Fantastic experience: Daisy was brilliant I had only had a check up before, but I had an hours appointment booked for two awkward fillings. She did so well that she even had time to replace a filling that I had lost and there was still 20 minutes left.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted by Dickon Adams yesterday. The procedure was completed quickly and efficiently with his usual care and attention. There's been the very minimum of discomfort following the extraction. Everyone in the practice is friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: From the moment I arrived the staff and the environment put me at ease. I am a very nervous patient so I found this extremely helpful. Dickon also made me feel as comfortable as possible and explained clearly what the treatment consisted of and on completion what to expect afterwards. He constantly reassured me and asked me how I was feeling.

Fantastic experience: Initial checkup and consultation necessitated further treatment - appointment was booked and I gave the option that I would take a cancelation if required (why leave empty slots when they can be utilised maximising appointment bookings) phone call received with an early appointment option, this was taken - appointment was on time, treatment totally professional and successful. I totally recommend this Dental practice and its staff.

Recently had a cracked tooth and was able to get an emergency appointment and felt confident it would get resolved drama/stress free, which it was.

Fantastic experience: I became a customer of this dental practice in 1985. The fact that I’m now in my 80s and attend regularly speaks for itself. Although I’ve seen most of the dentists within the practice, I’ve only had 3 who have looked after me on most occasions during almost 40 years. I am a happy and well cared for patient. I have only praise for Dickon my present “carer”....and must give a mention to all the splendid support staff, from receptionists to assistants.

Fantastic experience: All the staff are very pleasant and the surgery is clinically clean and tidy. Today I had a broken tooth repaired. The tooth has been with me for over 70 years and so probably past its sell by date. It had been repaired previously and I had been warned that it could break again and might need to be removed. However, Sally assessed the situation and advised that it was worth repairing again. I felt fully informed and involved in the decision with which I was happy. Swift painfree treatment and I was on the golf course 90 minutes later. Very reassuring treatment and realistic advice as to possible outcomes. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of BHD care for at least 25 years. I have always been treated with care and respect. The booking process is pretty flawless with lots of reminders, if I have had a dental concern they respond quickly and my dental health is all I could hope for. Based on early life experience, I am not a fan of dentistry at all, I still tense up on the chair whilst being examined or attending the hygienist. However the kind and professional approach that I receive ensures my attendance is regular and not fear filled! I would strongly recommend their service.

Fantastic experience: I have used the BHD for many years and, in all that time, the reception staff have always been cheerful, welcoming and helpful. I was very impressed with how professionally the practice dealt with a recent filling that had come out. This was around a couple of months after it had been originally done. Within two days of this happening, Daisy had refilled my tooth and ensured that I was perfectly happy with the new one. All of this work was undertaken with no further charge being made. Daisy is an excellent dentist who reassuringly fully explains what she is doing, and why, as she treats you. I would thoroughly recommend BHD practice.
