Fantastic experience: I've been to my fair share of different Dentists but BDIC are simply the most professional and welcoming team I have come across. So much so my whole family now come here.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dental clinic, the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. After a tooth extraction at another dentist I was having ongoing issues to which my other dentist did not know what was going on. From my first contact with this clinic everyone was very helpful and I was booked in for a same day appointment with Myles. He was excellent, listened to what was going on, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it all thoroughly. I then returned another day for a procedure and again felt totally at ease and informed throughout. The cost was also reasonable and less than I was expecting. Would not hesitate to recommend the practice and Myles in particular.

Fantastic experience: ** 6 month start to end treatment experience review ** So, Bothwell Dental and Implant clinic is where I ended up (purely by chance - I never sought them out) following diagnosis of ‘resorption’ in my front tooth. As the tooth was located at the front and visible, I wasn’t keen on losing it/having a gap and was advised by multiple dentists an implant was the way to go. Obviously as everyone knows dental implants aren’t cheap, so it was a few years until I found myself in a position to get one, and that’s when I ended up at ‘Bothwell Dental’ under the care of ‘Colin Kane’. From my first interaction with Colin, I knew I had ended up at a good place. He took time to get to know my history, spoke through my treatment options, provided a quote for the work, and told me timescales for completion. What followed over the next few months included extraction, implant placement, scans, and fitting of the implant crown. Every appointment was fantastic, and Colin done his absolute best to make sure I was comfortable at all points. At the end of it all, I now have a brand new tooth I’m extremely happy with. It was a long road to get here, but definitely one worth walking! If you are in the market for a new dentist, or like I was are starting out on your ‘tooth implant’ journey - I could not recommend Bothwell Dental and Implant enough. Fantastic experience: Updating this review to thank the team for such helpfulness and understanding recently when my chrome denture broke. Within 36 hours I was smiling again, thanks to a speedy referral to dental technician. What a fantastic team. Just superb care at Bothwell Dental and Implant Clinic. I had a tender area around an implant. I was given an appointment almost right away and was seen by Mr Myles Gillespie who was able to assure me that all was well. Thank you team Bothwell, first class care as always.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dental clinic and regularly do when I hear people I know need dental work carried out! I went initially for some composite bonding by Colin who was very thorough and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted in terms of tooth shape and colour. I had three weddings that summer and wanted my teeth to look good for them and they certainly did - I have had so many compliments since getting the work done! I felt so comfortable with Colin who is super friendly and welcoming, that I have returned for some other treatment and I am still very impressed with the quality of the work. Colin takes time to explain everything and as a worrier is really good putting me at ease. The staff at the clinic are always very accommodating, extremely helpful and genuinely just very nice people. The place is immaculate and every surface is spotless. Thank you for always looking after me!

Fantastic experience: Having never registered with a dentist after leaving the army fifteen years ago, I developed a phobia of going to the dentist. I required two extractions, one of which should have been dealt with ten years ago. The team at Bothwell Dental and Implant Clinic were amazing from the initial consultation, through the pre procedure checks with Kevin, then onto the treatment itself. Miles made me feel so at ease during my first visit having seen how nervous I was. He explained what work was required and offered his expertise on how we should proceed. Colin and Taylor who carried out the procedure could not have done it a more professional and calming manor. Absolutely amazing. I highly recommend anyone who shares my same fear of dentists to come here. Thank you guys, outstanding . 5 stars Also, thank you to the girls working on the front desk on each visit. Fantastic experience: Love coming here. Staff friendly /welcoming. They do everything to put you at ease and explain everything that's happening. Receptionist needs more training though. Miles is an amazing dentist. Talks to you the whole time if you are nervous like me. He puts me at ease and is very understanding of my needs. Easiest filling I've ever had (don't tell raymond). He was fab too. I'm very pleased with miles. The injection was painless. Didn't hit bone and wasn't painful. The filling was very fast and simple despite where it was in my mouth. Miles talked me through all of the options and what he was doing while he did it. Best dentist ever (don't tell raymond).

Fantastic experience: Bothwell Dental Clinic has highest standards and reason I am with them they identified a cracked tooth on first visit and had been living with the pain for several years. I had paid for Xrays and checkups with other Dentists and even was recommended a Gumshield. The Dentist showed me the large crack and I had tooth removed and pain relief instant after settled down. I then had a front tooth chipped and was able to get repaired quickly and without prohibitivw cost. I dont particulalry enjoy visits to Dentist , however highly recommend Bothwell team.

Fantastic experience: Glad I found this place. Deciding where to have dental implants can be daunting. You're in good hands here. The initial operation involved a bone graft, two titanium screws, and it all went according to plan. The procedure didn't hurt, recovery was quick, and I didn't have any complications. Kevin Bruce surpassed my expectations. It's hard not to be impressed with his work. He's a true master of his craft. Colin Kane colour matched temporary teeth during the healing stage. Then installed the finished implants, which I'm relived to say 'fit perfectly'. They're secure, natural looking and better than my actual teeth. I can smile with confidence. What more could I ask for?

Fantastic experience: Recently visited the practice after having an issue with one of my teeth and also for a consultation on dental implants, I was tended to by Colin Kane and this gent was nothing short of amazing, Colin explained everything in good detail, fixed my issue and we then talked about dental implants which are due to be started next week ! The Practice is spotless and the staff were nothing but courteous. I’m a nervous patient and I can’t say this enough I will never be nervous again about visiting the dentist again !

Any time I’m at the clinic they always make you feel comfortable and welcome. Always helpful with advice and any questions or queries I can’t recommend the place enough. A special mention to Raymond Murphy who runs the dentist he has been excellent all round, more like a friend now. I got an implant done and gum augmentation and the results where outstanding I’m so glad I chose this place to do my treatments. When I was younger I used to hate going to the dentist but I actually look forward to my visits here to see all the staff and catch up. 10/10 facilities and the aftercare are top drawer. I hope this can help anyone who’s maybe trying to figure out where to go. I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

My three children now teenagers have a positive association with attending the Dentist due to the continuous professional and friendly staff within the Bothwell practice. As a family we travel from outside of the area to attend the practice due to the trust we have in the practice and the exceptional standard of expertise, state of the art equipment and level of professionalism. I would have no hesitance in recommending the practice, especially to anyone with young family introducing their children to the Dentist for the first time.
