Negative experience: Had implants 8 years ago and was so impressed that I went back 2 years ago to have top set done… totally different ballgame.!!! I’ve been attending for 2 years now and have had implants removed twice due to inferior quality implants, the first one fell out after 3 days and the 2nd time was badly fitting and discolored. I am very unhappy with the treatment here now as I have been left in acute pain numerous times and no pain relief has been offered. Lots of money for an inferior service

Negative experience: Had my implants done years ago. For past few years I had no issue until last year. The bridge became loose and was cemented after second attempt with two weeks apart. 10 months later it is loose again. £158 is a lot of money.

However, Dr Eamon was incredibly kind and patient, explaining every aspect of the process, doing his best to reassure me. I can't speak highly enough of him. Negative experience: Absolutely for money! This place is run for money only. They made mistakes according to my dentist and even do not respect the opinion of other dentist on their own mistakes. They refused to refund the money back and i am taking them to small claim court for their Negligence. Avoid this clinic who do not have any medical and moral conscious. Avoid it!!!

Fantastic experience: I have only been once but I was immediately impressed. It is a small and unimposing practice , easy to find; no frills but clean and hospitable. They were helpful, initially during the appointment making process, ensuring that I had all the information I needed in advance and this was sustained during my visit when the dentist, Dr. Andre Furlan Fay, was diligent in explaining my optional treatments and the costs involved. The receptionist was friendly as was the nurse who had one of the warmest smiles I have ever seen. I felt in good hands throughout and had no hesitation in booking my next appointment. Any apprehension I had before my visit was quickly dispelled. Having been with the same dental practice for over 40 years, it was not easy to jump ship but I am glad I did.

Negative experience: Have been visiting dental art implant clinic at East Finchley for around 2 years now and they are fantastic. I would never go back to an NHS dentist after seeing the difference. I have had 3x dental implants and all have been great. They have removed my fear of going to the dentist. Edit: I have now reduced my earlier rating due to bad customer service. Dental art implant clinic have decided they are going to charge an extra £89 for a Post implant 6 month check up which was not mentioned on my treatment plan. I have had issues with my most recent implant and wanted to get them to take a look but they refused without an £89 payment. I would rather go elsewhere than give my money to a company that does this. 6 month checkups post surgery had always been standard practice and part of the original costs before this but suddenly they have decided it is an extra now. This after I have literally given this company probably around £10,000 of my money in recent years.

Fantastic experience: This Clinic is one of the best. I had implants and other treatments and I have to say that I am so pleased to have chosen this Clinic. I was so scared as I have a very very sensitive gum but the Dentists, especially Dr Lister, was so understanding and so professional and he helped me a lot going through my anxiety regarding the treatment. The Receptionist and the assistants were amazing too. I had 6 months dental treatments and I think I ll go back to them in the future because they are the right one Dr for me and I trust them 100%.

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with the excellent service I was provided. This is a smaller sized clinic, based on the high street with excellent public transport links. The clinic itself is very clean, there are hand sanitizers available upon entry. Temperature checks are taken during Covid. The reception staff are warm & friendly. The dentist made me feel very comfortable and took his time to explain in detail my treatment plan. Consultations are thorough, and you are given a treatment plan which includes the prices. Prices vary depending on the treatment you are going to have, but they are in line with what you'd expect from dentists in London. Overall excellent service.

Negative experience: Edit: unfortunately one of my crowns sticks out and has a metallic colour at the top, but the Clinic refused to replace it for a correct fit and colour because it is 'only' aesthetically poor, rather than materially unsound. I will be going elsewhere when I've saved enough to get the crowns replaced - I should have paid more at another clinic for a better job. I saw 2 dentists at the Clinic and they both agreed that the tooth sticks out, it is obvious both by simply looking at it and also by the x-rays. Dr Nina picked up on it immediately and recommended I get it fixed. The other crown was already replaced under warranty because it exposed too much metal from the abutment, so it is disappointing that the Clinic no longer guarantees that the crowns will actually look good. The whole reason I paid thousands was for a good smile and unfortunately I am not confident, and always try to smile for photos in a way that hides the protruding tooth. Original: Very good customer service and care, and I highly recommend Dr Andre as a dental surgeon.

Fantastic experience: Superb professionalism, customer services and price. I had my implant surgery done here this week, and my extraction and bone graph 7 months ago. Both surgeries went very well, Dr.Andre is very skilled and puts you at ease, as well as the nurses. The customer services team have also been incredible with answering my questions and concerns. I am so grateful to the entire team! I had a lot of trouble with adapting to my denture and getting the right one to match my teeth and fit my mouth, and the practice were helpful, understanding and accommodating when I had issues. When I had worries post-surgery, there were arranged video calls, and I was able to get into the practice last minute one day. They go out of their way to ensure that you are okay, recovering and that your mind is at ease. I moved away from London earlier on this year and sought to get my implant surgery done elsewhere, but after many searches and consultations with other practices, not one came close to the level of care and price I had been given here, so I traveled back to London for this surgery. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me so far, thank you Dr. Andre and the kind nurses, and your fantastic receptionist, Sanita, and entire customer services team. THANK YOU.

