Positive experience: Very quick, appointment, knocked off my crown didn't explain this, tried quickly to mend the problem, a lot of glue left around the sight, only admitted this on my oral investigation, wouldn't give Len five stars unfortunately in my opinion .

Fantastic experience: Actually a genuinely good experience. Staff were really friendly and polite. The facilities are clean, sleek, modern and comfortable. They talk you through your options and there's no pressure to take extra services. I also didn't feel judged, which is really appreciated because for some people going to the dentist is scary but actually this place makes you feel at ease and welcome. So far very happy with my experience.

I used to be terrifies going to the dentist due to childhood trauma of being strapped down and restrained as a matter of routine for NhS dentist in those days. Everything very high tech and very very minimal discomfort after multiple extractions. Now i relax and any fears have gone. Great team

Fantastic experience: I was in Smart Smiles dentist Ebbw Vale on Thursday 2nd of October. I was a little disappointed that my appointment time passed and I was called in 10 minutes late. However I saw Ms Riya Roy who sorted out my filling painlessly and efficiently and was on my way to pick up my daughter with time to spare. Thank you and well done.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and welcoming environment at a very professional practice, all of the staff are lovely! The Dentist, and Nurse who saw me (Len and Alix) were fabulous, very calming, very professional and did a great job at making me feel comfortable and ensuring I understood what needed to happen next. Alix was a great support while I was having teeth removed, the process was over quickly but completed professionally and ensuring I was ok all the way through. This really helped with my dentist anxiety! The dentist is not my favourite place due to some childhood dental experiences, but I have certainly found somewhere I can feel comfortable. Negative experience: Extremely exploitative when it comes to money. They have policies and rates designed to exploit the fact that you have no other cheaper alternatives. I had registered in last July hoping to get dental cleaning done but apparently they don't provide any services without a checkup that costs 50 something pounds. I got it done just so in future I wouldn't have to do it again. I know exactly what I want but I am denied saying it's there policy which is just a stupid reason for we want to get more money out of you. After a year I came for the same dental clean and was again denied saying I have to get the check up done since the last one was a year ago even tho I don't want to. I ask for a direct consult which apparently is priced more expensive then the checkup and cleaning combined which makes it an unnecessarily useless option (if you really cared about the patients, the direct consult would be atleast some pounds cheaper coz there is no practical reason for it to be that expensive other then to exploit money) very bad policies designed to exploit money of you. Staff is good and this review is mainly directed to the owner and the policies they have in place.

Negative experience: Really annoyed as I only need to call and change an appointment. No answer on the phone as message says they’re closed for lunch til 2 (it was 2:30). Went down and it’s shut even though says it’s open until 7pm. Why lie? Atleast say times are subject to change or something.
