Fantastic experience: You could not ask for a more kind, patient and skilled team of people to look after your dental health - I am so lucky to be a patient here! I am autistic and deal with sensory issues as well as a fear of any medical-adjacent situation after suffering a traumatic accident and major surgery earlier this year. Even though I am an anxious wreck when I set foot in the office the whole team are so lovely and never make me feel judged or like I am being silly for feeling afraid. By the time I leave I always feel comfortable and reassured. Diana in particular really takes the time to listen to any concerns and offer reassurance and it is obvious that she really cares so much about every patient as a person, on top of doing absolutely immaculate dental work every time. Thank you so much to all the staff - you’re brilliant!!

Fantastic experience: Delighted to be able to give a review for Floss Dental Care. I became a patient in June 2016 at the age of 71 having had at least 6 other dentists during my life span. Diana has been my first female dentist and is certainly the star of them all. Her professionalism, skilled treatment, care and friendliness has been outstanding. Her Dental Nurses have always been very efficient, experienced and pleasant and Helen (also a Dental Nurse) in her administration support always efficient, reassuring, helpful and kind. I would fully recommend ‘Flos’ to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous about my treatment but Helen, Jorge and his technician were kind and calm. Very thorough treatment, I think Jorge is a perfectionist with my fillings! The practice is in a terraced property, once you step off the pavement inside, the interior is natural, light floods in, plants and super clean. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Have been a patient here for several years; all staff very friendly particularly Helen - always opens the door with a smile! Diana is a lovely dentist- puts you at your ease, very gentle and caring. Floss is in a converted terraced house, many original features remain, The waiting area overlooks a lovely little patio and garden area, and has comfy settees and pictures on the walls, the booking system ensures you don’t wait very long before being shown into the surgery. November 2024- Have recently had my 6 monthly check up- and my review is still as above ; the surgery itself has had a major refurb and extension and looks amazing. Diana has worked tirelessly to ensure minimal disruptions to their service and is now offering new services to her patients.

Fantastic experience: I am super happy with the dentist and the hygienist, being a 70 year old somewhat frightened of the dentist, I can only say this practice is the best I have ever been too, super clean, really friendly, and accommodating, so much so I joined the den plan they have that’s a first for me. Husband broke a tooth wand was seen on the same day all fixed before any problems could happen, I am and have been more than happy to recommend Floss Dental to family and friends, the whole experience is perfect. Fantastic experience: I needed a new dentist and Diana (dentist), Kerry (nurse) and Helen (nurse and receptionist) have been absolutely superb. I've had x-rays, 4 fillings and a referral for 2 extractions. For the very first time in my life I've had a numbing substance on my gum which reduced the pain of the injections. Fantastic experience: Extremely friendly staff, I really feel relaxed on my appointments. They provide great help for aftercare and really do care about their patients. Fantastic experience: Fantastic service! Broke a tooth on Tuesday evening. Left a voicemail message. Helen called back first thing on Wednesday and arranged an appointment for Monday. Helen called again on Friday morning with a cancellation. Diana fixed my tooth that afternoon! I cannot praise the team highly enough. They are so friendly and put you at ease. Fantastic experience: I cannot write a good enough review of this team. I was having very bad NHS experience and being petrified of dentist chairs I visited ,upon recommendation, Diane and her team. I embarked on a long programme of works and never once was made to feel embarrassed about my teeth or experience pain despite the treatment being intense. I was treated sympathetically and with utmost kindness throughout. I even looked forward to visits which is a phrase I never thought I would use. I went on to have more voluntary services. I will never go back to NHS and never let anyone else treat me. The difference they have made to my life and confidence has been amazing and I cannot thank them all enough.
