don’t usually give bad reviews as I feel we all have to work for a living but I had an hygienist appointment and it was pure torture. No care for how I was being hurt and my gums was tender and painful for about three days. My teeth we clean afterwards but the cost was not worth it.

Negative experience: Drove for six hour round trip to attend a hygienist appointment, only to be refused treatment for what looked like a cold sore but was actually just a skin blemish on my face; I know the difference. Complete waste of a day. End of relationship.
