Fantastic experience: I was a bag of nerves before going in for my root canal treatment, but the experience turned out to be far better than I expected. The dentist took the time to clearly explain the entire procedure beforehand, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the treatment, everything felt calm, professional, and much less stressful than I had imagined. The care and reassurance made a huge difference. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone feeling anxious about dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had to take my mother who has dementia for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was dreading it, due to personal past experience. I could not have been more wrong. Dr George was absolutely amazing. They made her feel at ease, and explained everything carefully of what to expect, with follow up info. Thought mum would struggle for days afterwards, but after a few days, she was eating normally, and the pain was much reduced before the week was out. Thank you Dr George, you are something special.

Negative experience: I’m sharing my experience so that other potential patients can make an informed decision. I have crowns on my front teeth and needed to replace one of them. I visited this clinic for the procedure, but unfortunately, the new crown they provided was noticeably darker than my other teeth. This color mismatch is clearly visible when I smile. What’s more disappointing is that I was not informed beforehand that the crown might differ in color. When I raised my concerns, the doctor eventually offered to make a new crown, but even then, could not guarantee that the colour would match the rest of my teeth. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

He is one the nicest person you can wish for when visiting a dentist. All in all I almost look forward to visits (did I just say this?) What a difference to the old regime !!!!

Fantastic experience: Wow! I have been to so many dental practices before. But this one was by far the best. The reception team is very kind, friendly and polite both on the phone ( Inese and the other girls ) and in person. Exceptionally clean and they even have kids size x rays which was a huge plus to me as I can’t take them very well or at all. Doctor Morris is very knowledgeable and friendly has spent the time to explain my treatment plan and gave me advice on how to maintain my oral health better. I had a broken tooth which was beyond repair by my usual dentist, I was therefore referred to Dr Ahmed. Saying she is amazing is really an understatement. Fantastic experience: What an excellent practice for nervous patients. My 12 year old granddaughter has a severe dental phobia aligned with Autism. It has been impossible to get her to a dentist but our local dentists in Southend advised us that Longwood House may be able to assist as they can offer light sedation. From the initial call explaining the situation, booking, to arriving at the practice the staff were kind considerate and accommodating.. And as for Dr Suma what an exceptional dentist and human being she is.. she went above and beyond her professional capacity, Spending time offering explanation and built a relationship of trust which we thought impossible. As a family we cannot recommended Dr Suma or the practice enough especially if you need extra support. If we lived locally it would certainly be our practice of choice

Negative experience: I went for Invisalign treatment by Dr Tasnim. I had to spend over £4000 for fixing my front tooth gap. because of doctor miss information Invisalign failed .with my high expectation I go back to doctor again, seeking for help when I knew that the treatment didn’t work out, but I kept my faith on her and agree to do bonding treatment, which last only one month. When the bonding failed, I found she cut my tooth for fit bonding and it is very wide open. This was the front tooth and it makes me ugly which was not that bad at the beginning of the treatment. It damage my personality, my look my smile. When I informed my grief, the doctor and her admin cancelled all my appointments without describing me or giving me the reason for cancelling me or stopping my treatment. Now after spending that much money and time I have a ugly face with a wide open tooth which was made by Dr Tasnim. If I could show my picture, everyone will understand the treatment quality of this dental of practice. This place is only for making money so whoever come for your tooth treatment or Invisalign treatment please careful what you are paying for and what will be the ultimate result. Don’t lose your look like me. Until I went to the complaint department, she send me the email not to contact her anymore and she refused to refund me my money. my advice for everyone please be careful before you come here and don’t waste your money and time here. **.by the way no one call me in last 1 years so you can see how much they lie even in public places.please be careful before you take service from here .one of the worst experiences in my life come to this dental clinic
