Negative experience: Horrible customer service, my 5 year old daughter was refused treatment because in 3 years had to reschedule/miss 2 appointments. No solution given or offered. Just ‘look for another practice, your daughter won’t be have treatment here’ Wow!

Puts you at ease with good humour and is an expert at what he does. My recent filling was the easiest and least painful I have ever had. Similarly great experience with Neha for my hygienist appointment.

Fantastic experience: This has been for us a most excellent dentist over many years. From reception through to aftercare the process is conducted by thoroughly professional team who enjoy their job. Emergency appointments are easy to obtain and follow ups are prompt. My wife is extremely nervous of dental works and all dentists and support staff are very sympathetic to this. We are very lucky to have Southam Dental Care as our NHS dental provider.

Fantastic experience: In the 80's I started using Cox's dental surgery and Steven was a brilliant dentist and a good friend. in 2018 after Steven retired it switched to Southam Dental. I have given them a good amount of time but I am not too happy with them so I wanted a new dentists in Southam so I selected Southam Dental Care. I made an appointment and saw Rafique and I was very impressed with him. He carried out a thorough assessment of my teeth and was very happy with them and agreed that I should continue the treatment plan that I have used for a very long time.. Rafique comes across as a very professional friendly dentist and I am very pleased that he will be my long term dentist. I would recommend Southam Dental Care to anybody seeking a good dentist. Everybody is very friendly and efficient.

We were given appointments very quickly and the consultations went well with plenty of time and care given to examining and explaining treatment needed. Follow up appointments given within a few days. Everyone was very kind and caring. One more star to come following actual treatment but we have no doubts that will be given. So relieved to find such a good dental practice. Treatment now finished and a final star added

Fantastic experience: Have been with the practice since it first opened as Pennington Dental many years ago. Although it has gone through name/ownership changes since, it's always been an excellent surgery handled in a very professional manner. It can take some time to get appointments but, that seems to be a common problem anywhere these days. Nevertheless, if you have urgent needs, they are very flexible & able to fit you in. Can highly recommend.

We never have to wait unduly, and they have always managed to arrange consecutive appointments for us. Fantastic experience: I will give 5 stars as usually everything is good. The dentists are great but today I found out that I will never use again one of the hygienists, the first time today and the last. Never ever again I will accept her doing anything to my teeth She didn't care about me and the pain that she caused. God! I had tears in my eyes. I was raising my hand… With one like her I would never step again in that building. Thank God the receptionist gave me a different hygienist for the next time. My regular one, not this one. No no no.

Positive experience: Been with this Dental Clinic since they opened. I am an NHS patient but have used the private hygienist for some time. Professional but dental care is expensive. Receptionist excellent.

Fantastic experience: Southam dental team always go above and beyond for me and my family, as I am sure they do all their patients. Whether this be a hygienist appointment, routine check up or an emergency visit. As an nhs patient reduced fees do still apply as with all nhs dentists but they processed by fees exemption certificate before my appointment which made the trip more efficient. Thank you

Fantastic experience: We have been patients at Southam Dental Care for many years. I cannot praise enough our dentist Bahvna, hygienist Charlotte and receptionist Julie. There are a fabulous team.

Fantastic experience: I had chronic toothache and needed emergency treatment. I had an appointment as soon as they could fit me in as a private patient. The dentist was very professional and after an examination he decided that I needed an x Ray. He showed me the result and discussed options with me. I ended up having an extraction and the whole experience was painless. The dental nurse discussed follow up treatment with me. Overall, a very good experience (as far as having a tooth out can be).

Fantastic experience: Always a lovely welcome from all the team. I visited today for a hygienist appointment and a cracked filling was found. I was really well looked after with the dentist checking what was needed and managed to get an appointment 2 days time to get the filling sorted. All really friendly and I don't mind one bit going to see them.

Fantastic experience: Without doubt the best dental practise I have used...From the moment you walk in you are put at ease by the receptionist..She is a delight and will always try her best to find a appointment to suit you...Then to my dentist Dr Carter who is so understanding and reasuring of my needs....and theres a lot of thembut Dr Carter has always offered me her best professional advice..and does it in a very caring way ..She is the best dentist I have ever used and wish I had found her years ago..Their hygienist Charlotte is also amazing ...I have used many in my time but she is the best...I love being in that chair ... The standard of service from these guys is excellent ..

Positive experience: I only had to wait 5 mins after my appointment time to see the hygienist. Staff are so friendly and make you feel at ease.. only thing was the hygienist didn't tell me treatment was going to be uncomfortable. Won't put me off going back though

This visit Neha the hygenist was really helpful and patient explaining & demonstrating tips for a better interdental care routine. Thank you Neha. I find the appointment reminders & ability to complete pre appointment paperwork online before visits are both very helpful.
