Negative experience: When I am been there, unfortunately they were hidden one information from me, which was not a nich thing, they forgot to tell me that I need to pay for X-ray, that was only £30, they said we cannot force to pay but if you not pay we take it further, only £30 guys, what a nice country. Fantastic experience: Oana Peters is a phenomenal dentist, she doesn’t judge, she doesn’t make you feel any worse then you already do for you teeth, she makes me feel so comfortable everytime I go to see her, and she has really helped me with treatment and she’s really helped my dentist anxiety, I feel so relaxed in her chair with her and her assistant, they are both so lovely and absolutely amazing!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve about 100!

Only problem is talking to reception as l hate computers emails, links etc are beyond my skills at 73yrs. l like to talk to a human when the phone is answered (never is) so l have to visit to try and make appt, but not receptionists fault it the system company use. Fantastic experience: This is no longer maple tree dental. It's now Perfect Smile Dental Practice. Its had a complete revamp. The waiting rooms are comfortable and relaxing. friendly, welcoming. Im a nervous and anxious person, and I was made to feel at ease. The dentist was very gentle and gave me advice on further care options. They werent pushy about treatment. As far as im aware its not easlily ♿️ wheelchair accessible I maybe wrong. There is very limited parking out front.

Fantastic experience: After years of being in abject fear of dentists, this practice has totally changed that for me. The staff are great, from reception to the actual dentists and nurses, they are patient, understanding and certainly know what they are doing. I have had extensive treatment in the last year and they have done an amazing job, and totally pain free! My fear is gone, I am smiling a lot more and I cannot recommend them enough. They deserve a medal.. all off them.

Fantastic experience: Took my 3 year old today for the first time and everyone from the reception team to the dentists were absolutely lovely. My little boy was very at ease and happily sat on the chair straight away and cooperated for his check up. Due to it being his fist time the dentist got me to take a photo which I thought was really cute as a memory! Definitely recommended.

Positive experience: I was with a perfect smile dental for a few years and they never let me down! Annie Bedroussian is always so kind and helpful - Thank you Annie! ☺️ The communication with reception is good and they're responding fairly quickly. The receptionists are also kind and helpful. The building is old and a bit scary from the outside, but once you pass the very old door and get to the waiting room/ reception, the stress disappears. The building inside is modern and clean.

My dentist Amal Patel always give 100%, his skill and knowledge is second to none, going that extra mile to make sure that all options are discussed in full and the best treatment available given. He and his dental nurse Ashley always make you feel totally at ease and nothing is too much trouble. Lisa on reception is always so friendly and helpful, another great asset to the surgery. Positive experience: Dentistry is not my favourite subject. Nor is anything healthwise, with the NHS now seeming in freefall... But... I want to commend my new Hygienist - Rania I believe was her name - along with her friendly Assistant. Rania questioned me with genuine concern and interest. I was impressed by her attention to detail. I was tempted indeed to complain about price increases and VFM but I could not fault her work and enthusiam, ....in troubled times. Thankyou x
