Negative experience: Been going for years without any issues, but over past several months its been awfull. My child's new dentist wasn't polite or even child friendly, no greeting when we walked in then when finished she just wheeled her chair to the pc ! The lady helping said thats all you can go now. Utter rude our last dentist would always says we are done now any questions before you go and always greeted my child and was very good with children.

Fantastic experience: So grateful for the care and attention given at this practice every time I attend. Most recently to Maya, Ishira and Sarah for their patience, care in getting me seen and treated as quickly as possible. The phone call to check on me the next day is such a lovely touch, never had that at any other dental practice before. Highly recommend this practice !

Fantastic experience: I am a patient of Knightsfield Dental practice for over 10 years now. I knew when I signed up that I needed to do some dental work but I put it off for for as long as I could. It finally came the time when I had to get on with it so to speak. I was assigned to Maya who took an amazing care of me. 3 crowns, one implant and two years later I have no dental issues anymore. I was always given an appointment when I needed it urgently. I would recommend this practice without hesitation. In fact, I already did.

Fantastic experience: I recently had some dental issues with broken teeth and saw Maya for a check up. Maya gave me options to get my teeth repaired and I now have 2 lovely new white fillings. I had also misplaced my denture and Maya made me a new one which fits so well and is so comfortable. The treatment from start to finish was explained in detail and I’m really happy with the final results. I highly recommend this dental practice and am pleased to have found such a friendly helpful team .

Fantastic experience: Today I had the 'pleasure' of a shiny new filling by Nishma, who has become a bit of a household name around here! The kids love her, and now, I have to pretend to be "Dentist Daddy" when brushing their teeth (inspired by Nishma)!! Zero pain. 100% friendliness. On time. In and out in 30mins. As always, a lovely experience. Well, aside from the bill I guess, but thanks to the UK Govt, we have to pay for dental treatment these days, and Nishma's expertise comes at a fair and appropriate cost. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic practice! My son was absolutely terrified to enter the dental practice but Sarah on reception and our dentist, Fatima were both absolutely amazing with him and calmed him down quickly. Their customer service was some of the best I have experienced anywhere.

Fantastic experience: I had an old filing replaced. The procedure was delivered very well, and in a nice, calm atmosphere. The anesthetic took quite a long time to ease off - more like 4 hours before I could feel my bottom lip and cheek, but I'd rather that than feel the procedure (which I didn't).

Excellent experience all the way from booking, examination and treatment the following day. Nishma was very friendly and professional. Fantastic experience: Brilliant

Positive experience: Thank goodness for Nishma!!! Who, has become a bit of a celeb in our house. Her way with kids is absolutely brilliant (and whilst Maya is nice too, our little ones definitely do better with Nishma). The only reason for 4* - it would be good if there were a few basic toys in a basket in the waiting area, and also some way to distract the kids a bit during the check itself. The blow up glove balloon was a great start/idea of the dental assistant though! All in all, Nishma is brilliant, and the team in general are very on it. A solid experience.

Fantastic experience: I had to go to this practice as an emergency, being a very nervous patient I can not tell you how nice they were the dentist informed me of what treatment should be done and the dental nurse was lovely and held my hand throughout the tooth extraction, they even gave me a coping strategy to use. Had a tooth extraction today from Ishira Shah felt I was in safe hands reassured throughout procedure. Top molor removed no issues and 4 hours later no pain since it was taken out. 5* thank you.

All the Staff understood and went out their way to make my experience as calming as possible. All staff, including the receptionist staff are Organised, Clean Knowledgeable and Friendly. Thank you Sugs for the Painless filling. Ontop of this, my hygienist, Anita, is amazing. I have had numerous cleans with her, and she is always so polite professional and lovely to talk to! She’s recently used Airpolish treatment on me, and my teeth are really clean and last well!

Fantastic experience: What a pleasure to find a dental surgery where you are treated with friendliness, kindness and with a caring attitude. Everything is explained clearly and checked with you, no hidden surprises, no judgemental attitudes, just care and understanding. What a relief that I was able to join this practice, thank you everyone, my sigh of relief could be heard miles away! Update: I’ve now had several treatments with Ventsi and can honestly say that I have never been treated so well at any other dentist surgery. He has ensured I was comfortable and explained each process as it was done. I have never felt any pain, and, even after treatment when he warned me I may have some aching, it has never happened. Today I had a tooth out and his way of extracting it was much easier, without the normal pressure on the tooth. Thank you to him and the team for their care and expertise.

I needn't have been, I was put at ease. The local anaesthetic injection, to my surprise, was completely painless as was the filling procedure. I would highly recommend Suganthan to any patient. Fantastic experience: I was recommended Knightsfield Dental after my regular dentist suggested pricey specialist root canal surgery. Seeking a second opinion I booked in with them, and right from the start, they listened to my concerns and suggested a treatment plan for me. Shout out to the receptionists who took the time to listen to my story when I first called up. Ishira, who was my dentist throughout, offered reassurance at every step which was amazing. The team's calm and caring approach made the experience very pleasant and I would highly recommend for anyone in need of thoughtful dental care to give them a go. In my opinion they are one of the rare dentists out there who are not just after your money but genuinely care about your health and wellbeing!

Fantastic experience: Had front incisors top and bottom filled to preserve them as lost some enamel due to radiotherapy. My dentist did a fantastic job and am very pleased with the result.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my treatment which involved some major reconstruction (a total of 15 appointments) including having a new bridge fitted. I am so pleased with the treatment I have received throughout and the end result. All the staff are superb and in particular my dentist, Dr Suganthan Mahalingam who put together my treatment plan, make each appointment very relaxed and was alway happy to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend the practise.

Negative experience: Nurses hanging about gossiping about other staff while appointments run incredibly late every time. So glad I've moved and taken my money elsewhere!

Negative experience: Very rude staff, in particular one of the receptionists who was loudly discussing patients and making revolting remarks about their treatment. The actual dentist, Maya, was dismissive, ignorant, and tried to charge far higher than the original amount invoiced. I had to have the poor work corrected elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment with Knightsfield dental practice and I am extremely pleased with the results. Dr Suganthan Mahalingam looked after me throughout the entire length of my treatment and he was brilliant from start to finish! He was very friendly and helped to make me feel at ease when I was anxious about the treatment. He was very happy to answer my many questions and no question was too stupid! Thank you very much Dr Mahalingam, I am so much happier with my smile now!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been with the Practice for at least 5 years, and have had an great experience each time we have visited. As would be expected the dentists, hygienist and their assistants are amazing at putting us at ease during the visit; explaining anything that is not understood; listening to our many concerns, and most of all treating us with respect and dignity. The amazing work is also shown by the wonderful ladies at the front desk who patiently answer all my strange queries(!), and happily rearrange appointments for the fourth or fifth time that week!! Unless I move out of the area, I will not be changing my dental practice anytime in the near future!

Fantastic experience: Review for treatment for Anne Mary Lewis by Sug on13/11/23 This review is for treatment involving two separate teeth, each of which was cracked, and the recommended treatment was for onlays. Since I had only had crowns in the past and had never heard of this treatment, Sug patiently took time and answered all my initial questions. His treatment was thorough, detailed and careful. I was superbly taken care of by Maya, when I had cracked a tooth recently. I went in feeling irritated, upset, and slightly nervous, and left feeling calm relaxed and pleasantly surprised with the result. Maya was both professional, reassuring and kind, and took care of all the little niggles I had mentioned in the appointment. I can't recommend seeing Maya enough. She's simply the best!
