Fantastic experience: Great experience all round. Initially booked for cosmetic bonding but now going back for all general dentistry. Great customer service, receptionist Elizabeth is excellent! Always quick to respond, proactive with communication, and I’m very happy with treatments from Dr Usama. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: My experience in Smile Rooms Kingston with Dr. Nigel has been nothing short of wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and I felt very comfortable from the very first day. When it comes to the dental procedures, they were great as well. Dr Nigel takes care in the full sense of the word. The fillings are done with complete focus and attention. The doctor takes care and makes sure you don't feel any pain, and is great for giving advice on dental care and how to proceed. This is the only dentist I've been to where I'm excited to come back in the future. Wonderful experience where I came out with a beautifully fixed smile.

Negative experience: I had an Invisalign treatment with Nishanth Selvarajah in February 2022. But when I visited another dentist after a year, they told me that my alveolar bone had absorbed during the Invisalign treatment and my teeth probably needed to be removed in the future. This treatment lead to an extremely serious result and destroy the rest of my life. Dr Nishanth Selvarajah never told me the risk of an adult wearing Invisalign and he never check my alveolar bone during the whole period of the treatment. And the treatment was too fast which lead my bone disappear. And he never told me that the bones will be absorbed. Earn some money but destroy someone’s life, is that really necessary?

Fantastic experience: First of all, Elizabeth is the sweetest receptionist I’ve ever met. Second of all, Dr Nigel is the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. As someone with anxiety, and in particular health anxiety, he really made the whole situation so much more comfortable - consistently being attentive to my needs throughout the treatment and ensuring he checked up on me; I felt so well looked after. He also explains everything in great detail, so that I could be aware of all the dental theory and understand what was being done - it felt like a lesson - which just shows how he truly cares about his patients. In addition, he is so friendly, funny and kind! I recommend this dentist so much. :)

Fantastic experience: I received Invisalign teeth straightening treatment at Smile Rooms Kingston and would highly recommend this dental practice. Dr Nigel provided an excellent dental service, adapting to my needs and producing fantastic results despite my teeth being a bit stubborn! All other staff, in particular Elizabeth, were so welcoming and friendly, and supported me throughout the treatment. I'm very happy with my straight teeth, thank you Smile Rooms :)

Negative experience: I've scheduled an appointment for my daughter, although I filled in multiple forms for her and also notified them that she is 10 years old, apparently no one bothered to read any of these as we were sent back only after attending to the appointment, as they don't see children! They also haven't refunded our appointment fee! Note: they refunded appointment fee after I emailed them.

Fantastic experience: I had a couple of treatments done recently with Dr. Patel, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. Dr. Patel took the time to explain each step of the process, made sure I was comfortable, and carried out the treatments with great skill and care. The entire team was welcoming and friendly, which really helped put me at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients’ well-being!

Fantastic experience: What you didn't know is that my child is actually ADHD and autistic. She usually struggles with any situation like this, but you guys were so kind and caring to her, I couldn't believe how relaxed she was. The confidence you have given her is amazing. I knew she would be happier, but watching her playing and laughing with her mouth wide open really pulls my heart strings. Honestly, the whole team could not have made the experience any better and I thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: I actually enjoy coming to the dentist now because of Dr Nigel and Liz at the reception! They are both amazing, professional and especially got some great humour. I have had general dentistry done including examination and wisdom tooth extraction (non-surgical). Dr Nigel takes his time to explain things, making sure I understand everything and appointments/decisions patient-centred. Additionally, for my tooth extraction, he made me feel very calm, brought the laughs and it was painless and quick! Fantastic experience: I had a brilliant experience at the smile rooms for Invisalign treatment. Dr Nigel was always so much fun and great at putting patients at ease, explaining everything in detail. I recently got married and my teeth were on show in almost all of the photos, something that never would have happened 2 years ago. Life changing and has given me the confidence to smile. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service from Dr Mehdi - I had two fillings done which and I was very scared as I had not had a very good experience with them previously but now I will always confidently go to my dentist Dr Mehdi with no worries. He goes very slowly and listens and watches your body language intently to make sure you are always comfortable!

