Fantastic experience: Dr. Ali was incredibly kind and patient with my son, who is neurodivergent. He took the time to reassure him, remaining calm and understanding throughout the entire appointment. After waiting over a year on the NHS for my son’s tooth removal, this practice was extremely accommodating and offered us an emergency appointment. Despite previous failed attempts elsewhere due to my son’s anxiety, Dr. Ali and his team managed to successfully remove the decayed tooth and drain the abscess with great care and professionalism. I’m so grateful for their compassion, patience, and excellent service — they truly went above and beyond for my son. Thank you once again!

Negative experience: Awful service and policy, prejudice against people who have a fear and can’t go there regularly. Very happy that I get to register with a different dentist, dodged a bullet there!

Fantastic experience: My human mummy has had several appointments with Mr. Ali over a few years. He and any assistant each time have been brilliant. Polite. Friendly and patient, he listens and is prompt without rushing. Mr Ali did an excellent job on filling a tooth of Mummy's when she lost part of it. We have never had to wait a long time for mummy to be seen. He has given advice about toothbrushes and is nice to me as a teddy bear!

Fantastic experience: I was registered with another dentist, but they wanted me to pay private prices for an emergency appointment. I called Leeming Dental Clinic about 0930 in the morning and they registered me and saw me the same day as an nhs patient. The dentist did everything quickly but explained everything she was doing and fixed a broken tooth for me. .

Negative experience: Never had any problems with the actual service here but unfortunately one of the receptionists is very rude. I have issues with my hearing and accidentally spoke over her... she responded very rudely. " I was talking. You're talking over me ". That's not how you talk to customers! You don't know if people are hard of hearing or have mental health issues. Be kind. Very rude and unprofessional woman.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hiba odabashy is the best thing to have walked in this place. Honestly my experience in this place over the years have been rocky to say the least. But staff members like Darius and Sharon (receptionist) have helped me to kind of hang in there and I'm so glad I did because now she's here I won't be going anywhere. Dr Hiba is amazing you feel the genuine care and the effort from her to help. She is just lovely and brings a different energy to the place that's been needed for years, shes down to earth, pleasent & the dentist you need when in pain. In all the years I've been registered nobody has attempted to help & succeeded in rectifying the problem in one sitting. The encouragement & support i recieved from the minute i entered until the minute i left (one tooth down) Top tier! I strongly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the practice for myself and with my two teenage children as well.( 15/17 years old) Dr. Hiba did 4 fillings for my son and 3 for me( not straightforward but pretty complicated matter that I have been putting away for months) She is very good at what she does and carries out the task with an absolute excellence. She is friendly and puts you straight at ease, while maintaining highly professional manner, therefore I highly recommend her to anyone. The practice is so lucky to have her and so are we. Fantastic experience: Had a dentist appointment with Dr Ali to get refillings redone. I have two fillings that needed to be redone. Originally the appointment was for two hours but he managed to do it in 1hour and 20 min. He also took loads of pictures of my teeth along the way to show me the progress, which is fantastic! After the appointment he gave me some feedback on what to do and what not to do. He prefers to take preventative measure and explains using pictures. His assistant Stephanie also did a great job of assisting him along the way. Reception staff are also wonderful and quick to help. They also called me twice to remind me of my appointment. Would highly recommend everyone mentioned.

Fantastic experience: My daughter’s first visit to Dr. Ali Al-Bakri was a great experience. He immediately puts you at ease with his calm and sweet demeanour. The most impressive part of our visit was when Dr. Ali took the time to show one of my daughters a short clip of his daughter having a check up done, prior to that my daughter would not even sit on the dentist chair just talking about going to dentist was a struggle, after watching the clip she let the doctor to proceed the check up. We never felt rushed. He and his staff have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free.

Fantastic experience: I do not think there is a person on this planet that is more frightened of the dentists than me. Having said that the second I walked in I was put at ease by the fantastic lady on reception and then was taken through by the lovely dental nurse. I was seen by Dr Ali Muayad Hasan Al-Bakri he told me that I needed to have my wisdom tooth removed a couple of days previous and he was so calm, thoughtful and made me feel at ease and relaxed the whole time. The injection was done slowly and gently and I can honestly say I did not feel a thing. Then the extraction was over within about 15 seconds! I cannot thank Dr Ali, the amazing dental nurse (who held my hand the whole way through!) and the lovely receptionist for making me feel at ease from the minute I stepped in there. I have quite a lot of treatment to have but this initial extraction has put my mind at rest and I will no longer be dreading my appointments. Thank you all so much for your amazing patient care. Recently had two implants, was a bit wary but all went smoothly, no pain after, only slightly sore while gum was healing. Implants look really good, you'd never know they weren't real! Fantastic experience: We have been with this clinic for over a decade now. Receptionists and nurses are lovely, and unbelievably helpful. My family all see Ali and are very happy. He always puts you at ease as lets face it nobody “enjoys” the dentist, he's very patient with my daughters and they always feel fully informed and included in any decisions and with pre teen girls this is important to them. Ive had considerable tricky work done over the years and am over the moon at the result. Cant recommend them enough :)

Fantastic experience: Leeming Dental Clinic is an extremely good practice. The team looking after me are wonderful. The surgery is always sparkling clean. Dr Sair is always professional and reassuring, usually proved right and knows the best way to produce big smiles . A smile which I am proud of. Literally one gripe , the insistence that everyone has an email. Not everyone has. It's tough giving 5 stars to any place that causes you stress , discomfort and costs you money , but it is a dentist , so that comes with the territory and they are really good at what they do! So 5 stars well deserved. We all need a dentist and this is a really good one . Highly recommended .
