Fantastic experience: I have been attending this dental practice for about 18 months and have always been really happy with the treatment I receive. I am not someone who is usually anxious in the dentist but my last appointment was for a wisdom tooth extraction so the nerves kicked in a bit. Both George and Lydia were great. I felt pretty relaxed and the whole procedure was carried out flawlessly.

Fantastic experience: I have a big fear of dentists starting from childhood and bad memories of a not so nice dentist which left me with a lot of anxiety as I got older. Since coming to Red Lodge in the summer they have put my mind at ease, and worked with me every step of the way for a filling I needed. Dr. Kuppan was extremely helpful and patient with me, and even moved some slots around to get me in sooner for a filling I needed. She kept asking how I was doing and extremely gentle in her dental treatment. I can’t recommend them and her enough and I look forward to being a patient for years to come.

Fantastic experience: I was particularly nervous ahead of an extraction appointment but both the reception staff as well as Dr Georgios put me at ease. From finding out that I needed a tooth out the reception staff were on hand to answer all my questions and they did so with such empathy. As for the appointment itself; Dr Georgios and his team (apologies I can’t remember their names) were so kind to me. I had worked the appointment up in my head and it really wasn’t as bad as first thought. Thank you so much to the team!

Fantastic experience: I had a extraction of two teeth it was quite pain free and only took a few minutes. I have had a extraction at my old dentist and it was painful . My new dentist is just a really nice guy and cares about your comfort and takes time to explain was he is cooling to do.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist, I had a discoloured front tooth following a botched root canal from an NHS dentist years ago. Kostas redone the root canal and over a period of a few months got the tooth matching the one beside it. I now have back my smile . Highly recommend that you use these guys, they are so friendly and helpful plus highly professional and thorough in what they do.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kostas was caring and considerate, and explained fully all procedures, and by also using photographs to assist me understand what was needed and to show how problems had been remedied. All seemed to be very efficiently and hygienically carried out.

Fantastic experience: The procedure was very uncomfortable and unpleasant but the skill, and care, of the dentist, George, and the nursing assistant was of the highest order. I cannot thank them both enough.

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice. Konstantinos (Kostas!) is great - he's patient and one of the few dentists that doesn't hurt me when administering anaesthetic (I have a low pain threshold and am a nervous patient!!). He's done a great job sorting out issues with a difficult root canal and when he did an extraction I didn't even realise he'd done it! Thoroughly recommended :)

Every procedure is clearly explained beforehand, so you always know what to expect. Fantastic experience: Dr Hansinee Kuppan is so good at her practise, the best dentist I've seen. Very polite, honest and knows what she is doing. I think the Ramadan technique is so much better and more comfortable, when having treatment. It's hard having to pay for private treatment but having a good dentist, makes it so much for worthwhile and accepting. I would recommend her to all, very pleased and happy. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend the Red Lodge Dental Surgery and in particular Dr Konstantinos Karatzioulas and dental nurse Gary highly enough. The care and attention to detail is second to none. Excellent communication throughout and for a nervous patient this was very much appreciated. Over the months I have become more confident and less nervous about attending the dentist. Thank you to you both! And I cannot forget the reception staff who are fab, always cheerful and helpful. Fantastic experience: I am an extremely nervous patient. I suffer with anxiety based depression and the Dentist is my worse nightmare! After several really bad experiences I can confidentially say I feel totally comfortable visiting Han and Kosta, the whole team to be completely honest including the Hygienist. Everyone at this Surgery goes out of there way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I can highly recommend Han as a very kind, considerate and professional Dentist . Only down side is the cost.

Fantastic experience: In January my wife and I both had dental inspections with Hans, which were carried out most professionally, we were both treated in a professional and friendly way. After the inspection we both needed a filling, we did not have to wait long for an appointment. The filling was done extremely well, I did not feel the injection at all, Hans made me feel very relaxed and her treatment was the best, the resulting filling looks good feels good. Fantastic experience: I want to say how amazing george the dentist is, I am so scared of the dentist and I needed a wisdom tooth out, it wasn't having the tooth out that scared me it was the numbing they inject, but Goroge and his nurse took time to make me feel settled. I was so nervouse but felt looked after by george. His bedside manner is extraordinary. The reception staff are also lovely, it's like walking into a comfortable home. I will always visit this dentist and I would recommend them wholeheartedly. I'm writing this on my partners account, that was the other thing, they allowed her in with me. Fantastic experience: One of the best dental clinics I’ve been to. They’ve made a plan for my needs and explained everything they need to do in layman’s terms. No surprises. Easily 1/2 the cost of American dentists. If they can save you money, they will. They reattached a molar crown as the tooth and crown were good. It was a failure of 25+ year old technology adhesion. That was a huge £££ savings. I just finished getting an implant last week. It does take some time, but is totally worth it. I can now comfortably chew on the left side of my mouth without causing pain to my gums due to a missing complimentary lower tooth. I was given everything I needed during the procedure and a care plan for when it was finished. I will never regret having this procedure done by Dr Georgios Emmanouilidis. He's caring, focused and never left me guessing what was next.