Negative experience: I was there 2018 ,I had a missing tooth,after consultation they suggest an implant I accepted despite I was thinking I need a bridge ,they done a surge and bone graph but couldn't do the impressions after 5 or 4 attempts, as it was not enough space, I wanted a refund they didn't accept it, I file a official complaint and after three years I am Still waiting for they official reply and I still have a missing teeth. DONT RECOMMENDTHEM AT ALL(NO MORALS)

Negative experience: Very nice people and friendly but very misleading with price e.g. advised on the phone £1,200 for an implant but quoted £4,469. And also suggested cosmetic repairs for triple the NHS price. If you have taken leave of your senses then use them. But sadly I will never entertain this company again. After one year having problems with my wisdom tooth i was very scare knowing that it has to be remove , the problem was that the next tooth was already removed which mean without 2 tooth it was going to be difficult to eat. I began looking for positives reviews in google and the top score come up with Dental Art. So i got in touch with them and book a Consultation with a panoramic X-ray and CT scan all free of charge. They gave me the diagnostic Then they prepared me with a Patient Treatment Plan valid for 3 months with all my options . At this point i was assigned to Dentist Dr. Nina Deborah Kosarevic she has extensive experience working in different fields of dentistry and impeccable adorable character personality that shines from the moment you meet her. Dr. Nina conducted all my dental assessment and examination of my mouth, teeth and gums very professionally and gave me extended information proceedings. Dr. Nina told me that i had insufficient bone to place dental implant and that i need it a Sinus lift otherwise it wouldn't work . Thanks to all her advise and care during the healing and implant . Very Professional, friendly and helpful. Really happy with her service . Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist and good results. On my next appointment i was referred to Dr. Nuria Salido Iniesta (Implant Dentist) for my Extraction-Surgical and Sinus lift+PRF I must admit that i was very nervous because of the risks but Fortunately Dr. Nuria is a highly experienced Implant dentist with more than 10 years experience assessing patients with various dental needs. on the day of my surgery Everything was prepare to precision and accuracy by Dr. Nuria and the surgery went smooth . she was always reassuring me about every step and with the background relaxing music i nearly fall sleep until she told me that everything was completed. Overall all i can said is that i owe Dr. Nuria a huge debt of gratitude because she is the best Doctor I have meet and because how professional & good she. I needed some adjustments done and I saw Dr. Nina Cosarevic , she made me feel immediately at ease. And went out of her way to do the work herself, to avoid me coming back for multiple trips. Negative experience: So far the worst experience with the dentist / clinic I have been to. THE CONFIDENTIALITY between the dentist and patient DOESN´T SAY THEM ANYTHING. Before I went for the implants with them, they assured me in many ways that if I start having any health issues, there will be way to take them out and it will be completely up to my decision (I was worried due to my extra sensitivity to metals.). After the procedure (implementation) and started having health issues, they shockingly refused to do what they have commited to – to take the implants out or at least try to change the crowns to find out where the problem could come up – implants or crowns. THEY BROKE THE ONLY CONDITION WHY I WENT FOR THE IMPLANTS WITH THEM. When I wanted to know that what happened and why they changed the attitute towards me and don´t want to do what they have committed to, basically I didn´t get any respond, just after repeated e-mails (they were not responding to me) finally I got respond that I can start legal actions against them if I want. But obviously they know what they do. Everything was arranged just between me and the dentist, we didn´t put anything like that on the paper. So far what I arranged with any other dentist verbally, it was enough, the confidentiality worked on 100%. But not with this clinic, this clinic works in different way. So in case you choose this clinic to treat you, MAKE SURE THAT YOU PUT EVERYTHING ON THE PAPER BEFORE THE PROCEDURE, otherwise you can meet with the same manipulation as they did towards me. ALSO they DIDN´T REPORT any of MY SIDE EFFECTS from either implants or crowns. So they didn´t want to find out what is it from, nor report it. Also didn´t helped other dentist opinion that my implants weren´t done properly and needed to be redone. He was prone to speak with them despite his his findings and measurements, he provided them his phone number for a discussion about my problem, but they even didn´t bother to contact him. On the other hand THEY MAKE NICE QUALITY WHITE FILLINGS. However, I expect dentists to meet at least some basic moral standards, because they are doctors after all. Huge disappointment!

So I had a crown fitted by the NHS which looked just awful! Needing to correct a bad job, I visited Dental Art in East Finchley. I was made to feel welcome and reassured. Dr Yasmine has done a great job, she fitted a new crown which looks very natural and fits with the rest of my teeth, and gave me back my smile. I highly recommend her and the clinic.
