Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient here for the best part of 35 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The customer service is always incredible. They are attentive and always greet you with a smile. Dara and team are always great with the kids and provide them with info on how to look after their teeth. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Negative experience: I recently had my first disappointing experience with this dental practice. I accidentally missed an appointment — completely my mistake — as I had mixed up the date. I called straight away to apologise and asked if it would be possible to reschedule. Instead, I was told that I had lost my deposit and would need to pay again to book a new appointment. While I understand policies are in place for repeated no-shows, this was the first appointment at the practice and I missed it . I found it unreasonable that there was no flexibility or willingness to show understanding, especially given that I called proactively to explain the situation. Because of this, I chose not to book another appointment on principle. It’s a shame, as I had otherwise been happy with the practice, but the lack of consideration in this situation left a bad impression.

Fantastic experience: I rang for an emergency appt after chipping the enamel from my front tooth and despite my regular dentist being on holiday I was fitted in with another dentist that same morning. Touch wood so far he did an excellent job and fixed the problem. Excellent service all round.

Fantastic experience: Just joined this practice after being with the NHS, and honestly, what a difference! The team made me feel so welcome from the start. Dara took the time to explain everything clearly and really put me at ease. I’ve since been back for treatment and I’m genuinely shocked at how smooth and positive the whole experience has been. So glad I made the move to private, just wish I’d done it sooner.

Fantastic experience: Very nice welcome for an earliest appointment in the morning, slightly early but called after a minute or two. Very well looked after by Carmen and her assistant. I had my teeth cleaned and advice was really excellent. Price increased to £80 but well worth it as the service was so good. I am apprehensive when I go!

Positive experience: My first visit in a while, and first with this particular dentist. I didn’t get a hello, how are you, or even asked if I was experiencing any problems. I felt rushed in and out. Wham bam, pay now mam! Not very impressed, but can’t really comment on treatment as I didn’t require any. Perhaps not the best place if you are a bit nervous of dentist, or appreciate polite service.

Positive experience: I have been going here for years and whilst I think the quality of treatment is good, their administrative processes and customer service is poor. I receive 4 requests for reviews after every appointment which feels excessive, especially as they don't seem to put much effort into the customer experience e.g. they do say good bye when I leave whilst looking at the computer with their back to me. I pay for annual hygiene appointments and yet they book me in every 6 months, they then tell me I've had treatment I haven't paid for so I book the appointments annually and receive incessant reminders that I'm overdue an appointment. It's really frustrating.

Suggestions on treatment and procedures are explained in lay man's terms and you are not rushed on decisions. If you have a fear of Dentists join this practice and all your fears will go away. Worth the every penny I have one suggestion: nowadays, with many people facing financial challenges, it might be a good idea to consider offering a payment plan option – for example, through Klarna or a similar service. This could make your services more accessible to a wider range of patients. Of course, it’s just a suggestion, but I believe many people would appreciate it.

Seeing the before and after photos alone made it worth it :) Massive thanks to my Sravanthi, my dentist, and Winnie, my nurse--they were extremely helpful and caring every step of the way. The practice's receptionist, Stevie, helped make the experience even better; always a warm and friendly face to greet you and help you with booking and queries. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Leon Malherbe who sorted out a tooth which the previous dentist at another surgery told me I would need extracted. Found Dr. Malherbe pleasant and reassuring, he explained the steps for the procedure, and feel very pleased with the outcome of the treatment. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here! Dentists can be feared by many, but I was greeted so kindly by the practice manager/nurse laura that it immediately put me at ease. My call was an emergency one, and they saw me just 45 minutes after I called, which is pretty impressive. Dr. Leon was incredibly attentive, asked lots of questions, and quickly got to the bottom of the pain I was enduring. The root canal I had was pain-free and quick. Super professional!
