Fantastic experience: I researched Neyo Dental Specialists as I wanted an implant. This was my second implant and my first experience (with another dental practice in Eastbourne) was excellent. So Neyo had a lot to live up to, and that they did, they exceeded my expectations. Yogesh (Yogi) and his team were excellent from start to finish, a great choice with outstanding results and fantastic customer care. I cannot recommend them highly enough based upon my experience, thanks Yogi and everyone else who I came into contact with at your practice.

Fantastic experience: It is easy to forget you're visiting Neyo for it's purpose of your teeth & dental hygiene because as soon as you're through the door you're transported to an anxiety free zone where there is no sterile white bright lights in your face and the screen on the wall isn't upselling services but showing holiday inspo. I am instantly at ease and everyone is friendly, professional and thorough, the only thing that gives it away are the scrubs and the dental chair. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, especially for anyone who feels anxious about someone getting up close to their teeth.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you enter Neyo, you know this isn’t a run of the mill dentist. The staff are so welcoming and you know you are in safe hands. After having been treated for many years by another local dental company, this was my best decision, teeth-wise. My gum disease usually took ten injections to do cleaning without me hitting the roof but, with the right advice from Yogi and a get well programme, my nashers are on the road to recovery. I had them cleaned with NO injections. I’ve just had some temp vaneers with Nicky and already they look so much better. So go to Neyo and get your smile back and, no I’m not related to anyone there or doing this as a favour. I’ve been delighted with the service, the prices are comparable and I’m happy to recommend them.

I went to them with 4 very loose teeth and badly fitted dentures with bad gums and had given up hope of ever having teeth I could feel confident with. Ian talked me through my options . I have one more appointment to go then I will have my dentures. All through the appointments Ian has told me exactly what he was going to do and is very friendly and puts you totally at ease. I wish I had found them years ago. All the staff from Ian and Yogi who removed my teeth down to the girls on reception are very welcoming. I honestly can’t say a bad thing about them. Fantastic experience: One of the friendliest reception teams I have ever encountered! Always happy to help and answer any questions - it never seems like too much for them. Neil and all the assistant team are lovely too. Another great bit about Neyo is how quickly my aligners were able to be with me when we started - within a week if I remember correctly! Friends around me started noticing a difference after just two weeks :) Over the moon with the results so far and would highly recommend. It is a bit expensive (but retainers do tend to be) and I shopped around a lot in Tunbridge Wells: you definitely get the most out of your money at Neyo. For my price, I get teeth whitening and a fixed wire retainer included!

Fantastic experience: I had a hygienist appointment with Clare and cris, it was such a lovely experience! The ladies were soo welcoming and really put my mind at ease. I’ve had such bad experiences with dentists in the past that I have avoided them, which in turn has added anxiety to the situation, I can honestly say I did not feel anxious at all sitting in the chair and chatting with them whilst they sorted out my teeth! NEYO is such a beautiful setting, in comparison to other dentists that have such a clinical feel to them. The clinic is clean and well maintained with a really welcoming atmosphere! Fantastic experience: We recently visited Dr. Neil Woodhouse at NEYO for an orthodontic review of our seven-year-old son after receiving advice from a central London orthodontist who recommended extensive treatment, including a rapid expander and myobrace. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming environment. Dr. Woodhouse conducted a thorough examination of our son and took the time to explain everything to us. He assured us that he would not recommend any treatment at such a young age and found nothing out of the ordinary with our son's dental development. Fantastic experience: Having been diagnosed with severe gum disease I was extremely nervous before my first appointment at Neyo with Shu. However I needn't of worried as Shu and her lovely assistant (who would always offer a hand to be held when needed)were so we're so kind and gentle and explained each step clearly .The procedure was not nearly as uncomfortable as I imagined and been told .My gums began to heal immediately and can not recommend shu enough . I am so very grateful .

Fantastic experience: At the age of 50 something I’ve started the journey to get my teeth straightened under the care of Neil Woodhouse and his team. Before braces were fitted I had one tooth extracted as there was crowding of my lower front teeth. I was a little nervous at first but everything was well explained beforehand, the procedure expertly executed and the cost very fair! Neil and his clinical assistant Michelle are outstandingly professional but also genuinely empathetic. The Neyo rooms are beautifully appointed with state of the art equipment and the atmosphere very chilled, the reception area is rather like a fabulous hotel lounge and the reception team friendly and accommodating. My gratitude to them for their care, carefulness and attention to detail. If you’re looking to have your teeth fixed this is where you need to be!

Fantastic experience: Arrived a little early for my appointment but was welcomed by very friendly reception staff and made to feel comfortable and at ease. My actual appointment was on time and the consultant was extremely thorough and explained the situation fully but in a friendly, calm and re-assuring manner. Whilst a dental examination may not be the most enjoyable experience, I was made to feel totally at ease. 'What happens next' was fully detailed and explained to me and I will be back to undergo the prescribed treatment shortly. I found Neyo to be an efficient and considerate practice where you, the individual really does matter.

Neil Woodhouse the orthodontist advised on the best option for my teeth straighting at my consultation. His Pro Aligner braces are practically invisible, simple to remove for eating and very easy to wear. People keep telling me my teeth look fabulous and when I say I'm wearing braces they can't believe it! I would highly recommend treatment at Neyo.

Fantastic experience: i am so so happy i contacted Neo Dental, i had already had 2 implants done through the implant Center in Hayward's Heath. unfortunately one failed straight away and the other lasted about 4 years. i was told by The Implant Centre i would need numerous operations and this wouldn't be advisable. this left me one option, a Bridge so i called Neo Dental, met Dr Yogesh, he examined me, took some X-rays and said that i didn't need a Bridge and an implant could be done. i had the operation, had the implant fitted and now i have an amazing smile again. the service from start to finish was so professional.