From my initial consultation to my last, the team have gone above and beyond to make me feel a welcomed, valued and special customer. Being a Doctor myself, I had a lot of questions for Dr Nigel and I cannot thank him enough for his patience, professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He made me feel at ease at every consultation and really took the time to listen to me. His empathy and caring nature shone through at every consultation. You are not just a number at this practice, the staff know you and remember you and it is actually quite a pleasure to visit the practice and have a catch up with the receptionists (especially Elizabeth) before the consultation. I am sure Elizabeth encounters a large number of clients but she has an amazing way of remembering who you are and really making you feel a valued customer. Elizabeth always greets you with the warmest of smiles when you walk into the practice and is very efficient at her job. I have had fewer encounters with the other receptionists however all have made me feel very welcome. I trust Dr Nigel's advice and work, so much so, that my best friend has already embarked on her Invisalign journey with Smile Rooms after hearing how great you guys are! Smile rooms have gone above and beyond to schedule my appointments around my varied time schedule to ensure I am able to attend with no delay which I am very grateful for. For someone who has a very low pain tolerance, I didn’t feel the injection at all which was amazing! Staff, including Dr.Nigel, were all so professional but very welcoming at the same time! Fantastic experience: After taking very good care of my teeth with regular hygiene appointments, over the last few years I had a grey line appear across the front along with some stubborn discolouration that 'whitening' wouldn't even shift. I also had 1 tooth either side that were slowly receding due to some movement over the years. Reluctantly I decided to consult Smile Rooms with regard to composite bonding. The reason for my reluctance was the fear I would lose my original smile and the end result looking false of even the appearance of a denture. Medhi listened at length to what I was trying to achieve emphasising I didn't want my teeth to look fake. After a 5hr appointment I was so relieved to see my teeth were now back to my original whiteness with a fuller smile with all my natural teeth. Medhi is a perfectionist and was determined to fulfil my requests. He constantly referred back to photos he had taken of my original smile and stopped regularly to ensure I was happy. He filled me with confidence the moment I met him and so glad I chose Medhi at Smile Rooms, Kingston. I would also like to thank Marta who works front of house. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Smile Rooms Kingston more! I’ve had my Invisalign done with Dr Mo and am so pleased with the results. I was hesitant initially as I’ve previously been advised against any type of braces but Dr Mo was thorough in my consultation (which is free btw) and made sure I was completely satisfied with my treatment plan before it began. I have also recently had a filling carried out by Dr Mehdi who was gentle in his approach and very efficient. The treatment was over and I was ready to go home before I knew it! All staff, from the receptionists to the orthodontists, is extremely knowledgable and professional. The former (Elizabeth and Marta) go out of their way to ensure you’re comfortable and book you in, even during busier times of the year. Elizabeth is affable and has always gone the extra mile to build a rapport and support my needs when need be. A true star who’s excellent at her job. Thank you to everyone at the clinic for my smile!

Fantastic experience: I signed up to invisalign treatment at Smile rooms Kingston due to its Diamond status on invisalign page and I wanted to perfect my smile for my wedding date. Dr Nigel and his team were exceptional during my treatment and going there for appointments was something I looked forward to every time. They are like a fun dentist family where you cannot help but smile. It was no issue re-scanning the teeth several times and as my treatment wasn't yet complete for my big day, they were so kind to remove the 'cookies' and gave me a temporary perfect smile solution just so I could have the wedding photos I was hoping for. Overall I would definitely recommend this practice for your invisalign journey as you will come away happier with the results as well as enjoying your time during the process. Not only are the staff super friendly, they are very experienced, and provide a very professional service. Fantastic experience: I went to smile rooms with a broken tooth and was placed u der the care of Nish. I can honestly say that in my 69 years I have never been treated with more care and consideration than I was by this practice. Every body involved performed their duties with xare and respect and Nish removed two broken teeth with such care that, once the anesthetic had worn off I only needed one dose of pain relief. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice and Nish in particular to anyone and everyone.
