Fantastic experience: Was pleased to be offered a prompt appointment after breaking a tooth on Boxing Day! Everyone at the practice was friendly and welcoming. The dentist fully explained the necessary procedure, which was carried out gently (imperceptible injections) and efficiently.I am glad that I have recently transferred to Worcester Street. Thank you to all concerned.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my first visit to Worcester street dental practice, the dentist Dr Meenakshi Lal was very professional and answered all my questions and completed a very thorough clinical consultation of my dental history. The hygienist George was honestly the best hygienist I’ve ever been to, so so gentle and I felt very relaxed. Thank you to Kate on reception too, always very friendly and welcoming as are all the team.

Fantastic experience: I have just had my review appointment with Narges after having Botox & fillers with her.I have to say she was amazing . I explained to her all the areas that troubled me, which were wrinkles on my forehead,laughter lines & the lines that have now appeared above the bridge of my nose.I have not had a top lip for years & hated how make up collected in the creases between the lips & chin.Narges discussed everything with me & talked me through the procedure & what to expect & what was achievable without looking false. It is not something that I thought I would ever have done but I am so glad I did, it has given me so much more confidence & I have had lots of lovely comments. I would highly recommend Narges , her work is fabulous.

Relaxed yet professional discussion relating to treatment options. I have the utmost confidence in recommending the surgery to any patient in need of treatment.

Dentistry itself is very professional with a caring attitude and delicate touch always with the patients well being at heart.Would recommend this team to everyone but Ben I wouldn’t get an appointment so recommend they are peer tutors to others.

Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign treatment at Worcester Street Dental Practice with Dr Mariana and her lovely dental nurse team – Sara, Denise and Sham. The treatment took around six months. At the first consultation, everything was clearly explained, and they took scans and photos. I was even shown a preview of what the final result could look like. I’m really happy with the results. Dr Mariana was great at explaining everything in a friendly and easy-to understand way, which made the whole experience much smoother.

Fantastic experience: Owing to illness I had not attended for almost two years, so it was with much trepidation that arrived for a checkup. I did not need to worry because Mariana, George and their assistants soon made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They all showed an understanding of the treatment I have been receiving and indeed still receiving. No visit to the dentist is enjoyable but this was as good as you could possibly get.

Fantastic experience: After 28 years with the same dentist I suddenly found myself in the position of having to change dentists next year due to her removing patients deemed 'non profitable' from her lists. I didn't want her practice to choose my next dentist for me and I wanted to go local now as well. I had a couple of practices in contention, I spoke to Kate on reception who was very helpful and sent me an information pack in the post (which was very professionally designed and put together) so I could think things over. Having read more reviews of this practice and looking at their social media posts and the way they present themselves as professional but also fun and informative I decided I would book an appointment to register with Mariana (who I'd heard good things about) for next year. I spoke to Kate again to make the arrangements and was met with the same friendly, polite and professional manner as before, details were taken and a confirmation text and email receipt for my deposit were sent within a few minutes. I look forward (well as much as any one does a visit to the dentist!) to seeing Mariana and the team in January for my appointment but so far so good, I have confidence in this practice.

Fantastic experience: First visit today. Made very welcome at reception who explained who we were going to see. Narges the dentist came across as very professional with a good bedside manner. She explained everything to me in layman's terms and was positive in her explanations. So, all in all very satisfied with my first visit and feel confident I have chosen the right practise.

Fantastic experience: I have been diagnosed with terminal cancer and needed emergency dental treatment. This included extractions before I could start some palliative care treatment. This was done quickly effeciently and with great care. I cant thank them enogh for their care and attention.
