Positive experience: No problems with treatment and aftercare. Only suggestion, which is probably NHS guidance the number of follow ups is excessive and often means my daughter being taken out of school for a 30 second appointment at least 6 times.

We completely understand that the follow-up visits can feel a bit frequent, especially when they’re quick appointments during school time. NHS guidance asks us to see patients for 12 months after their braces are removed — this is called the supervision of retention phase and helps us make sure everything stays on track and the results are long-lasting.

Fantastic experience: I am quite a nervous person and struggle with a painful jaw, so dental treatment can be daunting. The staff at the practice are always reassuring and Tina has a really calming manner. She is quick and efficient and explains everything clearly. Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for a while now and really appreciate the service they provide. Dr Devi is my dentist at the practice and I would recommend her highlighy. I can be quite a nervous patient with anything painful and she has an excellent manner that is calm, professional and reassuring. She is thorough and will readily and fully answer my questions and give me the pros and cons of treatment plans and options and talk me through my decision making. Recently, I needed an emergency appointment to fit around my working hours and I truly appreciated that she fitted me in the same day despite that undoubtedly having been tricky for her. I am very confident in recommending her services.

Fantastic experience: Daughter had braces fitted and had them removed today and the results are absolutely amazing!! No extractions needed and position of teeth now is perfect! Retainer reviews afterwards help to ensure retainer still fits and is not broken. All staff are always polite and helpful! Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I get really anxious about going to the dentist due to bad experiences in the past. But the team at Morgan Dental Practice are amazing! Tina has given me several fillings. She’s always patient and makes sure the area is properly numbed before starting any work. She regularly checks in to see how I’m doing, gives me plenty of chances to ask questions, and even offers little breaks during the drilling so it doesn’t get too overwhelming. Despite the breaks, she still manages to get everything done efficiently. I also saw Sarah, the Dental Hygienist, who was brilliant. She showed me all the black tartar on my teeth — I couldn’t believe the state they were in! Then she removed it all and gave them a lovely polish. Afterwards, she showed me the results in the mirror — the tartar was completely gone. She also gave me helpful advice about my diet and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The reception staff are also extremely polite and helpful. I always feel nervous before a dental visit, but being looked after by such a kind and professional team really makes the experience so much better. Fantastic experience: I’ve been having treatment from Dr Shravan Tewary and Dr Abhijit Pal. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, incredibly professional. I reached a point where a dental implant felt like the best option for me. Time was taken to discuss the alternatives to an implant as well as all the potential repercussions, what it involved etc. Cost was explained up front and transparently too. The actual procedure was excellent, with explanation of what was happening throughout, significant care given before during and after (including check up calls to see how in was doing with pain, bruising etc). I highly recommend.
