Fantastic experience: Incredible experience today with Zara the hygienist (and Maha the nurse). Zara used am amazing new machine to clean my teeth .Apparently not many hygienists have this machine. It is like having a spa treatment for the mouth . So comfortable - i almost enjoyed it! The water is heated as well.Also removes stain.My teeth are now sparkling white and the gums are healthy. Positive experience: This is not to do with the treatment but the receptionist threaten to call police on me for whatever reason I had braces previously with dr morvarid simiab and she had lied about what she was going to do she said her treatment involved focus on teeth and how teeth movement also effect facial aesthetics but her treatment holistically focused on just teeth which negatively effected my face her treatment did involve retraction which back of the incisors which can make face appear longer and sunken this particularly happen in younger patients who are still growing so teenager and children however she mentioned to be clearly that braces weren’t projecting a retracting force but however were moving things forward and outwards she send me before and after moulds she indeed done what I had told her not do so guys just be careful ensure you go to honest orthodontist who doesn’t lie about what there doing ensure you go to orthodnist who rather has wider understand and goes beyond his orthodontics field of understanding. To justify her action she claimed I had an overbite which I didn’t I had done a lot of research before getting braces so I know how they work and all possible side effects having an overbite at some point your teenage life is normal as the lower jaw will continue to grow and overtime there will be no overbite I didn’t have crooked teeth

The chipped tooth was also greying. Dr Morris recommended treatment to whiten the tooth and re-did the composite. It was clear that Smile NW uses high quality equipment and materials. The results have improved my smile so much, as it is not possible to tell that the tooth has been damaged and my teeth are much whiter. I used to make an effort to hide my teeth and now I’m much more confident to smile! Dr Morris and the team were helpful and responsive throughout the treatment.
